Chapter 6 Final Hunt

The biting wind in the huge forest still howls, and the golden bridge in the sky still shines.

This dungeon didn't know whether it was because there was no sun or the day-night cycle was too long. After taking a rest, Kane found that the sky outside seemed to have stopped time, and there was no change at all when he came back.

But after all, this was my first time exploring a dungeon, and I entered it accidentally. Maybe there is no day and night change in all dungeons.

However, considering that the change of day and night is not the focus of today, clearing the dungeon is the theme of today, so I won’t worry about it anymore.

Snap your fingers and all the spider silk outside turns into ashes.

Kane packed up his equipment, stood by the tree hole and looked into the distance, taking the first step towards the future.

In the quiet and dark forest of giant trees, a black shadow appeared and disappeared in mid-air. Kane was swinging quickly towards the leader's position through the spider's thread.

This kind of movement is too restricted outside. Only here, surrounded by a giant forest of 100 meters, can you fly around as much as you want.

After a while, I saw the huge dead tree from yesterday. I came to the previous camping spot, took a deep breath and relaxed my mood.

Kane began to pull up spider silks between the trees, laying out heavy spider webs. The spider silks reflected the luster of metal, and all of these spider silks were converted into steel by material conversion.

After a while, the dead wood was surrounded by steel spider webs, waiting for the only prey to enter.

He slowly took out three fire arrows from the quiver and lit them one after another. He opened his eagle eyes and looked at the dead wood, filled the bow, let go, and then shot out one after another.

The three fire arrows formed a straight line of fire and flew towards the target, followed closely by two groups of burning spider silk.

The sporadic fire cores on the dead wood were fueled by the spider silk, and spread rapidly around the dead wood with the force of a blazing fire.

Kane stood on the thick branches of the surrounding giant trees, on guard, waiting for the huge monster in the dead wood to wake up.

The fire on the dead wood spread up and down from the middle. I don't know if it was the dead wood itself, but the fire spread extremely quickly. In just over 10 minutes, the entire tree was ablaze.

Huge fires soared into the sky along the hundred-meter-high giant trees, and a heat wave surged in. The dark and dark air of the forest itself was driven outward, preventing it from entering even an inch.

The leader in the dead wood was finally awakened by the astonishing heat.

Dense golden light suddenly condensed around the dead wood surrounded by raging fire. The golden light floated and gradually formed a ring.

The golden rings rotated rapidly, exploded into pieces, and the fire that soared into the sky suddenly disappeared. Only the residual temperature around them and the carbonized dead wood on the surface proved their existence.

The roots of the carbonized black dead wood squirmed, a crack was opened from the middle like a curtain, and a huge black shadow came out.

What kind of monster is this? He's over 8 meters tall and has a body shape that doesn't match his height.

The lower body is a mass of huge rotten tree roots like tentacles, and the wriggling root-like tentacles drive the monster to move.

The upper body was covered with dark green and pitch black tumors, and four root-like tentacles were dragging along the ground.

Dark green juice was flowing all over his body, exuding a stench that even Kane standing far away could smell.

bow and arrow

A fire arrow shot from a distance and pierced the monster's head.

The attached flame was instantly extinguished by the juices all over the monster's body as it tried to take off, and the bare arrows did not have any impact on it.

Seeing this, Kane knew that the flames would have no effect on this monster, but he was prepared for these problems.

Quickly move around the monster with spider silk, and while moving, shoot the tempered spider silk around.

These steel spider silks, combined with the steel spider webs laid around earlier, can tightly trap the spider in the same way as it preys on insects.

A piece of spider silk is easy to break, but what about a whole body of spider silk? It is not that easy to think about.

The monster seemed to have discovered the small bugs swinging around, and its bloated lower body exerted huge explosive force, causing it to eject like a cannonball.

He directly broke through a few spider silks blocking his way, and then flew into a larger spider web. Kane had already used the spider silks to swing elsewhere.

Although it has a speed that is not consistent with its size, it is still a step slower than a small spider.

The monster that flew into the spider web did not show much intelligence. Just like other monsters in the woods, it only saw living life, Kane.

It didn't care about the spider silk wrapped around its body, struggling hard and continuing to eject towards the figure it just saw.

The huge force broke the spider threads wrapped around it, and some of the thick branches tied to these spider threads were also torn off and flew away.

Four thick and long root tentacles were thrown towards Kane in the air, but they did not hit the target at all. Instead, they sent the surrounding trees flying in all directions.

Several sharp wooden branches suddenly flew out of the smoke-filled field. Kane found the opportunity to shoot these wooden branches using trees as handles and silk as strings.

They stabbed viciously into the monster's body. There were also a few spider silks tied to the ends of these wooden branches, which used their strength to stick to the surrounding trees, following the monster's advance.

It was as if the monster had been hit hard by itself, and the sharp wooden branches were completely engulfed in its body.

As the branch sank in, the monster's juice spurted out from behind like a faucet opening to a full floodgate.

In this way, Kane followed the monster, dodging the monster's vine-slinging attacks from time to time. It could make countless mistakes, but Kane only had to make one mistake, and he could lie down peacefully.

Under Kane's deliberate temptation, the monster kept charging towards the place where the spider web was.

With more and more spider silk binding its body, it can no longer fly in a straight direction, and two of the tentacles it wields as whips are firmly tied to its body.

The monster's surroundings were no longer as dangerous as when they first appeared. Kane took the opportunity to fly to the monster's side.

It began to shoot out spider silk one after another and circled crazily around the monster and the giant tree next to it. The monster was tightly tied to the tree by more and more spider silk.

In a frantic struggle, he was clinging to a giant tree and wrapped in steel spider silk.

Kane squatted on the giant tree next to him, panting heavily. The last steel cocoon consumed too much of his magic power and physical strength.

He quietly stared at the still squirming steel cocoon, counting the time to regain his strength.

After a while, Kane shot out spider silk at the crown of a nearby tree that was estimated to be 200 meters tall, jumped forward with all his strength, and used his strength to leap out of the woods and into the sky more than 300 meters away.

He turned around and faced the spider cocoon below, shaking his wrist vigorously.

"Ugly monster, try the feast I prepared specially for you."

The remaining magic power is pouring out like crazy

Spider silks 3 or 4 meters long flew out, and the moment they appeared, they were transformed into long steel spears by the material. They were densely arranged, like a hundred-meter-high river or a waterfall pouring down the cliff.

.

With unstoppable momentum

"Armed. Ten Thousand-Faced Divine Killing Arrow"

"Snapped"

With a snap of fingers, the spider silk wrapped around the monster lost its metallic color and disappeared into ashes.

The monster that had just regained its freedom was drowned by a waterfall of steel guns falling from a high altitude before it had time to move.

In the huge impact, juice fragments flew up along with smoke and dust.
