Chapter 1832 Bidding

San Antonio, near a highway in the northwest suburbs.

General McCain was standing in front of the glass window of an abandoned aquarium, looking at a parking lot opposite through the broken window with only frames. To be precise, he was staring at the wreckage of hundreds of burned vehicles in the parking lot.

It has been five or six hours since the prison escape, and it is dawn. A large-scale search in the city is underway. Dr. Osborne realizes that he must catch his former favorite general, otherwise there will be huge trouble.

McCain is also trying his best to escape. By exposing various inside stories of the Baath Party, he finally convinced several military prison guards to release him. However, this jailbreak without any prior planning was not smooth, and he was even a little clueless.

The entire San Antonio has been blocked, and McCain dared not show up at will, and he didn't know who was credible at this moment.

The prison guards who followed McCain were also very ordinary, and they could not have any solid connections. These people were completely inspired by the generous promise to follow him. In fact, not long after he escaped, two prison guards left alone because of fear and regret, forcing McCain to be in a mess.

Since he did not carry high-power radio and communication equipment when he escaped, McCain had a limited understanding of external information. He sent a prison guard to contact his old subordinates, but he was not sure whether he could contact him, nor was he sure whether he could command the army.

At this moment, McCain could do nothing except stare at the dark vehicle ruins in the parking lot outside the window. He was even thirsty and hungry because he couldn't get food. It was better to stay in a military prison.

After a while, the prison guard who went out to find food came back, and was as careful as a mouse passing through the street. Not only did he bring back food and drink, he also got a portable TV with satellite cables. This camping ratings equipment became the only way for McCain's small team to obtain information.

"Looking at the 'Aurora News Channel', most of the propaganda media of the Baath Party are telling lies and they are not trustworthy at all." McCain impatiently adjusted the antenna, wanting to know what his current situation is?

The first news I saw was that ‘The New York Brotherhood supported Dr. Osborne, the leader of the Baath Party, and hoped to maintain the current peace in San Antonio.’

"Damn David Lawrence, what did he come and intervene?" General McCain suddenly felt a little angry. He knew the strength of the New York Brotherhood in North America today, and the New York King's speech represented the opinions of the entire Brotherhood of Steel.

The other branches of the Brotherhood were indeed in unison, risking the risk of economic and life damage to the Aurora Legion, and their momentum was quite strong. General McCain was so sad that he felt a little disappointed. After a while, even Yingcree jumped out to demand peace, which even cut off his last path.

This situation not only made General McCain deeply frustrated, but the prison guards who helped him escape were even more sarcastic. They originally wanted to hold a golden thigh that could climb quickly and catch a potential stock, but they didn't know that they were stepping on a broken ship that was about to sink.

Several prison guards immediately turned their eyes and were silently communicating their plans. And when they stared at General McCain's neck, a cough came from outside the aquarium room where they were avoiding.

"Well, don't be nervous, everyone, I'm not your enemy." The visitor shouted through the broken door: "I'm here to help you, I'm a Seattle Masonic intelligence officer."

The visitor raised his hands and slowly appeared. He was not very good-looking and there was nothing special about it. The two followers following him were quite eye-catching, carrying a captive who tied his hands and feet and tampered his mouth.

General McCain only had a small pistol in his hand. He frowned in confusion and asked, "Masonic? Are you not opposed to anyone changing the situation in San Antonio? What are you doing to me?"

"To be precise, we are just opposing the change of a certain force." The visitor smiled, "We took the lead in arresting a prison guard who helped you escape from prison. He revealed some information. However, he said he no longer had to do anything with you, so I still don't think he can leave at will."

McCain's heart became tighter and looser, and he didn't care about the details. His important problem now was..., "I need you to help me contact the First Baath Party Division, which is my old army."

But the person who came shook his head and said, "General, you are already one step late. Your confidant in the First Division has just been cleaned by Dr. Osborne. Now the First Division will no longer obey your orders."

"Ah, damn!" What else can McCain besides cursing?

"General, we must leave here immediately. Your situation is very dangerous now." The visitor obviously can only provide the lowest level of security. "Dr. Osborne is arresting you everywhere, and no one in the Baath Party has the prestige that can surpass him."

Longyou was caught in a shrimp show in the shallows. It would be good if he could survive in this situation. McCain had no choice. He was about to nod his head to agree, but suddenly there were several loud shouts outside the ragged door, and someone shouted outside: "Don't be nervous, we are Incred's people."

Another group of people came, and the leader smiled proudly and said, "Don't forget that the Baath Party split from Increment, we have a lot of eyewitness in San Antonio. We have no malice towards His Excellency McCain, we just want to invite him to join us."

As a senior general of the Baath Party, McCain is undoubtedly useful. Incredible to see the Aurora Legion come in and disrupt the situation, but it does not prevent them from wanting to recruit the commander of this lost First Division, even if it is used as a propaganda mascot.

"Hey, it's the first one we found McCain." The Freemasons were upset.

"Is there any difference between coming first and coming later in this matter? It depends on General McCain's own wishes." Incree's people laughed. Compared to Masonics that can only provide basic safety, Incree, which can provide another development platform, looks more superior.

But the visitor of Increment was not very proud. When General McCain was still hesitating, the third group of people appeared, "Well, this matter really depends on His Excellency McCain's own wishes.

I'm from the New York Brotherhood. I'm not talking nonsense when I find it here. General McCain, our Commander Lawrence appreciates you very much and is willing to let you re-order a unit. It's better to consider us."

Looking at the three groups of people suddenly popping up in front of him, McCain said unhappily: You think I am a talent market, right? They all came to recruit me, and this arrogant attitude seemed to be giving alms.

But no matter how unhappy he felt, McCain still had to take into account his future. At present, the three forces have undoubtedly given the best conditions. After all, he can still lead troops and generals, but he has real power. Moreover, the power of the New York Brotherhood is also the strongest among the three families.

Thinking of this, General McCain did not hesitate. He nodded and said in a deep voice: "Okay, I'm willing to follow..."

"Wait..." Another shout sounded outside, "Do you listen to our offer before you decide?"

How many fucking groups are there? McCain and the other three families were staring at the breaking door of the room, and a loud and heavy footsteps came in from outside. Several fully armed soldiers protected one person and broke in.

The fourth group of people came in a much stronger momentum than the previous few waves, which also aroused strong vigilance from representatives of several other forces. The fourth group of people came in an open position and said, "General McCain, we are from the Baath Party's garrison, and our boss is Colonel Wolf."

Garrison? It sounds like they are here to catch McCain.

The other companies are even more nervous...

But McCain himself exclaimed: "Col. Wolf? He sold all the equipment of the entire brigade-level combat team to the Aurora Legion for Colonel Wolf in a city? You colonels deserve to die. He reselled supplies, made money wildly, and expanded his power privately. I wish I could send troops to wipe him out."

When he heard that it was a local powerful force related to the Aurora Legion, the representative of the New York Brotherhood immediately shouted: "These people are traitors, we must escort General McCain away immediately."

The scene was immediately full of gunpowder, and everyone immediately took out their weapons, and the battle was about to break out.

But General McCain grabbed a machine gun from somewhere. He swept the sky and shouted loudly: "Don't move, I want to hear what conditions did this bastard Wolf give me?"

The other families exclaimed: "General McCain, behind them is the Aurora Legion."

"I don't care." McCain cursed hatefully: "Osborne wants to kill me, can't I resist? I want to know who offers a higher price now?"

Colonel Wolf's representative groaned and said simply, "General McCain, you will always be a subordinate when you follow these people.

Why don’t you consider staying and launching a coup that overthrew Osborne? You should know that there are more and more people dissatisfied with Osborne now, and we are missing a leader with ability and reputation.”
