Chapter 5 Perfect skin training, no leakage of the real body

"The great perfection of skin training? The true body without leakage?" The old monk looked at Tang Feng and Tang Yun who were walking into the temple gate with a surprised expression. He stood up from the chair in surprise and walked quickly to Tang Yun's body. He observed Tang Yun's skin with deep eyes carefully, muttering to himself: "The relic of the Arhat has been completely refined, and this skin is obviously formed by the fusion of water and fire."

Looking at Tang Feng with a smirk and Tang Yun, who was a little silly due to excitement, the old monk patrolled the two people's mountain with confusion and said, "Although your branches can provide vitality to keep Yun'er stable during cultivation, the formation of a completely tempered body is formed by the recondensation of the entire flesh and blood. The severe pain in this process is unbearable for ordinary people. I think Yun'er's willpower is not as strong as that."

Hearing the old monk say the word severe pain, Tang Yun immediately recalled the cold air, fire spirit, cracks on his body during the practice, and the heart-wrenching pain that made him almost crazy. His dark face turned white immediately, beads of sweat as big as beans seeped out of his forehead, and his body became soft and he collapsed on the ground.

Tang Feng quickly pulled Tang Yun, who had already looked soft and boneless, and threw him directly on the chair. Seeing him still slumped in the chair, he scolded with anger: "Sit down!!! See what you look like? How can you continue to practice in the future if you are like this? Cultivation is also a breakthrough in the limit of your tolerance. This time it is a lucky draw. If you have such a mind, don't practice in the future."

Hearing Tang Feng's scolding, Tang Yun struggled to sit on the chair, and recited the "Avalokitesvara Heart Sutra" in his heart. The pale color on his face slowly disappeared, drops of sweat oozing out from his forehead, and the clothes on his back were wet.

Just because of a word that he was unintentional, the old monk who was regretting heard Tang Feng's scolding and saw Tang Yun struggling to sit down and slowly improve his face, a hint of satisfaction appeared in his eyes. He slowly walked to Tang Yun's side, gently wiped off the sweat from Tang Yun's forehead, and said gently: "You must have endured many tests this time. As your senior brother said, if you want to go further in the future, a more difficult situation is waiting for you, you must be mentally prepared."

"Master." Tang Yun struggled and said, "I will definitely hone myself well in the future."

The old monk looked at Tang Yun, whose forehead was sweating again, sighed softly, turned around and sat back on his chair, took a sip of tea, looked at Tang Feng's exhausted expression, and said gently: "It seems that you must have played a big role in your ability to pass the level this time. Let's drink some tea."

"Master, what exactly is the true body that you just mentioned?" Tang Yun lay halfway on the chair, grabbed the teapot beside him, took a few sips in a row, and breathed a long sigh of relief, "I'm so thirsty, that damn fire spirit vein almost roasted me into a suckling pig."

The old monk looked at Tang Feng's lazy expression and did not answer. He looked at Tang Feng with a strange look in his eyes and said, "It seems that the Yin-Yang Ice and Fire Spirit Vein has completely disappeared this time. Although Yun'er has practiced the Great Perfection in it, I think most of the spiritual energy has been absorbed by your small branches, right? Your small branches have roots now, right?"

Tang Feng's tired face showed an excited expression, and he proudly took out the Bodhi branches with a rich green light from his arms. No, it is now called the Bodhi sapling.

Looking at the several roots stretched out below, Tang Feng gently stroked them a few times, looked at the old monk and asked anxiously: "Haha, how did the master know? It seems that the master knows very well, this branch of me? But what is the true body without leakage? What are the benefits of this true body?"

"The benefits of the true body without leakage?" The old monk looked at Tang Yun, and said loudly with a look of no energy in his eyes: "If the true body without leakage is cultivated, it is the cornerstone of becoming a Taiyi Jinxian. If a Buddhist practitioner, there is a possibility of becoming a Buddha in the future. He is one of the best Dzogchen true bodies in the early stages of the cultivation world."

Finally, after listening to the old monk's explanation, Tang Feng truly understood the benefits of skin training to achieve the true body without leakage. For any practitioner who practices magic, skin training is the foundation of everything. Practicing skin training directly determines future potential. Since the practitioner itself absorbs the vital energy of heaven and earth to condense and transcend himself, there is a problem of utilization after absorbing vital energy. The most troublesome problem for practitioners in the use of vital energy is the dispersion of vital energy. Tempering vital energy is a necessary process of cultivation. The more times the tempering, the better, because this can be more in line with the entire body, so as to lay a good foundation for future cultivation.

However, excessive tempering by ordinary practitioners involves the remaining problems. Ordinary practitioners can use 20% to 30%, while geniuses use 40% to achieve great success. The leakage-free true body completely prevents the dissipation of vital energy. It can be said that the amount absorbed and the last stay in the body can be repeated tempered.

"Skin training is the foundation stone, and the true body without leakage is one of the best. No leakage, no leakage." The old monk said here, still looking at Tang Yun with joy and said, "I didn't expect that I could really see the true body without leakage, and I didn't expect that it would appear on my disciple."

When you think that ordinary practitioners can only leave so little after tempering once, if they are tempered 4 or 5 times, wouldn’t there be a lot left? However, if they are tempered too little, the different kinds of vital energy contained is a huge hidden danger, and the long-term accumulation of hidden dangers will eventually become the biggest obstacle for practitioners.

After hearing the old monk's introduction, even Tang Feng looked at Tang Yun, who was already full of excitement and a little disgusting.

"The true body of Wulu is good. Everyone in the cultivation world knows it, but do you know why Wululu is so small?" The old monk's eyes were full of complex expressions. He looked at Tang Feng and Tang Yun in front of him and said with a little distracted spirit: "The cultivation of magic itself is that people use their own practices of heaven and earth, and finally transcend the heaven and earth. This itself is not tolerated by heaven and earth. I don't know how many geniuses died in this path."

"There are two major problems to cultivate to become a leakless true body. First, the rebirth. Since the leakless true body is the practitioner who constantly tempers his flesh and blood, but how to prevent the tempering from collapsing is the biggest problem," the old monk pointed to the Bodhi sapling that was still floating in the air and looked at Tang Feng and said, "Fortunately, you have this divine tree with powerful innate vitality. His qi can prevent Tang Yun from collapsing during cultivation, and can help you regain his vitality. The second is the test of the will of the practitioner: the countless rebirths and collapses of the body, because the rebirth of the physical body itself is the anti-heaven and earth way. In this process, the severe pain is not something that people can imagine and bear. In this process, the non-collapse of the spiritual will is the biggest obstacle to the leakless true body."

When he said this, the old monk looked at Tang Yun with confusion and said, "With Yun'er's current age and experience, it can be said that his mind and nature are not very strong, but how did he pass such a test of mind and nature?"

When Tang Feng heard this, he stood up, yawned a big yawn, walked into his house, and said as he walked: "Oh, I'm so tired. I've climbed the mountain for a day, and it was burned by the freezing fire. Now I'm so tired that I'm going to sleep well for a few days."

Shaking his head and looking at the disciple who was spoiled by him, the old monk turned his head and looked at Tang Yun who was slowly standing up and ready to escape and said, "Yun'er, how did you endure such pain?"

Tang Yun's eyes were turning back and forth on Tang Feng and the old monk who were walking towards the distance. Yohei's forehead was sweating again, and he muttered in his mouth: "How did I spend it..."
