47. Do you say that I am an envoy?

The Rust Star's cavalry was equipped with thick leather armor and carried about 80 cm long swords. They were neighed in an orderly manner, and there was no neigh among the tens of thousands of horses. If these horses were not mutes, they could only be well-trained elite war horses.

Duda's first reaction was: Can this civilization really make genetic drugs and spacecraft?

According to Hawking's definition, the first-level cosmic civilized society has been able to make full use of all the resources that can be used on this planet, achieve perfect symbiosis with the natural ecology, be extremely rich in matter, and have the ability to enter the solar system.

But what happened to these ancient knights...?

A knight ran over from the distance of the array, and raised high dust behind him. He strangled the horse about fifty meters in front of Duda, turned over and fell down, his movements were light, as if he had done it hundreds of times.

"Are you a divine envoy who landed on this land on a meteor?" The knight walked towards Duda, stroked his chest with one hand, and said respectfully.

Duda then discovered that in their language, there was no word "moon". Rust Star does not have satellites... Perhaps most Earth-like planets do not have satellites as big as the moon.

"Yes." Duda felt that in this situation, it seemed more powerful to impersonate the "God Envoy" to keep them respectful.

Sure enough, the cavalry knelt down on both knees and said excitedly: "What an honor this is to be the one who can talk to the messenger of God!" As he said that, he burst into tears and kissed the footprints left by Duda when he walked by. The cavalry in the distance caused a sensation. They saw that their messengers were so respectful that they dismounted, knelt on the ground, and sang the hymn with enthusiasm.

Duda stood there, not knowing whether it was honor or fear. The fanatical credibility of these people had no ability to judge at all! If his identity was exposed, he was just a pilot from the enemy... would he be trampled into mud by these people in an instant?

"My Majesty God, the Pope is waiting for you. Please follow us to the capital." The messenger raised his head and said, "Our general will escort you along the way."

In the distance, a chariot pulled by four horses rushed towards him.

A young general with pure white hair jumped off the chariot, and the wrinkles on his face made him look vicissitudes. He knelt on one knee in front of Duda: "Please allow me to introduce myself, His Majesty God, I am the commander of the garrison in the Manniu Wasteland, Nosipi, from the Kasan family. It is my honor to be able to welcome you. It is my sin to let you step on the road that the ants have walked. I have sent people to capture all the ants along the way and use their blood to atone for sin..."

"They are blessed by God!" Duda didn't know when he entered the role, and the anger in his heart made him speak without hesitation, "All the ant people in this world have been blessed by God!"

"This is impossible!" Nospibi raised his head in horror, "God said that the ants will live underground forever and feed on dung."

"Stop the killing! Get ready for the car, General. I am going to have a good talk with your pope about this!" Duda said coldly.

The general lowered his head in panic, and after saluting, he dared to get up and waved to the people in the distance.

"Everyone can't get close to me fifty steps," Duda said at last, boarding a four-wheeled carriage decorated with white curtains.

Before meeting the two girls, Duda had no feelings about the planet. It was just a mission location, where he came to pick up something, and then returned to the moon to embark on an unknown journey with his fellow countrymen.

That's all.

However, a small bowl of water made Duda feel heavy. If you watch these children die in malnutrition or be trampled on like ants... If you can ignore it, then do you still have a conscience!

I guess You Lie thinks so too.

Duda sat in the carriage with heavy eyelids. However, looking at such a square array surrounding him, he didn't dare to fall asleep for a moment. He had already seen that his identity was given by the top leaders of the church. Why should he give his enemies such courtesy? Duda didn't know, but he absolutely did not believe that this was a kind of show of kindness, otherwise the triangular fighter jets in space would not have fired at him.

The cavalry passed through the hills and began to camp and fire when night fell. General Nospibi personally brought the dinner and watched Duda eat a little of everything.

The diet here is terrible.

Duda came to the conclusion. The condiments were only salt and were placed indiscriminately without restraint. The meat was too hard and I was afraid it would have to be smashed with a miner's hammer. The vegetables were OK, but they were too salty and too little. Duda put down his fork and said, "Take it down."

Nosib wanted to speak but stopped, so he quickly took the plate away.

Duda sat in the carriage, put down the curtain, held the key with his hands, and fell asleep unknowingly.

The bumps of the carriage woke Duda up, but fortunately everything was normal. The two most important properties, keys and lightsabers, were still in his hands. Duda stretched out his muscles and poked his head out. General Nospie walked loyally beside the carriage and lowered his head, "Your Majesty, do you need anything?"

"How long will it take to see your pope?" Duda asked.

"At this speed, it will be half a day before." Nospibi replied.

In fact, it doesn't take that long, but he believes it's better to be early than to be late. Duda looked at his watch and it's been sixteen hours since he arrived on this planet. Within twenty-two hours he must return to the moon, otherwise he will have to stay in this planet full of rust smell for the rest of his life.

"Gazzle, I need to see your pope faster." Duda said in a commanding tone.

Noscibilis hesitated and did as he did.

After speeding up the pace, Duda finally saw a towering city within two hours.

This city made him feel as if he had returned to Earth...

This is a metropolis.

There are tall buildings lined up one after another, with clear wall materials. Several of them are made of fiberglass, reflecting sunlight, making people unable to face it.

The army stopped under the walls of the Holy Capital.

The clergy, dressed gracefully and behaved solemnly, were divided into two rows, crossed their hands, and hung their heads to wait for Duda's arrival.

Duda took the first step into the capital and found that there was a whole piece of paved marble under his feet. The streets in the sun were bright and wide, and the clergymen were shaved, whispering and peaceful. For some reason, every step on this road, Duda thought of the low tunnel and the two malnourished little girls.

Duda met the Pope in the magnificent hall covered with heavy carpets. It was an old man in his sixties, with dry skin, wearing a funny cylindrical hat, and a full of gem necklaces. Beside him were two rows of priests in pure white robes, with their heads down and eyes closed, and no one looked up at Duda.

The gate as high as ten meters slowly closed, the Pope stood up and smiled: "Are you the pilot on that spacecraft?"

"You mean the one who shot down one of your formations... Well, it's me." Duda took two steps forward carelessly, "Don't you bring me a chair?"

"No, no need." The pope's smile was still bright, "You won't stay here for too long."

"That's right," Duda nodded in agreement, "but I need to finish a few things before I leave."

"Young man, this is not the place where you make the conditions." The Pope gently tapped his scepter and curled his smile, "I am the master of this place. Don't think that if I tell them that you are a messenger of God, you are really. I can make you a demon sent by a false god at any time!"

"I'm even more worried that I will really become a demon." A picture of Duda driving the Pingyang Princess Pinyang pounced on this beautiful city.

He said coldly: "First, let your spaceship leave me the moon, otherwise I will destroy them all, I will do what I say!"

"Oh, Moon, you call it that." The Pope seemed to have a toy with a smug expression on his face.

"Secondly, the ant people here give them the treatment they deserve." Duda controlled his anger, "In the end, we can exchange food for some of your side food, such as eggs."

"Well, good advice." The Pope returned to his seat and smiled, "It's my turn."

He was so stern, and he shouted sternly, "You outsiders don't know who you are dealing with! We have inherited the civilization of the ancients, and we have more powerful power than you! You dare to threaten us with war! I will let you see God's means! Now I will give you the last chance to take your spaceship to loyal to me, or die!"
