After Yang Jian came to power, he naturally valued the disciples of Confucian and Legal schools of Xuanmu Island who helped him seize the world. The disciples of Confucian and Legal schools of each took their own strengths and jointly formulated a set of governing policies that influenced future generations for thousands of years!

Emperor Wen of Sui, Yang Jian, adopted the Legalist policy of governing the country: he determined the three provinces and six ministries and simplified the local official system. The three provinces were the Secretary of Shang, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and performed the functions of prime ministers to assist the emperor in handling national affairs. The Provincial Department of Internal Affairs was responsible for drafting and promulgating the emperor's edicts; the Provincial Department of Internal Affairs was responsible for reviewing the edicts drafted by the Provincial Department of Internal Affairs and the memorials drafted by the Provincial Department of Internal Affairs; the Provincial Department of Internal Affairs was the highest administrative organ of the country, with six departments under it, including the Ministry of Personnel, the Ministry of Rites, the Ministry of War, the Ministry of Ministers, and the Ministry of Works. This not only strengthened centralization, but also created a new stage in the feudal social and political system of the territory.

Emperor Wen of Sui, Yang Jian, absorbed the Confucian idea of ​​"benevolent government" and revised the Legalist's "Kaihuang Law": the 81 death crimes in the previous dynasty, 150 death crimes, more than a thousand disciples, and more than a thousand tortures such as rods and genocides, and the extermination of clans were all abolished. At the same time, many legal contents were reduced, such as "Six years of intercourse, changed to five years; the prisoners were five years old, and the three sacrifices were changed; the rest were lighter and severe, and turned to death into life." Taking a cautious attitude towards the handling of prisoners, instead of taking care of human lives, effectively preventing unjust cases from happening. Emperor Wen's reform of the law reduced the cruelty and barbarity of the law, and had epoch-making significance in the legal system of the territory.

It is worth mentioning that the first article of "Kaihuang Law" is "In the first year of Kaihuang, the ruler of Sui Dynasty patted Huang, and Huang was the supreme emperor of the superior robes. It was built as a permanent system." Since Emperor Wen of Sui Dynasty, Yang Jian, began to wear yellow robes, since then, emperors of all dynasties have wore yellow dragon robes.

Emperor Wen of Sui Yang Jian adopted the Confucian method of selecting talents and began to emerge the "Imperial Examination System" (Yang Jianshi began to implement it, and Yang Jian's son Yang Guang officially designated the "Imperial Examination System" as policies and regulations promulgated!).

After the implementation of the "Imperial Examination System", it had a profound impact on the local boundaries. After the Sui Dynasty, the social structure, political system, education, and humanistic thoughts of the local boundaries were all influenced by the Imperial Examination.

Compared with the hereditary and recommendation system, the "Imperial Examination System" is undoubtedly a fair, open and just method, which improves the employment system.

Later, the "Imperial Examination System" spread across the ocean and spread to the foreign barbarians. It formed a unique "Confucian cultural circle" in the territory. Later, foreign barbarians (Europe, Britain, France, Italy and other countries) all advocated the fair and just system of "Imperial Examination". The methods and examination principles of civil servants of foreign barbarians all absorbed to a large extent the superiority of the "Imperial Examination System".

Emperor Wen of Sui, Yang Jian, also issued a series of policy measures that benefit the country and the people, such as the "Engrande of equal fields" and the "Setting up granaries".

Emperor Wen of Sui, Yang Jian, built the Guangtong Canal, which was the beginning of the Grand Canal. The Grand Canal is far more important to China in the territory than the Great Wall. The Grand Canal connects the Yangtze River Basin in the Yellow River Basin and connects two civilizations, making the Yangtze River Basin gradually become one.

Emperor Wen of Sui Yang Jian cultivated the "Daxing City", which was the capital of Chang'an in later generations. It was "the world's number one city", and its design and layout ideas had a profound impact on later generations and foreign barbarians.

Historical records: Emperor Wen of Sui Yang Jian "has great kindness and virtue, which has never been compared before." Yang Jian reigned for twenty-four years and was called the "Kaihuang Prosperity".

It is precisely because of the "Kaihuang Prosperity" jointly created by the Confucian and Legal schools that the Confucian and Legal schools also found the basis for political compromise: use Confucianism to select talents, and use Legalism to govern the world; Confucianism is the appearance and Law is the inner!

After Li Song obtained the Hongmeng Sword transformed from the lotus stem of the Creation World, the Xuanmu Island lineage has been full of luck. It has officially begun to dominate the overall situation of the earth! After all, Buddhism and Taoism are not as good as the Confucian and Legal schools in terms of acquired education, and they are no longer able to compete with the Confucian and Legal schools in the court!

There are ten fortunes in the earth's boundary, and Xuanmu Island has already obtained eight of them!

Western Buddhism, Mount Sumeru, and Shunti, sitting opposite each other, all with pain. The things that Confucianism and Law School in Xuanmu Island do in the local realm can naturally be hidden from their great powers.

Jie Yin sighed and said, "Junior brother, this Taoist Xuanmu is so alive. Now the Confucian and Legal families are booming in the local area. Our Buddhists will be difficult to show in Dongtu!"

Zhunti said: "You don't need to worry too much, I'm afraid that the one who is most worried about in this matter is not our Buddhism. Disaster is the place where blessings depend. We should take this opportunity to catch fish in the muddy water!"

At this time, a visitor came to the Bodhisattva Mahasthamaprapta, one of the eight great Bodhisattvas of Buddhism, and said, "Namo's master Amitabha, and the ancient Buddha of Namo's lamp came to see Amitabha, Subhuti Buddha Mother!"

Jie Yin and Zhunti looked at each other, and finally a smile appeared on their faces, saying, "Good!"

When the ancient Buddhist Buddha Lanlan entered the hell of reincarnation at Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva on that day, he fought with the people of Xuanmu Island along with the present Buddha Tathagata and future Buddha Maitreya.

Hou Randeng was shot into the Yin-Yang Bead by Hou Yi, the fourth disciple of Xuanmu Island, with a Pangu bow, which caused the six acquired spiritual treasures that flourished with Buddhism. Buddhism was not perfected. Therefore, after returning to Buddhism from the hell of reincarnation, Randeng has been in seclusion, just to repair the Yin-Yang Bead. Now that a thousand years have passed, Randeng has achieved success, so he came to pay homage to Zhi Yin and Zhunti.

After he was given a ceremony, he followed up and said, "Namo Ancient Lantern Buddha, our Buddhism originally had Hinayana and Mahayana sects. Now there is no one to take care of Hinayana Buddhism. It just so happened that the Ancient Lantern Buddha of Namo has now left the pass, and I am afraid that it will be hard for the Ancient Lantern Buddha of Namo!"

Randeng was overjoyed when he heard this and bowed to Zhi Yin Zhunti and said, "Randeng is a Buddhist plan, how dare you not do your best!?"

If Buddhism wants to prosper, it is necessary to advance both Hinayana and Mahayana sects together. However, it turns out that Namo’s master, Medicine Buddha, the leader of Hinayana Buddhism, has reincarnated and regenerated into Bodhidharma, and has passed down the Mahayana Zen Buddhism in the East Land. The development of Hinayana Buddhism for thousands of years has been to stop moving forward.

Randeng was originally the deputy head of the Ancestral Sect, and his status in Taoism was only half a generation higher than that of the 12 Golden Immortals. Later Randeng was dissatisfied with the original Heavenly Venerable strategy, and led Manjushri, Samantabhadra, Guanyin, Juliusun, Wei Hu and others to rebel against the Ancestral Sect and defected to Buddhism.

Nowadays, Manjushri and others occupy a high position in Buddhism, especially Guanyin Bodhisattva, who is the first to spread Buddhism in the East, and the status of Lanlan in Buddhism has also increased!

Randeng was a person who pursued fame and fortune. After coming to Buddhism, his status was always suppressed by the Tathagata who was reincarnated by Duobao. He had complained in his heart. Fortunately, Randeng was an ancient Buddha and formed his own unity. Tathagata did not interfere in normal times. Besides, Buddhism is still in its development stage, so it is a harmonious atmosphere.

Randeng is now the leader of Hinayana Buddhism. He is standing by the Tathagata and feels proud! Randeng immediately bid farewell to the two of them to follow the two of them and go to do the things that made Hinayana Buddhism prosper!

Jing Yin and Zhunti looked at Randeng's ambition back, and Zhunti said, "Senior brother, we are also helpless! Only when Rendeng presides over Hinayana Buddhism can Hinayana Buddhism rise quickly!"

Jie Yin sighed: "Time is not waiting for me, so I can only make this bad decision! I am afraid that I will have to cycle the cause and effect in the future and suffer this retribution! Junior brother, it is time for you to go to Dongtu again!"

After returning to Lingshan, Randeng was full of ambitions and naturally promoted Hinayana Buddhism and accepted disciples. Randeng accepted disciples, but did not seek much character, but only talked about strength and qualifications!

Hou Randeng received Shanwuwei, Vajra Wisdom, Bukong and other three people in Xihe Niuzhou. These three people were all very qualified! Especially Shanwuwei, the eldest disciple of Randeng, was an ancient dragon spirit who achieved enlightenment! The dragon was originally lustful, and Shanwuwei by chance, he actually realized a technique of collecting yin and replenishing yang. Now he has the late stage of the Golden Immortal cultivation!

Buddhism originally abuses women's beauty. How can Shan Wuwei stand loneliness after he bows under the Lan Deng Gate? Shan Wuwei is not an ordinary person after all. He actually combined Buddhist teachings with the "Ware of Yin and Yang" and passed on the lineage of Buddhist Hinayana Buddhism Tantra, calling himself "Happy Buddha". Under the guise of "dual cultivation of Yin and Yang", he promoted the way to become a Buddha in the earth.

"Yin and Yang Harmony" is the ultimate principle of heaven and earth. Many people in the earth who want to practice Taoism but are reluctant to give up can hear that Buddhism has the so-called "Yin and Yang dual cultivation" to become a Buddha, so they all went to Buddhism regardless of the truth or falsehood. The Buddhist Hinayana Buddhism Tantra has spread rapidly, and its momentum is far ahead of Mahayana Buddhism Zen. The two Buddhist Mahayana Hinayana Buddhism and Hinayana Buddhism have finally advanced together!
