Chapter Thirty-Eight

"It's Han Shu."

A misty sound came from not far away. Han Shu placed a basket full of vegetables, fruits and vegetables in front of the wooden house, and then found Zhao Yu in the direction of the sound.

At this time, Zhao Yu was tens of meters deep underground - a huge pit was low in the place where the cliff originally protruded the ground.

This is Zhao Yu's contribution to one or two hours in the morning.

Han Shu stood silly by the pit, and suddenly a huge ball of sand flew up from the bottom of the pit, crossed his head, and fell behind him. He turned his head mechanically to look, and at this time, Zhao Yu stepped up from the bottom of the pit and stood beside him.

Seventeen or eighteen large and small pieces of jade fell beside him. Zhao Yu clapped his hands and said with a smile: "Here you come."

"First...sir..."

Zhao Yu shook his head and smiled, "Don't think too much, I'm not a monster or a god."

Then, "Go to the cabin."

Two figures, one big and one small, and seventeen or eighteen jade pieces on the ground next to them were suspended and followed, and then they arrived at the wooden house. Zhao Yu saw the basket and the basket full of vegetables, fruits and melons.

The next hour, Han Shu spent the night in a daze, and he would do whatever Zhao Yu asked him to do.

No matter what the reason for Han Shu is, when he comes to the mountain at this time of Chen, Zhao Yu naturally has to fulfill his promise.

This child's physical qualifications are better than those of ordinary people, but they are not as talented as genius. Zhao Yu taught him the marrow washing scripture, used his magic power to shake the Taoist rhyme, and imprinted it word by word in his heart. Then he explained it word by word.

Han Shu passively accepted it, like a sponge, absorbing the mystery of the marrow washing meridian.

Compared with the Five Elements Boxing Sutra, the set of marrow cleaning sutra created by Zhao Yu is much higher, but the same path is achieved. It is difficult to distinguish between the level of practice until it is perfect.

The Five Elements Boxing Sutra starts from the outside to the inside, with a low starting point, while the marrow washing Sutra starts directly from the marrow washing, from the inside to the outside, with a high starting point.

Zhao Yu saw that the child was interested and passed on the marrow cleaning scripture. If he changed someone, he might not have such thoughts. Even if he had the intention, he would not be able to pass on the marrow cleaning scripture. He might choose the Five Elements Boxing Sutra and get rid of the trouble.

It is even more difficult to get started with marrow cleaning, and it takes more time for Zhao Yu to teach.

An hour later, Zhao Yu stopped and said to the ignorant Han Shu: "This technique is called the Marrow Cleansing Sutra, which is from the inside out, strengthens the courage of the inside and strengthens the divine power of the outside, so that it is full of energy and keen spirit. If you can practice to a certain extent, it will be easier to read and understand the truth, and even thousands of troops cannot stop you. However, it is not very expensive and it is extremely difficult to get started. You must prepare for nourishing. After you go back, you can tell your parents and elders that you must eat at least three meals a day and that you must eat meat at least. In the next half month, you will come up the mountain every morning at the lunar hour, and I will solve your doubts."

People have essence, energy, spirit, and spirit is the head of control, essence is the foundation of the body, and energy is the habitual connection between spirit and essence. If the essence is strong, the energy is strong, and if the energy is strong, the spirit is full. People with strong bodies and full energy are often more keener in spirit.

Therefore, no matter where you start practicing, the more you practice, the more you become, the more you become, the more you become, the more you become, the more you become confused. As for those who are strong in mortals, they are not necessarily smarter or even stupider than those who are weak in their bodies, they have nothing to do with cultivation. Because he did not practice. He did not control his spirit and energy. Therefore, he could not do the feat of replenishing the spirit with energy. In practice, building the foundation is like this.

Han Shu probably woke up like a dream at this time, and didn't say much, but just bowed to the ground, knelt three times and nine times.

Zhao Yu did not stop him and asked him to perform the teacher's rituals.

Although he did not say he was accepted as a disciple, he was a master and disciple, and he was considered a registered disciple, but he could bear him kneeling three times and kowtowing nine times.

For Han Shu, the most wonderful thing in this world is meeting Zhao Yu.

What kind of person is this?

A cliff disappeared in one night, with fine sand and huge pits... as if he was in the world of immortals and gods. And he actually had such an opportunity. On the way down the mountain, Han Shu suddenly became excited.

In the following days, Han Shu went up the mountain on time every morning at Chen. Zhao Yu solved his doubts, not only in cultivation. Cultivation is the principle, so in solving the doubts, he also taught him the principles. Cultivation is not something that can be done by ignorance. It is not the so-called protagonist in the novel. When he gets a martial art, he will see it, oh, he will know it. That's all nonsense.

This is a vast system that must start from the basics. You don’t know anything. Want to practice? You are looking for death.

That is, Zhao Yu, who has already stepped into the threshold of the immortal path, can use some means beyond imagination. If he is just an ordinary person, the time it takes to pass on the foundation of this system to his disciples must be calculated in years.

During this period, Zhao Yu had already hollowed out a huge pit in the mountain.

It is at least a thousand meters deep, and it is constantly expanding towards the continuous direction of the ore veins.

Zhao Yu never covered Han Shu, and Han Shu even saw it with his own eyes many times. Seeing Zhao Yu punching a huge hole, Zhao Yu used his magic power to throw the gravel that had hollowed out the jade and throw it out of the mine.

All of this is buried in Han Shu's heart.

He is a very mature child. Although he talked about Zhao Yu with his parents and elders, he did not talk about Zhao Yu's immortal methods. He just said that he would learn from him when he met a wise man.

Ten days passed in a flash.

On this day, Zhao Yu was going deep into the mountain to pick jade. The mine was slanted downwards and stretched for a few miles. There was no light underground, but it could not stop Zhao Yu's eyes. In his eyes, everything was so clear. There was no need to use any magic power.

The Taoist foundation has long been completed, and the physical body has entered the transformation period, showing many magical phenomena. For example, shrinking into an inch of the ground does not require any magic power, but an instinct of the physical body. In fact, this has gradually touched the principles of the physical body's magical powers.

It is the spirituality that is nurtured in the acupoints and gradually begins to dominate the physical body.

And this kind of master is not passive, and has always been under the control of Zhao Yu's soul.

The first step in practicing is to perfectly control yourself. You must first understand yourself before you are qualified to touch the profoundest principles between heaven and earth. If you don’t even understand yourself, but go straight to the principles of heaven and earth, it is like a castle in the sky, with no foundation.

Every step of breakthrough in practice can only be achieved after a complete understanding of the principles at a certain level. There will be no possibility of breaking through the realm of Taoism in a confused way.

Just like mathematics, you must first understand the four operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, so that you can step by step into a higher academic stage. It is impossible to directly break through to the level of calculus only if you can count to one hundred.

So as the legend says that if you take a few spiritual medicines in a sea, you will break through the realm, which is completely nonsense.

That's looking for death.

Whether it is spiritual medicine or magical medicine, what is increased is strength. And strength needs to be supported by reason to be perfectly mastered. The power that cannot be mastered is self-destruction.

Just like Zhao Yu now, for example, he gets a magic pill, and his magic power is boundless after eating it, but the ending can only be that his soul is destroyed by magic power and becomes a puppet of magic power. Only when the Taoist practice is higher than the magic power can he replenish his magic power with magic pills, and he must not eat a scattered person without the Taoist practice exceeding the magic power.

This principle is vaguely reflected in myths and legends. Those gods have been practicing for countless years and their magic power is difficult to improve, but how many of them have taken the pills? How many disciples have taken the Nine-Turn Golden Elixir of Taishang Laojun in the legend?

Sun Wuzi took so many elixirs, but he was just a Buddhist guardian. Can he become a Buddha?

cannot.

Sun Houzi is gifted and has a strong body, and can withstand the impact of pills. But it is probably that way. He stayed away from the truth.

I don’t say that the innocent heart is not simple, nor is it stupid. Confucius said that knowing the destiny of heaven and following the will of the heart without transcending the rules is the innocent heart. Every move is the truth. If you understand the truth, in the truth, it is like a fish in water. This is the innocent heart.

There is no shortcut to anything, especially when practicing. It requires one step at a time and the foundation is the foundation.

If the foundation of a house is not laid well, the house will collapse at most. But if a system that concerns one's own fundamentals is not laid well, it will be a dead end.

At this point, the authenticity of the Great Dao is much more rigorous than the other people's side.

For example, in the heretic technology, he can conduct and endure countless failed experiments. However, the breakthrough of Taoism cannot tolerate even one failure. At the least, the road will be cut off, and at the worst, the soul will be scattered.

In fact, practice also uses heretics, such as refining weapons, alchemy, or talismans, and can also be said to be authentic heretics. In the process of refining weapons and making talismans, experiment with your own principles. If you succeed, it means that the principles are understandable and you can apply them to yourself. If you fail, you are embarrassed to start over. From this point of view, it means that practice is not impossible to adapt.

Don't talk much.

Zhao Yu knew everything about him. The increase in magic power bit by bit, the slowly growing acupoints, the birth of spirituality, and the transformation of the physical body in the process of magic power and acupoints, did not leave his control.

He knew how far he had to practice to break through and to break through.

He knew where his doubts were, and he worked hard in the direction he needed to understand.

At this stage, Zhao Yu's Taoism is higher than his cultivation level. Although the Tianyan Mirror Illusion Realm is true and false, his training for Zhao Yu is real. This is the most valuable gift given to him by Master Hunkong.

A ball of fine sand, each grain of the same size, and several pieces of jade of different shapes flew out, and was thrown by Zhao Yu's sleeves and placed aside.

At this moment, a faint sound came from outside the pit!

"Teacher! Teacher!"

Zhao Yu raised his head and heard a hint of panic in the voice.

He was walking leisurely in the courtyard, shrinking into an inch, and the pits and cliffs were not an obstacle, so he walked, just like flat ground.

"Little Hanshu?"

In just a few steps, Zhao Yu could already see the sunshine.

A figure faintly stood up at the entrance of the cave, half of it was supported, looking down at the pit.

Then Zhao Yu jumped out.

"teacher!"

Han Shu knelt on the ground with a thud: "Please help my parents and my relatives!"

"Um?"

Zhao Yu frowned and turned his head to look down the mountain.

Then he said nothing: "You keep up."
