Chapter 102 You can't beat a cat~~(1/2)
Chapter 102 You can’t beat a cat (Second update~Please subscribe~)
The eyes of one person and one cat met, causing sparks to fly.
"Ron, you've never hit a cat." Harry looked at him with complicated eyes.
"I, I just don't want to really care about it!" Ron rolled up his sleeves and said ferociously, "It's just a cat, I didn't even use a wand!"
"Harry, let me tell you, my spellcasting level has improved a lot since I changed my wand."
"Really, don't look at me like that, Bill taught me..."
Crookshanks opened his mouth wide and let out a shrill cry of disdain.
Stupid little wizard.
The phantom Lupine looked at Ron with nostalgia in his eyes. Looking at Harry, except for the fact that he dared to attack the professor decisively, he could hardly find any trace of Gryffindor.
And this little red-haired one with freckles made him confirm that Gryffindor was still the same Gryffindor.
"I will visit you again in half a month and ask some questions about Professor Snape. You can prepare in advance."
"Try to win it before the end of this semester."
Lupine waved his wand and his figure appeared.
All three of them were speechless.
"He has been imprisoned in Azkaban and only recently escaped."
"If Scabbers is Peter, he is still alive." Hermione was puzzled, "But he is a hero, why should he remain anonymous?"
This last sentence made Ron feel like he had been stabbed. He was so embarrassed that he wanted to take out his wand and invite Crookshanks to a duel on the spot to prove to Harry what he could do. You can't beat this slightly larger ginger-faced kitten.
"Do you want a reward?" Harry smiled and said, "Then if you find it, I will give you a pound of owl rations, the same kind I fed you that day."
Harry gave the answer: "It's Peter."
"Answer my question honestly, did you eat Scabbers?" Harry asked.
The Ministry of Magic has issued a "Werewolf Code of Conduct", and Lupine obviously did not follow this code even if he appeared in Hogwarts.
Ron snorted: "Liar kitten."
"wrong."
"If he is a bad person, I will kill him myself." After saying this, Harry paused slightly to calm down, "Since I killed your pet, I will naturally compensate you for one."
"You can't beat it, there's no need for Crookshanks to lie to you." Harry turned around and said seriously to Ron.
Harry waved his hand: "But it's very simple to solve this matter. Just find him."
After a long time, she sighed, whether for Ron or Harry: "But the focus now is not Crookshanks, but Sirius Black."
"I hate those cumbersome rules. A method that can solve a problem is a good method." Harry shook his head, "Although in some aspects, they are indeed necessary to exist."
"Too many coincidences."
Hermione's face turned a little red.
"It's not that I can't beat Crookshanks." Ron shouted in shame, "What specific methods are used."
"It's not necessarily that all mice are Peter." Ron still couldn't bear to break his fantasy. The Weasley family was not a wealthy family and they had many children, so they didn't have many things that belonged to him.
Hermione opened her mouth, a little surprised, not knowing what to say.
Harry turned his head. Neville and the others were not here, so they might have gone back to the dormitory early: "Go out and talk? There's no curfew yet."
Ron's eyes widened: "No, I can't beat Crookshanks!"
Ron nodded.
"Owl, or cat?"
Hermione greeted Professor Lupin: "Professor, let's go back first."
Crookshanks sniffed, and suddenly he arched his back and bared his teeth in Lupin's direction.
He became even more flustered and waved his hands.
Harry patted it on the head: "Then I'll give you a task. If you catch it, bring it to me."
Crookshanks was surprised and called out three times tentatively.
Crookshanks was obedient and squatted down again.
"Peter is missing a finger on his right hand, and Scabbers is missing a toe on his right paw." Harry patted him on the shoulder, "Peter died thirteen years ago, and Scabbers appeared in your house thirteen years ago."
Hermione reacted quickly and took out her wand. Before she even raised it, she had already confirmed who was in front of her. Thinking that she had just said bad things about him, she felt a little embarrassed: "Oh, Professor Lupin, you are here too."
"It could be an Animagus." Harry said as softly as possible.
Lu Ping waved to them. He was not planning to leave yet. Looking from the stands to the Forbidden Forest in the distance, a cold wind blew, and a few drops of cold rain fell from time to time. It made him feel like he was back twenty years ago.
Hermione was startled and subconsciously looked at Ron.
"Be open-minded, this is a good thing." Harry comforted him.
"Harry, you're back so soon? Is there anything wrong with Professor Lupin?" Hermione was a little surprised that you were faster than herself.
"Nives are dangerous magical creatures of level 3X." Harry comforted him, "You are only in your third year after all, so it doesn't matter if you can't defeat them."
Ron was a little dissatisfied: "Look at Harry's eyes, he was born to be Gryffindor."
Harry said nothing, and stared at it indifferently without any emotion in his eyes.
"The Ministry of Magic doesn't allow illegal Animagus." Harry interrupted, expressionless, "Not even, well... you know."
Hermione didn't hesitate and followed him to a stand in the tower.
Ron breathed a sigh of relief.
Hermione said softly: "But it is almost impossible for an ordinary mouse to live for thirteen years."
"Axxi, Legilimency, and Veritaserum can all reveal the truth."
Crookshanks shook his head and swept his tail.
Ron looked dazed.
Harry looked at Lupin.
"What happened to Scabbers?" Seeing Lupine also appear, Ron became increasingly uneasy. He took a deep breath, grabbed Harry's sleeve, and asked.
Crookshanks was furious and eager to fight him again.
"I understand." Harry patted him on the shoulder, "I understand."
"There might be nothing wrong with him," Harry responded to her, "but there might be something wrong with Scabbers."
But he soon reacted.
Crookshanks stood up, rubbed his head against Harry's hand, and let out a threatening cry.
Ron was puzzled and looked around in confusion.
"Yes, I am." Harry nodded, "Would you like me to teach you some ways to deal with cats?"
"Harry invited me here." Lupine replied with a smile, but his smile made him look even weaker.
"My friend, don't get excited and sit still." Harry patted its head.
Lupine explained: "Peter is an illegal Animagus. He can turn into a mouse."
Crookshanks shrank his head, jumped off the table, patted Harry's hand with his tail, meowed a few times, and quickly jumped out, disappearing from the crowd.
Just like Harry would be heartbroken if he lost a bag of gold galleons.
Hermione was ready to speak and analyze.
Lupine's eyes widened. He didn't know what Axis was, but he knew the last two things very well: "No, Harry, you can't, the Ministry of Magic doesn't allow it..."
"By the way, Professor Lupin." Harry turned around and said to him, "Half a month, half a month at most."
But the innocent kitten wants more, so what's wrong with that?
"Okay, if I find it, I'll give you two pounds." Harry agreed.
Ron stared blankly at the place where Crookshanks had squatted just now.
Ron was confused: "What happened to him?"
Lupine sighed: "You are much bolder than your father. I finally understand why you were assigned to Gryffindor. From just now, I thought it would be better for you to go to Ravenclaw."
"When we find him, if he is a good person, let him compensate you with a pet." Harry said softly.
Ron was startled, and his eyes and nose began to twist.
"Actually, it could be a friend of my dad's," Harry continued.
Crookshanks raised his head and called out twice.
Harry nodded: "I'm confused about this too."
"Scabbers escaped?" Harry continued to ask Crookshanks.
To be continued...
