Chapter 119 Lost Utopia(1/2)

After the two sides stared at each other in silence for a while, Snow successfully understood that the dolls on the other side were just dead objects.

Just like the one he knocked down before, except that they seemed to be placed here collectively by someone.

"I'm scaring myself. I don't even have a person, so how can there be a demon?"

Snow patted her small chest and comforted her, but these dolls are really exquisitely made.

Perhaps because he had gotten used to it, Snow began to study this place carefully.

The dolls placed here can also be divided by gender. The half on the left is male and the half on the right is female.

I just don’t know their function and what are the materials used to make them?

Snow once tried to move one or two, but found it impossible to do so.

Their bodies are heavy, but they don't look like ordinary metal materials. They also wear uniforms and look like some kind of service personnel.

After thinking for a while, Snow began to climb up again and take off their clothes.

This time, he finally made a new discovery. There was actually a line of words engraved on the skin of their arms.

"Area B4 - Spare body of confidential personnel in the damage control room."

Snow stared blankly at the line of language that he had never seen before, but for some reason, he actually read it in a low voice.

"What text is this? Why do I recognize it?"

Falling into deep doubt, Snow began to search for the arms of other dolls.

Sure enough, the same language and characters were all engraved in the same position.

"Area A3 - Fuel room refueling crew backup body."

"Military Zone - Reserve Body of the Security Department."

"Central control area—core crew backup body..."

Snow looked at them one by one. It seemed that these dolls were being stored as some kind of spare parts.

And on the skin of their arms, there seemed to be other different areas carved with this place.

After thinking for a while, Snow decided to take a small risk.

"Open sesame."

I don’t know why, but the password to call the shuttle door has this strange sentence. Is it possible that there are also Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves in this world?

Such thoughts flashed through Snow's mind.

Then he kept reciting the name "Central Control Area" silently, and then walked into the irregular shuttle door.

After a few seconds, the scenery in front of him changed again.

What appeared in his sight this time was a tall white tower.

Apart from this, there were no other buildings around. After taking a few steps, Snow discovered that the place was surrounded by a thick layer of white fog that looked like a barrier.

It seems to be some kind of defensive measure to prevent unrelated people from entering and exiting at will.

But the shuttle door opens directly to the inside of the barrier, and it seems that you can reach the white tower directly.

But Snow was stopped at the door of the tower.

At the door of the tower was a sign with the same words as before. Snow didn't know why. He had never seen such words in any world, but he could accurately read their meaning.

[Utopia Ark Core Control Room: No idlers are allowed to enter, and trespassers will die.]

Seeing the word "death" at the end, Snow subconsciously bit his fingernails. Now that he has such delicate skin and tender flesh, what should he do if he encounters any danger?

After all, no one can guarantee that this seemingly important place will not set up any unknown traps.

After hesitating for a while, Snow still chose to walk in. He felt that there might be the most critical step for him to leave this ghost place...

But unfortunately, he was stopped just as he made up his mind.

Because a barrier like a fence appeared in front of him, firmly blocking the corridor leading to the tower.

It seems that if you want to enter here, you need to pass some authentication or a key.

Snow fiddled around for a while, but couldn't find anything like a mechanism that could be used to open the door.

"emmm... Sesame - open the door?"

In desperation, he could only try the password again.

But unfortunately, although the shuttle door appeared, the fence in front ignored him.

On the contrary, after a while, a beam of light like an X-ray shot out from the sky, scanning Snow back and forth, and finally settled on his left eye.

"Identity confirmed - special authority, welcome home, Mr. Captain."

The beam of light suddenly turned green, and then from nowhere, an electronically synthesized sound with a somewhat sweet taste floated out.

Although he didn't know which country's language this was, Snow understood what the other party meant.

With a bit of playful and arrogant lolita sound, this is the place that pokes Snow’s XP the most.

But at the same time, Snow was startled by the sound that appeared out of thin air.

"It sounds a bit like the electronic sound of some kind of intelligent program, and he just said Mr. Captain, right?"

Snow raised his head and scanned his surroundings, but found nothing suspicious.

Why call him Captain?

Touching his eyes, Snow didn't think the other person was talking about him, and the light just now clearly shone on his eyes.

Presumably, the other party's name must be related to the [Book of Conviction] in his body.

The fence gate that blocked the entrance to the tower was opened. The inside of this white tower gave people a completely different feeling from the outside.

There is a strong "work" atmosphere here, and there are many folders scattered on the ground. It looks like there are often hundreds or even thousands of social animals running back and forth here.

The surrounding walls are covered with densely packed pipes that are glowing blue and look like some kind of connection facility.

This reminded Snow of the Black Order's scientific research class and their studio.

The first floor inside the tower looks much wider, giving the impression of a hall, with stairs on both sides.

Facing the entrance of the corridor is a medium-sized reception room. This layout reminded Snow of the same units and departments he had entered before.

Perhaps because he was recognized as the captain by an unknown functional program, this made Snow's actions in this tower much easier.

Whenever he wants to enter a certain room, the door in front of him will automatically open for him as if it has received an infrared sensor.

For example, the name of the room in front of Snow was [Confidential Document Storage Room], but he walked in easily.

Unfortunately, Snow couldn't understand most of the documents and memos inside.

[On x month x, the construction of the inner cycle of Utopia was completed, and the basic agricultural area was successfully laid.]

[On x month x day, the construction of the starry sky curtain was completed, and the day and night cycle laying was completed. 】

[About the energy diversion application of the eternal engine...]

[Sail log, void anchor point coordinate laying plan...]

Snow rummaged through the contents inside. Although they all looked high-end and cutting-edge, for Snow, there was not a word in them that was of any use to him.

However, Snow did not gain nothing. At least he knew that the place he was in now was called Utopia.

Moreover, the technological level here seems to be very advanced, and the entire world is an independent space.

I just don’t know why, but one day, all the people and lives that originally lived here disappeared.

Snow packed up the things here and stuffed them back into their original positions, then continued his exploration of the white tower.

Since this is called the central control area, it must be the core control point responsible for this area.

Snow believed that he would be able to find a way out here.

Soon, he stood at a place called [Crew's Rest Cabin].

As for why it is a crew member, Snow doesn't quite understand. After all, no matter how you look at it, it doesn't look like it can be combined with the word "ship".

The door opened automatically.

But before I entered, he immediately saw the familiar thing in the corner.

It was a square machine, and no one would be unfamiliar with it.

It's a [beverage vending machine] that can be seen everywhere on the streets of the original world, but the lockers inside the machine are already empty.

The only thing he could see was an empty can dropped in front of him.

It looked like it had been thrown away in a hurry.

Snow picked it up and after observing it carefully, he found that this can was slightly different from the one he had seen before.

The first is the commercial icon printed on it, which looks somewhat similar to his favorite drink [Coca-Cola].

But some details and colors on the icon are slightly different.

Moreover, there is a very interesting name printed on this can - [Bai Le], which sounds like a stitched monster that combines two beverage companies.
