Chapter 309: The practice of Zhaobao Tai Chi

Qi Hongyu stroked his long beard, and then said: "First, the practice of Wudang Zhaobao Tai Chi boxing frame follows the rules of three straights, four smooths, Liuhe and Yiguan Sisha.

The Zhaobao Tai Chi frame is light and flexible, and the movements are stretched and generous. When practicing, the steps are in a circle, interlocking, and there is no obvious force movement. What is true is what is false. Use your strength to exert your strength. Pay special attention to "listening to the strength", that is, you must accurately feel and judge the opponent's incoming force in order to respond. The Three Great Pairs of King Kong are very characteristic moves of Zhaobao Tai Chi. Usage (1)

The opponent steps forward to the right and strikes me with his right hand. I step forward to the left and watch the opponent's right foot to prevent the opponent from raising his leg to hit me. Essentials (3): Take the left step forward and take over. The left step is solid and the back leg is empty. Following the opponent's advance, the back leg swings to the left and back to increase the length of the stroke.

Essentials (4): When doing the back stroke, push the front legs on the ground, move the center of gravity on the hind legs, turn the waist, push the front legs on the ground, swing the back legs to sweep, stroke the middle with both hands and press continuously, and the force is coordinated and complete.

The opponent stepped forward to hit me with his right hand. I stepped forward to the left and looked at the opponent's right leg.
