One hundred fifty-five

"Mahabharata" tells the story of two families in ancient India, from fighting each other to fighting for friendship. According to legend, there was a country in ancient India. The king's name was Dhiguo, and he was blind, so all major national affairs were left to him.

Pandu, his younger brother, presided over it. Dhritarashtra had one hundred sons, and they formed a large family called the Kulu clan, and Prince Duryodhana was the leader of the family. Pandu also had five sons, who also formed a family called Panda.

clan.

Each of Pandu's five sons was highly skilled in martial arts and was jealous of the Kuru tribe. After Pandu's death, the Kuru tribe and the Pandava tribe started a vicious fight for the throne. In order to ascend to the throne, the prince conspired to kill

The five brothers of the Panda tribe. Once the prince said to the five brothers: My dearest five brothers, my father has built a house in a quiet place. You can move there and live there from today on.

The five brothers didn't know it was a conspiracy, so they readily agreed. Little did they know that the house was actually made of flammable gum! When the five brothers moved in, the prince immediately ordered the house to be set on fire. In an instant, the house was filled with smoke.

Smoke billowed and blazing flames ignited, and soon it was burned to ashes. The prince laughed proudly, thinking that after burning the five brothers to death, he would be able to get the throne easily.

A few years later, the country of He held a grand celebration, and the old king accepted the congratulations from the ministers and foreign envoys. At this time, the court officials reported that the five consorts of King Pan had come to pay homage, and the old king ordered them to pay homage. When they arrived

When they entered the main hall, everyone was shocked to find out that they were the five brothers of the Panda clan.

The prince was even more surprised. Didn't they burn to death? How did he become the prince's consort? It turned out that when the prince sent people to burn the rubber houses, someone secretly told the five brothers about the prince's plot. The five brothers hurriedly escaped from the tunnel.

They escaped the catastrophe. They fled to a forest, slept in the open air, and finally came to Panguo. At this time, the Panguo princess was competing in martial arts to recruit a bride, and many princes and nobles from the Indian Peninsula came. The Panguo king pointed at a bow.

He said: Whoever can draw this bow and hit the target can marry the princess. Many people came forward, but no one could draw the bow. Finally, one of the five brothers came forward and said: Let

Let me try! He pulled hard, and the bow was like a full moon. When he let go, the arrow was like a shooting star, hitting the bull's-eye. The bull's-eye was like the eye of a spinning fish.

The audience burst into applause, and the princess personally put the flower crown on his head. According to the custom of Panguo, the princess married the five brothers at the same time. Panguo was powerful, and the five brothers took this as their backing, and returned to Heguo with their heads held high to raise an army to punish the guilty.

The king of Heguo had no choice but to agree to give them half of the land. Due to the prince's obstruction, the five brothers were only given a large piece of desolate land. Later, the prince didn't even want to give them this desolate land, so he proposed to roll the dice.

Whoever loses will be exiled for twelve years and cannot be recognized by others for the thirteenth year before he can get half of the country.

The five brothers had no choice but to agree, but they lost and hid in the forest. Twelve years later, the five brothers disguised themselves and came to work in the palace of another country. A year later, they sent envoys to the country of He.

, asked for half of the land, but was rudely rejected by the prince.

The five brothers couldn't bear it anymore, so they contacted many countries to attack He. The prince was not to be outdone, and united many countries to fight. The entire Indian peninsula was ablaze with swords and swords. The fierce battle lasted for eighteen days, and the prince was defeated. His ninety

All nine brothers were killed. The prince fled alone, and the five brothers pursued him. As he was running, suddenly a large lake appeared in front of him. The prince hesitated for a moment and jumped into the lake. The five brothers chased him to the lake and looked for the prince everywhere.

.Suddenly they found a reed pipe on the lake. It turned out that the prince was hiding at the bottom of the lake and breathing through the reed pipe. The five brothers insulted the prince with harsh words. The prince couldn't stand it anymore, so he jumped out to fight with them, and was killed.

kill.

The warriors of the Kulu tribe were determined to avenge the prince. They took advantage of the Pandavas sleeping at night to launch a sneak attack and killed them all. Only the five brothers escaped. The next day, the five brothers saw mountains of bones and rivers of blood on the battlefield.

Feeling extremely sad, he decided to make peace with the Julu tribe. The two tribes finally turned their hostility into friendship.

In fact, this story reflects the life of all classes in Egypt at that time. Specifically, it is what everyone sees. The royal family's intrigues to compete for the throne implicated all the civilians. In the end, the royal family saw that the civilians were piled with corpses, so

Let’s not continue the intrigue. But we can also say that this was originally the beautiful wish of the Indian saints. Often in reality, this kind of thing is still unlikely to happen. After all, let’s talk about us modern people? Who doesn’t like absolutes?

What about power and supreme status? Right?

After talking about this, it is not difficult to see that the civilians in India are not living well at all. Whether the Indian Empire is not conquered or conquered, the civilians have always been living in dire straits.

, so we have this beautiful yearning. But no matter how we say that conquerors are bad people, to be honest, Darius I still has a completely different nature from other conquerors, and other conquerors will not do it at all.

It is said that the cultural systems of other conquered empires or tribes are preserved, and Darius respects this cultural system very much. As for what Darius thinks, we can guess, maybe Darius believes that power is given by nature.

He didn't get it himself, that's why this situation happened.

This is just like almost all the emperors in ancient China. They all believed that they were the real dragon emperor, which was the concept of imperial power and heavenly authority. The emperor only represented the way of heaven in managing the people, so he must ensure the smooth weather of the people and the integrity of the country, and cannot carry out any

Wretched destruction. For example, let’s talk about our First Emperor. After destroying the six kingdoms, our First Emperor did not kill the royal families of the six kingdoms, so the civil war continued. Anyway, our First Emperor also respects culture very much, and many people can

The documents preserved to us today are enough to explain everything.

But some people may say that there is still a burning of books and entrapment of Confucianism. In fact, the burning of books and entrapment of Confucianism at that time is simpler, just like in our modern era, people do not understand things clearly, and then publish their personal opinions.

opinions and instigated others to rebel with him. Because these people only considered his own interests and felt that the First Emperor was not good to them. In the end, the so-called burning of books and entrapment of Confucians actually meant that very few people died, probably only about a hundred.

Scholar, right? There is still a big misunderstanding about this matter.

Because the ideology of the supreme ruler is to protect the integrity of the entire country and the interests of almost everyone, rather than just considering the interests of an individual person, because only when the country is complete can there be other possibilities.

The country is no longer complete, and everything else is empty talk. We must understand absolutely that in our ancient times, when fighting and defending against attacks, it was entirely based on the number of people or even more resources that determined whether our country could be saved.

Come down.

Let’s give an example: when our First Emperor finally connected the Great Wall, there were actually many slaves connected to the Great Wall, and even some foreign slaves, but most of them were our own people. Why? Because the people who built the Great Wall were not protecting a certain person.

interests, or the integrity of a certain place or the capital. The Great Wall is to defend against nomads outside, and it is to protect us Chinese as a whole.

And at this time, if someone says that he is too tired, does not want to build the Great Wall, thinks that our First Emperor is simply too cruel, and then speaks more violently and talks nonsense everywhere, there is a certain possibility that

The thinking of the common people is distorted. Then everyone will not build the Great Wall for fear of being tired. When the nomads really attack, the people who will die are all our Chinese.

Therefore, the first emperor's thinking mode was to kill this person who talked nonsense and build the foundation of the Great Wall. Because this person did not analyze the matter thoroughly from the beginning and did not understand what the Great Wall protected, so he had some thoughts in his heart.

Resentment, just feeling that oneself is having a hard time, according to our concept today, is an angry youth. Angry youth is certainly good and shows that they are thoughtful, but at least they have to analyze things thoroughly before getting angry, right? Otherwise, talking nonsense everywhere is useless.

Come on? When everyone is led astray, will this country still have stability? It will harm the entire country.

We can also use another example to understand the original thinking mode of our First Emperor. This is like Bodhidharma cutting his own flesh for the eagle to eat, so that the hungry eagle can save its own life. Maybe many of us Chinese Buddhist believers

You can say, this is a great kindness, immeasurable merit, etc.!

In fact, if the First Emperor were to handle this kind of thing, the First Emperor would definitely kill the eagle! Why? Because the eagle may starve to death today. We must understand that eagles can also attack us humans and eat meat! So

The First Emperor killed the eagle to protect more civilians from being attacked by the eagle. It's like Bodhidharma used his own flesh to save the life of the eagle today, and the eagle survived. What if the eagle eats civilians tomorrow?

So based on the concept of the First Emperor, Bodhidharma is a bad guy who is destroying the safety of civilians. But Buddhists will say a lot of truths. Anyway, in the end, it will be proved that the First Emperor is a thug-like existence without any good intentions.

In other words, I also think that Buddhism must have devout believers. If the people the eagles want to eat the next day are people who have nothing to do with us, I will also give food to the eagles, but if the eagles want to eat us

Among myself, I believe that I will also choose to be the evil person the Buddha said and choose to kill the eagle.

This is the difference between the thinking of us civilians and the emperor. Therefore, there is never absolute right or wrong in things. It is just that the starting point and direction of understanding are different. The emperor is for the big picture, while the common people more often only think about themselves.

, or an extremely small group, which leads to greater conflicts.
