050 An Awkward Enemy Meeting

There was still a hint of paleness on Ping Weixuan's face. He was frightened when he saw her fall. When he reached out and failed to catch her, he just watched her fall stupidly. Only now did he react.

Rush down.

He looked at Liang Shangjun strangely. Even if he saved Chunchun, he still had no good impressions of him. He stretched out his hand to snatch Xia Chun back, but was blocked by Liang Shangjun's raised arm.

His expression immediately changed, doubts arose in his eyes, and he turned to look at Xia Chun.

"Please let me go, I'm fine."

Sensing the strangeness of the atmosphere, Xia Chun spoke hurriedly, with a trace of request in her panicked eyes. At this moment, she even forgot what she was angry about, and inexplicably felt a trace of apology to Ping Weixuan in her heart.

Facing her pleading eyes, Liang Shangjun's pupils shrank slightly, his thin lips opened slightly, and his low voice was filled with persistence:

"I'll help you downstairs first."

Xia Chun immediately shook her head and refused without thinking:

"No, I'm really fine."

Anxiety stained her brows, and the pain in her ankles spread to her limbs. She began to struggle again, trying to free her little hand from his grasp.

There was a hint of darkness in Liang Shangjun's eyes. He pursed his lips and glanced at Ping Weixuan, who was looking doubtful. When he let go, he whispered:

"Be careful, don't fall again."

Seeing him let go of his hand, Ping Weixuan hurriedly stretched out his hand to support Xia Chun and asked gently:

"Chunchun, did you twist your foot? Let me carry you downstairs."

In the corridor on the second floor, Si Hanyu was leaning against the hollow carved railing with one hand, and his tall figure stood coldly and proudly. Liang Shangjun slightly raised his eyelids, and when his eyes met his gloomy eyes, he felt suddenly. No wonder Xia Chun was angry.

Beside him, Ping Weixuan was already helping Xia Chun take the next step. He heard Xia Chun's "hiss" and turned around to see Ping Weixuan worriedly saying that he wanted to carry her down but was rejected by her.

It wasn't until she had gone down three steps that he looked away, ignoring the slight tightening of his heart due to her slender back, and stepped up to the second floor.

Bai Zihang also saw Si Hanyu appearing on the second floor, and the corner of his mouth curled up mockingly. When he passed by Xia Chun who was coming downstairs, a meaningful look flashed in his eyes.

"What a coincidence, Mr. Si also comes to eat seafood?"

Bai Zihang caught up with Liang Shangjun, stepped onto the second floor with him, and greeted Si Hanyu with a smile.

Xia Chun, who was only two steps away from going down to the first floor, was slightly startled by Bai Zihang's tone. Although she didn't know Bai Zihang, she just vaguely saw that he was with Liang Shangjun.

She could clearly feel the sarcasm and even disdain in his words.

"Yes, the seafood in this seafood restaurant tastes very good. If I remember correctly, doesn't someone not like seafood?"

Si Hanyu raised his eyebrows lightly, with a sneer in his eyes, staring at Liang Shangjun sharply.

As if she felt the undercurrent surging on the second floor, she instinctively turned around and looked towards the second floor. Liang Shangjun looked at her with a tacit understanding. Their eyes met in mid-air, and she quickly turned her head away.

His deep magnetic voice floated down from the second floor:

"Habits can be changed. I'm trying to get used to eating seafood."

Although there was sharp pain in her ankle with every step she took, Xia Chun gritted her teeth and went downstairs, but Bai Xi's forehead was covered with fine sweat.

"Chunchun, let me carry you."

Ping Weixuan's eyes were filled with distress, and he knelt down in front of Xia Chun.

"No, I can leave by myself."

Xia Chun frowned, but tried her best to ignore the pain in her ankle.
