35. King Tyrannosaurus raising cubs Little Tyrannosaurus King Tyrannosaurus family(1/2)

The two behemoths walked through the dense forest, carefully distinguishing the smell in the air.

The wind brought the smell of ceratopsians, and they were very close to their target.

The two behemoths looked at each other, stepped lightly, followed the scent, and quietly approached.

Lush vegetation hides their appearance well.

Through the gaps between the leaves, you can see several ceratopsians eating palm plants on the grass on the river bank. Their beak-like mouths easily bite off the petioles and eat the feathery leaves into their mouths.

One ceratopsian is enough for them to eat for a day, provided they can hunt successfully.

The predator behind the tree is still biding its time.

Finally, an opportunity presented itself. An adult ceratopsian was eating leaves and entered its hunting range without realizing it.

The huge figure suddenly rushed out from behind the tree, its thick tail swung, and its muscular legs stepped on the ground, almost making the earth tremble.

It was twice the size of the ceratopsian and had extremely strong explosive power. It rushed in front of the ceratopsian in the blink of an eye and bit it with its big mouth full of sharp teeth.

The sound of cracking bones and the ceratopsian screams sounded almost simultaneously, resounding through the forest.

The bitten horned dragon howled and struggled hard, constantly stabbing the predator with the horns on its head.

When the predator let go after the pain, the ceratopsian suddenly broke free and rushed towards the woods with bloody bite marks on its back.

When the horned dragon was about to escape, another huge figure suddenly appeared in front of it and bit its neck.

The bitten ceratopsian fell to the ground, lifeless.

The other ceratopsians took this opportunity to escape successfully.

The newly appeared huge dinosaur opened its mouth, raised its head slightly towards its companions, and let out a low, fast-paced roar in its throat, with a hint of showing off.

Its companion came over and put its scaly-skinned head against it.

They are a couple, they just got married this year and already have a clutch of eggs.

One of the eggs was already showing signs of breaking, and they needed to bring fresh food back to the soon-to-be-born cubs.

This is not a problem for them, because they are Tyrannosaurus rex, the king among dinosaurs, and the super-large predator at the top of the food chain.

The two king tyrannosaurs got close to each other for a while, and soon began to enjoy the food they had hunted.

They feasted, leaving only a nutritious neck muscle, picked it up, and ran deep into the jungle together.

Back at the spawning site, the first cub has broken out of its shell, climbed out of the sand covering the dinosaur egg, and stood up unsteadily.

Different from the scaly skin of its parents, the baby dinosaur's body is covered with feathers for warmth, which makes it look much more cute and lacks the ferocious temperament that an apex predator should have.

Tyrannosaurus Rex lowered his head and placed the meat he brought back in front of the little dinosaur.

The little dinosaur lowered its head to smell, and soon, the instinct to eat made it open its mouth and bite. Its small and sharp teeth penetrated into the flesh, tearing it off, and swallowed it in a big mouth.

Two adult Tyrannosaurus rex stared at it with gentle eyes.

This is their first cub, healthy and strong, a great start.

They laid a total of four eggs, maybe five.

With luck, one in 10 pups will survive to adulthood.

It's just that several days have passed, and the remaining eggs have not moved.

The female Tyrannosaurus Rex was a little uneasy and had a vague premonition.

It walked to the egg pit and pushed away the sand covering the eggs.

A complete dinosaur egg appeared in front of it.

The egg was faintly black, and you couldn't hear the heartbeat of the cub even if you were close, and there was no breath of life.

Perhaps due to lack of experience in breeding for the first time, or perhaps inappropriate temperature and humidity, this egg failed to hatch.

The female Tyrannosaurus Rex let out a sad growl as she pushed the eggs gently, expecting them to respond to her.

Suddenly it heard some slight movement.

It is the weak but powerful heartbeat of the cub, and the sound of the eggshell cracking open.

These sounds all come from underneath a dinosaur egg.

It gently opened the egg, and an extraordinarily small dinosaur egg appeared in front of it.

This egg was nearly half smaller than the other eggs, and it even forgot there was such an egg.

Now, this little egg has a small crack, and you can clearly feel the little guy inside trying to push out.

The Tyrannosaurus rex stared at it nervously and expectantly.

This was probably the last surviving egg in its clutch, and it hoped that the little cub could successfully break out of its shell.

The little dinosaur that broke out of its shell a few days ago also came over and poked its head by the egg pit.

Su Xing used the strength to fight with the red-feathered bird and tried to push out.

Why is it so crowded and heavy?

If I had known earlier, I wouldn't have put a lid on the urn.

Hey, is there a dragon outside? Help open the lid.

There was no response, so Su Xing had no choice but to continue working hard on his own.

He pushed hard against the upper position, and finally, a cracking sound was heard, and bright light came in.

Su Xing couldn't care less about rest and hurriedly crawled out.

I was almost squeezed to death. The fruit shell jar I chose was obviously not too small, so why was it so crowded?

With a bang, Su Xing fell to the ground, and his chin hit a hard object.

The hard object is hot and will move.

He was startled, quickly stood up and moved his head away.

In front of him was a foot covered with scaly skin.

One toe falls on the ground, and there is a smaller toe on the side that does not touch the ground.

This is somewhat similar to the big bird, but the claws of the big bird obviously cannot be so thick.

Su Xing looked up blankly and saw a bipedal... dinosaur with a big head and a long tail.

The iconic short hands and the two finger claws reminded Su Xing of the children's dinosaur books he had read before, and a name was ready to come out.

——Tyrannosaurus rex!

The Tyrannosaurus rex lowered its head, looked at him with its tawny round eyes, and moved its slightly longer snout closer, about to touch Su Xing.

Su Xing was so frightened that he wanted to turn around and run away, but he didn't dare to leave his back to the Tyrannosaurus rex.

At a critical moment, he remembered that he could breathe fire, so he immediately opened his mouth wide and made a fire-breathing action towards the Tyrannosaurus Rex in front of him.

"Ouch~"

There was no familiar flame coming out, and there seemed to be something wrong with the cry.

But the Tyrannosaurus rex in front of him retracted his head, as if he was frightened by him.

Only then did Su Xing realize that this Tyrannosaurus rex was not as huge as he imagined.

It's a little taller than him, but from the looks of it, it's almost twice as big as him.

Its body is also covered with dense down, and it is not as domineering and powerful as in the dinosaur books, but rather looks a bit cute.

Su Xing felt that she was doing well again.

Isn't it just twice as big as him? It's not like he hasn't run away from red-feathered birds that are also bigger than him.

He stood up unsteadily, opened his mouth wide and let out a threatening roar at the Tyrannosaurus Rex, trying to force it back.

"Ouch~owoo~"

The Tyrannosaurus Rex didn't move this time, only looking down at him with its round little eyes.

On the contrary, the huge shadow behind it moved.

A heavy breath came from the top of the head.

Su Xing's body was covered with fur.

He slowly raised his head and faced a huge dinosaur head.

This is a huge thing that is several stories high. In front of it, Su Xing, who has just broken out of his shell, is as small as a stone.

"!!!"

Help...help!!!

Su Xing didn't dare to confront him at all, and he didn't care what kind of attack he would suffer if he left his back to the huge Tyrannosaurus rex. When he would definitely die if he stood still, he turned around and ran away.

He ran staggeringly between several dinosaur eggs that were larger than him. He tripped over the broken eggshells and fell. He quickly got up and continued running.

After running a few steps, he was blocked by a "stone mountain".

Without time to think, Su Xing got into the gap of "Stone Mountain" and hid in the darkness.

I hope I can avoid the Tyrannosaurus rex's attack.

As soon as Su Xing got in, the "boulder" lying in front of him moved and lifted up.

Light shines in.

The "big stone" in mid-air that was facing the light opened its eyes, and its huge yellow-brown round eyes stared at him.

"?!!"

This is not a "stone mountain" at all, but a huge Tyrannosaurus rex sleeping on the ground.

And he hid in the space surrounded by its head and neck.
