500. Alternative

The evil undead floating in mid-air kept twisting their bodies. Some ancient and powerful power traced back from the distant past, and the inevitable fate befell this miserable mortal.

An Lai, who no longer had any intact flesh and blood on his body, suddenly stopped struggling.

Ultimate rationality replaced the madness in his eyes.

He opened his mouth tremblingly and let out a harsh, unpleasant roar.

Hewen looked into his eyes, and he knew that Anlai was trying to speak:

"Be calm and feel the rhythm of the soul, find the lost part of yourself, and fight against the impulse of violence and blood."

Odin is the undisputed god of magic.

But even though Hevin is far inferior to Odin in magic, if you put aside characters like Odin or Freya, then he still dares to claim to have some understanding of magic.

Especially with Odin's magic.

Although it is impossible for Odin not to have expected that he could do something about the Wild Hunt ritual, at the same time, this does not mean that he should not do it.

Omniscient is not omnipotent, let alone false omniscience. He can see clearly that Odin, who is looking at him, has not yet sacrificed his right eye, exchanging false omniscience for true wisdom.

Anlai's body floated in front of Hewen's waist.

The black mist of death gushes out from the gap between his bones and flesh, instantly surrounding him and turning into a black armor. Dozens of different runes are engraved on each part of the armor, wrapped in the power of death.

Covering his whole body.

The dark skull with only the skeleton left also grew fresh flesh and pale skin under the wash of magic power. Its pupils turned into a completely different azure from before, with faint beams of light radiating outward.

The boy's face was even more beautiful than before he turned into a skeleton monster, and it also had a spooky look that belonged to an inhuman creature.

If he was a poor imitation of human beings in the past, now Anlai is a true sentient undead.

Hewen put his hand on Anlai's chest:

"Recite after me.

"I swear allegiance to one of the twelve main gods of Asgard, the father of the gods..."

Anlai spoke with confidence:

"I swear allegiance to one of the twelve main gods of Asgard, the father of the gods..."

"...brothers of different surnames who are allied by blood, the father of death, the master of lies and deceit, the son of Laufei and Fabuti..."

An Lai did not slow down the recitation process because of the evil names in the sentence:

"...brothers of different surnames who are allied by blood, the father of death, the master of lies and deceit, the son of Laufei and Fabuti..."

"...The Duskbringer, the Winter of Finbul, the Fire of Thunder and Trees, the Father of Monsters..."

"...The Duskbringer, the Winter of Finbul, the Fire of Thunder and Trees, the Father of Monsters..."

"I swear to fight your machinations and plots, to slaughter your enemies and traitors, until the final twilight comes."

"I swear to fight your machinations and plots, to slaughter your enemies and traitors, until the final twilight comes."

When Anlai finished reciting the oath, several golden cracks appeared on the dark armor, and then spread along the entire armor. Then with the sound of metal cracking, the Wild Hunting Helmet fell off from his hands and appeared on his body.

Underneath is cloth armor flowing with golden light.

The young man stood up slowly, feeling the huge power within his body.

But these are not the most important.

He felt that what he saw was extremely clear, while what he had seen in the past was like a hazy dream when he squinted in the afternoon.

This feeling, this feeling...

The last time he felt like this was when he was alive.

Heven replaced Odin in the Ode with Loki. Although he had to use the ritual to create the Wild Hunt, he could let the Wild Hunt change its allegiance to Odin's greatest enemy.

These are blood brothers who are very similar.

Hewen looked at Vivian:

"I also used illusion to cast a soul for him, and my magic is better and more powerful than your flawed experiment. You can't even find any problems."

Vivian really couldn't find any problems. She even almost thought that the illusion Hevin created last time was the real Jotunheim. If Hevin hadn't deliberately exposed the flaw, she wouldn't have been able to find anything wrong with it.

But……

How could he possibly do it.

It took him so many years to make some progress in soul research and combine it with illusion magic. How could Hevin possibly surpass him in the same thing?

What was the purpose of her previous sacrifice? Crawling on the road that others have walked? And why has she never heard of this person? He has conflicts with Vortigern himself. It is obvious that if he is just a believer of Vortigern, he

You can totally deal with it on your own.

So he should be someone who has lived from that era to now, so he is definitely not an unknown person, but she can't recall anyone with such powerful illusions at all.

She only knows two people who may have such powerful abilities in illusion.

King Arthur's two allies, Merlin and Hewen.

Vivian asked with an unkind expression:

"Who the hell are you? Do I know you?"

Hevin shrugged:

"We are competing, not reminiscing about old times. It doesn't matter who I am, what matters is that you have lost."

Vivian asked with a firm tone:

"So I know you, right?"

Hewen smiled.
