Chapter 6 The Sword of Yin(1/2)

The six qi, yin, yang, wind, rain, darkness, and brightness, refer to the six changes in the climate of heaven and earth.

By observing the changes in the world and incorporating it into one's own swordsmanship, it is close to the Tao.

Just hearing the name of this sword technique, Ming Xuechuan already knew that it must be extraordinary.

However, swordsmanship is extraordinary, and it is difficult to say how powerful it can be in the hands of different people.

Ming Xuechuan stood aside and stared at the sword-wielding boy in front of him with an inquiring gaze.

This was the first time that Lin Bujia demonstrated sword moves in front of people other than his adoptive father, so he was inevitably a little nervous.

The palms of my hands were sweating, and I was holding the sword a little harder.

My adoptive father once praised me for my good study, so it should not be too bad...

Lin Bujia took a breath, his eyes were calm and focused.

Staring at the teacup on the table in front of him, he circulated his whole body's energy.

Suddenly he drew his sword and swung it out!

"Ding-ding!"

A bodhi leaf flashed through a green rainbow in mid-air and stopped on the side of the cup in an instant.

Just the edge of the sword touched the outer wall of the tea cup, making a crisp sound.

"Whoa!"

Lin Bujia sheathed his sword and looked at the intact cup with a little embarrassment.

"Well, it seems like there was a bit of a mistake..."

In this scene, it seems that the swordsmanship was not used at all.

Ming Xuechuan did not show a disappointed expression, but still looked at the tea cup seriously.

After about a few breaths, the tea cup made a "click" sound.

Then, from the place where the sword edge and the cup wall just touched, a gap slowly opened.

This gap runs horizontally through the entire tea cup, dividing it into two!

Ming Xuechuan stepped forward and gently picked up the upper part of the teacup. His eyes changed slightly as he looked at the extremely smooth connection around the mouth of the remaining half of the teacup.

Lin Bujia came up and handed the sword back to Ming Xuechuan.

He took a breath and said a little embarrassedly: "I used too much force just now. Originally, this move should not have allowed the sword blade to touch the target."

He was too nervous and couldn't control his strength.

It also failed to show the true essence of this sword.

Ming Xuechuan turned the half cup in his hand and saw that there were indeed a few extra cracks where the sword had just touched.

As soon as she turned, the crack expanded, and the teacup broke into pieces and fell down.

In this way, it is like smashing the teacup with a sword.

But Ming Xuechuan saw it. Before the sword touched the wall of the cup, the teacup had already cracked.

The skill of the sword move can be seen even if it is performed by Lin Bujie, who is only at the fourth level of Qi refining.

If placed among mortals, he would already be at the level of a top swordsman.

You can imagine what kind of grace it would be like if an accomplished swordsman wielded this sword.

Before the sword arrives, the man is dead.

Killing people silently.

Lin Bujia was even more embarrassed when he saw the teacup shattered into pieces.

He explained:

"When my adoptive father taught me, he said that all things carry yin and hold yang, and the energy is in harmony."

"Yin is the form, Yang is the spirit."

"This sword cuts off the connection between form and spirit."

"Therefore, the highest level is when a sword is drawn, the form and spirit are dispersed, but the appearance remains unchanged. I have only scratched the surface."

Lin Bujia paused and added in a low voice:

"But my adoptive father said that even if it's only superficial, I've already learned very well."

Although Ming Xuechuan was not good at kendo, he was still someone who understood it. He put away his sword and looked at Lin Bujia.

"For a Qi refining period, your swordsmanship is indeed pretty good."

Before Lin Bujie had time to be happy, he heard her continue:

"But the enemies we have to face are far beyond the Qi Refining Period, and you must no longer target the Qi Refining Period."

"I will not encourage you or comfort you as tolerantly as your adoptive father."

Ming Xuechuan had no expression on his face and said coldly without mercy:

"So I have to say, your swordsmanship is terrible!"

"Not to mention beginners, even ordinary people can easily achieve it. With such a level of swordsmanship, how can you fight with other immortal cultivators?"

According to Ming Xuechuan's knowledge, there are many disciples in Wuyang Palace who are mortals who entered the Tao through martial arts, and swordsmanship of this level can be found everywhere.

In comparison, Lin Bujia's level can really only be described as mediocre.

Lin Buji let out a disappointed sound and scratched his head.

When he met the girl's eyes, he suddenly understood and said quickly:

"I can learn! Please ask Miss Ming to teach me swordsmanship!"

Ming Xuechuan shook his head.

"Swordsmanship is more valuable than finesse. What's more, I'm not good at swordsmanship, so I can't teach you swordsmanship."

Lin Bujia was stunned.

"What should I do..."

Ming Xuechuan said: "I will teach you the sword's will."

"Sword Intent?"

"That's right, the meaning of the sword is the meaning of the sword to you, and your original intention towards the sword."

Ming Xuechuan's dark eyes were clear and translucent, looking at Lin Bujia.

"What is a sword to you?"

"When you understand this, you will truly get started."

Lin Bujiu murmured in a half-understanding manner: "Sword, for me..."

Ming Xuechuan took him to the open space outside the house, thought for a while, and said:

"I have seen many swordsmanship geniuses. Some people think that the sword is a killing weapon, so they kill countless people."

"Some people think that swords are just tools, so they become obsessed with swords."

"Some people think that the sword is their own, so they end their love..."

"The meaning of the sword is the way of the sword and the soul of the sword."

"What you think when you swing your sword determines the direction of your sword."

"Therefore, you can only get started if you come up with sword intention."

Lin Bujia looked at his sword with confusion in his eyes.

"But, Miss Ming, how can you think of something like this so easily?"

Ming Xuechuan's eyes were full of anger at Kuchiki, and he said matter-of-factly:

"I've said it all, as long as you want to understand one thing, what does the sword mean to you, won't you figure it out naturally?"

Lin Bujia was ashamed: "Yes, is that so?"

He was a little dizzy.

Why does this seem to be different from what he heard before and what his adoptive father said at the time?

It turns out that sword intention is not a very powerful thing, but something that can be understood by just thinking about it?

Ming Xuechuan frowned and said dissatisfied:

"I am like this myself, and the people I see who practice swordsmanship are all like this. Is it possible that there are some fake ones?"

Lin Bujia nodded doubtfully.

I thought to myself that if I said I couldn't do it now, wouldn't it be too cowardly?

So he gritted his teeth and said, "Okay, then I'll give it a try!"
To be continued...
