Chapter 258 In the silent place

.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the South was established by public security and security after the national unification in 1975. All domestic security issues involved, from enemy special investigations, reactionary organizations, anti-counterfeiting, to the investigation of internal corruption and smuggling, enforcement of laws, cracking down on crimes, maintaining public safety, and even household registration management, traffic management, etc., are all under its jurisdiction, and its power is almost all-encompassing. It is Vietnam's main intelligence and counter-espionage security organ and belongs to the Vietnamese government series.

In the conference room on the third floor of the wide and solid three-story stone-based building left by the French, the second department of the Political Security Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (codenamed K48, an important department for collecting intelligence, conducting espionage intelligence activities and counter-espionage work), and the Fourth Bureau Outer Bureau (codenamed K99, one of the counter-espionage security agencies. It is mainly engaged in the tracking, stalking and other reconnaissance activities of domestic reconnaissance objects and foreign personnel stationed in Vietnam). More than a dozen important figures from Nguyen Yingjie are listening to Nguyen's special report.

The sudden death of two consecutive general-level figures during the treatment process attracted the attention of the relevant leaders of the Military Intelligence Bureau and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This incident, which should have been the responsibility of the Intelligence Department of the General Staff of Vietnam, was handed over to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for handling because of the non-military secrets involved.

After reporting a large number of pathological and pharmacological test data on the treatment process and mouth twist, Ruan Yingjie finally talked about the conclusion part that the participants were most interested in:

"...The test results show that after testing and compatibility tests of thirteen traditional Chinese medicines one by one, four of them were found to contain a certain degree of toxins, but after heating, they disappeared through chemical reactions, which has a significant effect on specific viral rheumatoid arthritis. Based on insufficient accumulation of knowledge on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, and the relatively backwardness of various detection and analysis equipment in my country, we have not found any evidence that drugs used for clinical treatment can cause fatal lesions to patients. The only thing that cannot be confirmed is that unknown accidents may occur in the absence of precise proportions and melting, and it may also be caused by the presence of unknown viral bacteria in the blood or body of patients with specific viral rheumatoid arthritis. Without a large number of experimental evidence, we cannot find the exact cause at present."

The director of the Fourth Bureau Huang Yongqian looked at Ruan Yingjie with a cold sweat, waved his hand politely, signaling the Vietnamese traditional Chinese medicine authority to sit down, clear his throat and asked loudly:

"General Ruan, your speech is too professional. Many of our comrades can't understand it. I would like to ask if you can understand it like this: Your conclusion is that there is no problem with the drug. What is problematic is the temperature of the formula and the cooking process, and the two generals who unfortunately died may also have other viruses and bacteria on them. After reacting with the drug, an unknown toxin is produced to cause death?"

Ruan Yingjie obviously hesitated for a moment before nodding: "It can be understood this way, but..."

"Okay! Let me say a few words."

Pei Yongyi, a 50-year-old Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Director of the Politburo, knocked on the table impatiently and said loudly: "Comrades. This disease is terrible! In order to find the source of the disease and the treatment method, our scientists and medical workers have traveled all over the mountains and rivers of central and northern my country since the founding of the People's Republic of my country. It can be said that this kind of rheumatism that has never happened in other parts of the world and only occurs in our country is a terminal illness that cannot be cured. Friendly institutions in the United States and Germany cannot deal with it for five years. Even the cause cannot be found. All the new terms they invented have added the word "unknown" in front of it, which is ridiculous! Comrades, many of their forefathers and comrades have not fallen under the guns of the enemy, but in front of this disease.

There were more than 450 national heroes and tens of thousands of local heroes and models from all over the country who were poisoned by this. Many of them did not hum a butcher in the face of the enemy's butcher knife, but moaned in pain under the torture of this disease. I felt so sad that I shed tears when I think about it! However, the news that General Wu Yuanjie was cured unexpectedly in Mangjie not long ago gave us great hope. For this reason, the head of the central government attached great importance to it, and interrogated twice in the middle, and was extremely distressed to the torture of many heroes of the people. He also made important instructions: As long as there is a glimmer of hope, all efforts must be made! Therefore, I think that no matter how difficult or how difficult it is, we must do our best! This is my attitude and the attitude of the central government, which will also be implemented as the guiding ideology of our difficult work in the future!”

After saying the scene, Huang Yongqian, director of the Fourth Bureau, took out a report and read it:

"Comrades, after the hard work of many comrades on our secret front, especially the y33 intelligence officers, we have mastered the details of the Chinese who treated General Wu Yuanjie within fifteen days. Let me inform you about it: Corning, born in Lanning on December 21, 1970, graduated from the Department of Surgery of Shanghai Medical University in 1993, and served in the Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Lanning Medical College in August of the same year, with a master's degree in surgery, 1997.

On June 21, he was framed for accidentally injured the son of the mayor of Lanning City, Guangxi. He fled successfully the next day until now. During this period, he escaped from a large-scale roundup by Chinese police five times, hurting several police officers. It is rumored that more than a dozen criminals in Guangxi were killed by him. This man is very skilled in martial arts and has developed intelligence. After he fell on Mangjie, he was taken in by Huang Wenzhi, a tycoon of Dongxing, China. He is currently engaged in smuggling goods from China. An important situation is that Kang Ning's father Kang Jimin is a famous Chinese

The academic expert is one of the pioneers and pioneers of the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in Guangxi. From January 1972 to May 1973, he worked in field hospitals in Hejing and Beijiang provinces of my country. His superb medical skills have been passed down by many older generations. At that time, General Wu Yuanjie's serious leg injury was also cured by this person. General Ruan Yingjie also studied with Kang Jimin for seven months. Therefore, we speculate that he is likely to be born in traditional Chinese medicine.

Corning of the aristocratic family, or his father Kang Jimin, found a treatment method, or had research on such patients, so we currently have two plans: First, the National Red Cross Society and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs jointly sent an invitation to the Guangxi government, inviting famous Guangxi experts, including Kang Jimin, to come for inspection and lecture; second, use all means to make breakthroughs from Corning, and strive to find an effective treatment method in the shortest time. My words are over, and I will leave them to the collective discussion below."

The meeting ended two hours later, and Ruan Yingjie was left alone by Pei Yongyi, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Ruan Yingjie expressed deep gratitude to Pei Yongyi for not criticizing him. Pei Yongyi personally poured a cup of tea and brought it to Ruan Yingjie. After talking about a long national and national justice, he changed his voice and warned him seriously:

"General Ruan. I have to tell you truthfully that the resolutions formed at our meeting today are all included in the "Dragonfly Plan" at the second highest top secret level in the country. According to the requirements, there is also a special emergency plan in this plan and has been approved by the Central Military Commission. Now, according to the authorization of the Central Military Commission and the State Council, I officially notify you: As the main participant and person in charge of the plan, you must make a guarantee in the name of a party member and a soldier, and will unconditionally accept the important tasks assigned to you by the motherland and the people!"

Ruan Yingjie stood up excitedly, raised his right hand to cover his heart: "I, Ruan Yingjie, deputy director of the General Hospital of the Three Army, and major general of the Republic, today solemnly promised in the name of a party member and a soldier that I will accept the important task assigned to the motherland and the people without hesitation and unconditional!"

Pei Yongyi gave Ruan Yingjie a standard military salute. He smiled and asked him to sit down, pulled out a red folder with six black five-pointed stars printed on the cover from the drawer and handed it to him: "Look at it slowly, please return it to me after reading it."

Ruan Yingjie opened the folder solemnly and devoutly. After turning on the first page, he suddenly became stiff and his face was full of pain and sadness. Beads of sweat as big as beans appeared on his forehead and rolled down his pale face.

At the same time, in a large and dark office on the west end of the second floor, Huang Yongqian, the director of the Fourth Bureau, was holding a microphone and talking in a low voice with the y33 intelligence officer. Ten minutes later, Huang Yongqian conveyed the orders one by one in an unquestionable tone and firm attitude.

The next morning, Kang Ning, who walked into Aying's father's room, was surprised to see two suitcases neatly placed on the bed.

He looked at Aying and her parents beside him, and asked in confusion: "Jerber, are you leaving?"

Wu Yuanjie smiled heartily and replied: "Yes, Aning, it has been difficult for you in the past few months! I sincerely thank you, and my whole family also thank you! In you, I saw the excellent character of the Chinese elder brother who fought side by side decades ago, and saw a sincere, kind, kind and kind heart! Since the National Military Archives requires me, a veteran, to recall and organize some war information, I had to return to Hanoi to fulfill my obligations. The government car will pick me up later, please understand my mood. Also, I almost don't need a wheelchair now. When I arrive in Hanoi, I still have an old friend Professor Ruan Yingjie to take care of me, so don't worry!"

Corning shook his head in confusion and frowned, "Jerber, why are you so anxious? Your illness only takes one and a half months to achieve the expected results. I am very worried about leaving at this time. Another thing is that there are Chinese medicine doctors who are proficient in Chinese herbal medicine in Hanoi, so I am very worried that I will make mistakes in the formula and dosage. Jaber, leave it for another month and a half, and let me do my best. If it really doesn't work, you let the people from the Military Archives come here, and I am willing to bear their travel expenses."

Aying's mother cried excitedly. After wiping her tears, she turned to Kang Ning and grabbed his hand tightly, and spoke a standard Chinese Mandarin in a trembling voice:

"Anning, I will be grateful to you all my life..."

Corning was a little surprised, and then he felt relieved. He gently patted Aying's shoulder, who was crying silently: "Aying, Jab's medicine is only enough for ten days. Wait for the car to pick up people later. If you ask them to wait, I will rush back to get the medicine, which can guarantee the dosage for at least one and a half months. Alas, remember, advise your father, if you feel unwell, call immediately, otherwise you will rush to Mangjie directly... Wait for me for an hour, and I will come immediately after I get the medicine!"

Looking at Kang Ning's back as he hurriedly left, and then looked at his parents who were unaware of it. He felt that the chance of going there was uncertainty. Aying walked out of the room on the excuse of going to the bathroom and locked himself in the bathroom and cried bitterly.
