Chapter 12: Mother and Daughter Reunion
Everyone is selfish, and she is full of random thoughts, like a mosquito flying above her head. Emily is making excuses for her own will. Since the elf mage can penetrate her dreams, it is easy to understand her thoughts. On the surface, Emily and the Knight are open-minded, but she will never tell Klaus about this. The female mage took the risk to approach the bonfire, and only in this way can she avoid annoying bites.
"Yeah, yeah." It was Klaus clearing his throat. He seemed to be sick. The Knight sat on the other side of the campfire. The two shouldn't have been so far away.
He hated me, Emily was helpless. She couldn't tell the Knight about some things, and he couldn't understand them even after she told them.
"Come to the Rising Sun City, come to me." The illusion in the dream said.
"Why?"
What a question worth tens of thousands of gold marks.
The illusion smiled, and from a shadow became a little more specific, showing the appearance of a male elf, thin and tall, with golden hair and golden eyes, her eyes were so bright that she dared not look directly at it. "Jin Cancan" promised a condition that Emily could never refuse.
The "Youth" elf wizard's smile is so beautiful, but it is not as good as the scraps of this word. "Can I help you keep your youth. Isn't this what you humans want the most?"
I am a fish, a stupid fish that has been hooked.
She wrapped the blanket tightly. After nightfall, the temperature in the jungle was not cold, but the ground was too humid, and the moisture could penetrate through several layers of blankets.
Go to bed soon, tomorrow is another day, for her, tomorrow will start from the second half of the night. Klaus is not a stern, so the vigil must take turns. Go to bed quickly, she silently read it in her heart, moved her butt a little, and got a little farther away from the part where the blanket became half-dry and unwet.
He overestimated the IQ of the dog-killer. This song was too lyrical. If he couldn't understand the lyrics, how could he understand it? The audience started to clamor and said "ne pas." When he was joking to break up, the skilled bard would distract the audience by quickly tying the strings. His hands were tied up, and the Rutchin was not with him. He had to make a stiff smile and choose a new tune with joy.
Sarah, hiding behind the tree, was not idle. The girl touched his hand and was fighting against the vine. As for whether it was sweat or blood dripping on the back of his hand, he had no time to tell, and he didn't even dare to move. The eyes of the dog-headed man were on him. The width of the tree just covered Sarah and Maya, and the leaves above his head blocked most of the moonlight, making the campsite dark except for the bonfire.
Canines have better eyesight than humans at night, but they are far from reaching the level of two beacons like elves. Dandrian can't tell how many times he was dizzy by Christina.
In order to cover Sarah, he speeded up and skipped the opening and mentioned the climax. His radical singing style made him breathless and he was forced to pause between the lyrics. He must have sung so well that he could only hear insects around him except for the sound of breathing.
"Ah." Sarah's hand was cut by a rattan, and when it was scratched by a tip again, she couldn't help but scream, a very small sound, like a whisper. Dandrian quickly followed the lyrics and barely used the tenor that the big fat man was good at.
The kobolds have better hearing than humans. They picked up sticks, and some of them were stupid enough to find weapons, so they simply picked up the burning fire stick. Fortunately, the kobolds found it troublesome and did not tie his legs. Dandrian sat half on the ground, so he was able to kick the little monster that rushed towards him with one foot. However, there were too many enemies. The great poet only had two legs, and the branches that had not yet been extinguished were sucked at him. Dandrian instinctively closed his eyes.
The cowardly behavior exposed the fact that he was not a warrior, but unfortunately it was useless to pretend that he could not see it. A touch of golden stimulation of his eyelids, and the orange-yellow hammer was so bright that the blind man could "see". Maya, who had recovered his freedom, called Terra and threw out the gathered divine power.
The little monsters were startled by what the dark elves created out of thin air. They were stunned. This was a good time to continue the attack. But Maya didn't have the next move. She had bare hands and didn't even have a wooden stick. The kobold gave up Dandrian and worked together to attack her.
The age of one hundred and sixty has not ruined her appearance, nor will she make her look like Sarah, but she will only scream and hold her head in her arms. The nun has another move, and for this, she begs for forgiveness from the Mother of Earth.
"Dark." She used her mother tongue that she had not been used for a long time and threw a ball of darkness that could not penetrate on the dog-headed man. The incompetent little thing regarded it as a wall. The front row stopped desperately, while the back did not pay attention. The dog-headed man was in a mess and rolled into the black fog.
The innate ability does not work much. It won't take too long for the kobold to find that the black fog cannot hurt them. The knife is good, and the nun searches on the ground in despair. As long as Dandri is loosened, there is still a fight to fight.
The first brave man soon emerged among the kobolds, who cautiously stepped out of the black fog. He stared at Maya's long face and squeezed out a nervous smile, if the dog could smile.
Maya made a boxing posture, which she learned from a soldier guarding the church. I should avoid the stick in his hand first, and then kick it, and the nun thought nervously.
The second one, the third one, more kobolds walked out of the black fog, and one-on-one battle became delusions.
"Take Sarah away!" Dandrian couldn't believe that he had just said this, and the great poet moved himself to tears.
Dandrian kicked his feet, shouting and yelling to attract the attention of the dogboy. A little monster did look at him and was too lazy to pay attention to it after confirming that he couldn't move. The dogboy is a group creature and is accustomed to concentrated attacks.
The monster rushed to Maya to end the battle, but was accidentally covered by another ball of black fog. With the experience of the last time, the dog-headed man was indifferent and laughed loudly inside, although the laughter was also a series of "woof woof". The pride did not last long, and the darkness moved as if it had become a physical body. The whine of "woof woof" sounded almost at the same time. It turned out that the dog-headed man's scream was no different from that of an ordinary dog. Who was using the black fog as a cover. Maya could not see through the darkness, so she could only stand. One dog-headed man fell to the ground and died, and the rest lost his courage. The darkness became a terrible monster in their eyes.
The survivor turned around and ran away, escaping in different directions with a tacit understanding. In fact, less than five corpses were lying on the ground, and the escaped monsters were several times more than that.
The darkness stopped and a man came out of it. Maya held her breath and would rather be killed by a monster.
"Mother..." She had been chasing her for more than a hundred years, and she had no choice but to admit it.
"My daughter." Ofelia used one word to declare who had the final say here.
