1520. Keeping promises

Hughes was approaching these young people, and Winnie watched coldly.

After getting off the car, Qin Shiou pushed the crowd away and walked in. When he saw many slogans, banners and other things on the ground, Sheriff Roberts was still frowning with a big belly.

Seeing Qin Shiou, the beer belly sheriff took the initiative to go up and explain: "These young people came to the town to catch birds. They wanted to catch short-tailed crocodiles for business. Of course, it is impossible? So I caught some guys, and the remaining guys came here to protest the demonstration. You know, in this way, my young men and I have no choice. We can't expel the demonstration team by force."

It seems that in order to prove his toughness, the sheriff deliberately strengthened the tone of the word "accusation".

The short-tailed bird is currently in a state of no danger and is allowed to be captured, but Canada's wild animals and bird protection laws stipulate that no one is allowed to carry out large-scale wildlife killings unless there is a government approval order.

For example, next month's seal hunting festival is approved by the government. Otherwise, even if wild deer is caused by disasters in BC province and wild boars are flooded, people can only hunt them as hunting situations. Helicopters and sniper rifles are not allowed to be used to hunt these animals.

Of course, in the border towns like the island, laws and regulations are sometimes ignored, so Winnet issued a rule not long ago that it was not allowed to use bird nets to catch short-tailed squids. These people seemed to be protesting this matter.

︽Hughes seemed to know these people and was persuading them to leave. The young men looked rebellious and kept roaring at Winnie, insisting on protesting and protesting.

No wonder Roberts was embarrassed. According to the law, they not only could not expel the demonstrators, but also had to provide them with protection to prevent conflicts.

Some townspeople, tourists and vendors gathered here to watch the fun. Winnie looked very distressed.

Qin Shiou first gave her a comforting look, then found Hughes and asked, "What's going on with these people? I'm asking about their identities, who are they?"

These people look black, but they are not as physically traits as black Africans. They are all a bit handsome. They seem to have tattoos or something on them, but they can't see clearly because of their skin color.

Hughes said helplessly: "They are Ethiopians, gypsies roaming in Canada. Damn, I haven't seen these guys in St. Johns. They are not in the same group, they should be the kind of gangsters who wander around. They go wherever there is business opportunity, which is very difficult to deal with."

Located in North Africa, Ethiopia is one of the least developed countries in the world. It is mainly agriculture and animal husbandry and has a weak industrial foundation. In the past few years, due to constant civil strife, frequent policy improperity and natural disasters, the economy is almost collapsed, and the people are displaced. Those who can immigrate have immigrated.

Due to education and ability issues, it is difficult for Ethiopians to find formal jobs in the United States and Canada. Hughes called them the gypsy cruising in Canada, which means they had no place to live. Like the hippies in the past, they wandered around.

No wonder Winnie feels a headache. Such a rogue is not stingy with her first meal but not the next meal. She is not afraid of anything. They are not making big mistakes and making small mistakes. The police have no choice but to take them into the police station. It is common for them to catch them in the police station. There are even some Ethiopian youth who have no food to make trouble and then go to the police station to make a living, eat and drink enough before coming out.

There were more than a dozen people demonstrating, all of whom were young people. Seeing that they attracted so many people to watch, these people were very excited. At first, they just held signs to demonstrate here. Now some people danced and started fighting here just like dancing.

Qin Shiou looked at it but had an idea in his mind. He had dealt with a gang of workers who made trouble out of nothing when he was doing hr before, and he had some methods to deal with such people.

Walking up to these young people, Qin Shiou asked, "Hey, I'm talking about who are the bosses?"

A young man with a small dreadlocked braid on his head looked at him squid and asked in broken English: "Fak Squid, speak slowly, don't understand."

"Who is the boss?" Qin Shiou was not angry at his rudeness, and asked again with a smile.

"It's me, what's wrong?" Xiaodie said disdainfully. The stormy look made Bird and his party behind him itchy teeth. They were clenching their fists to wait for news to hit them.

Qin Shiou could take people to kill them, but the town police would not care. These people had no money to hire a lawyer to sue them, but he had other means and simpler means.

After finding another black man, he asked again, "Who brought you to make trouble?"

This man seemed not very good at English, and subconsciously looked at a bald middle-aged man. In this way, Qin Shiou understood that this middle-aged man was their leader.

Taking out his wallet, Qin Shiou took out a stack of banknotes from it, pointed at the middle-aged man and said, "Beat him! Whoever beats him the most will I give you a thousand dollars!"

After hearing his words, more than a dozen black men stopped, Qin Shiou pulled out a stack of banknotes again, pointed at the middle-aged man and said loudly: "Beat him! Beat him hard! There is a reward!"

The black people subconsciously looked at the middle-aged man, who was a little scared and widened his eyes and shouted loudly in a language that Qin Shiou couldn't understand.

Qin Shiou divided part of the money into several parts and rolled it up, stuffed it to the black people in front of him, shouting: "Beat that **! Whoever beats him the most, give him all the money!"

After receiving the money, the expressions of these black men changed. The little dreadlocks licked their thick lips with their tongues, and were the first to rush towards the middle-aged man, punching him in the face.

The middle-aged man was a master of fighting. He avoided the fist of the little dreadlocks and kicked the other party to the ground with one kick. However, some people led the lead and others were motivated to take action. More than a dozen people surrounded the middle-aged man and quickly put him down and kicked him.

As Hughes said, these people were not from the same group. After the middle-aged man was beaten, his men quickly came up to protect him and fight back, so the black gangsters were in chaos.

Everyone came up to watch, Roberts stretched his neck and joined in the fun. Qin Shiou was so angry that he pulled him up and said angrily: "What are you watching? They are fighting in a small town, so why don't they arrest them quickly, let alone fighting, you don't have the right to arrest them."

Roberts reacted and nodded quickly and said, "You are right, you are right..."

He shook his leather belt and directed his two subordinates to arrest the black men who fought. As a result, the Ethiopians were frightened and the two policemen were knocked to the ground after approaching.

Roberts quickly pulled out his pistol and pulled the trigger into the air. With a loud bang, the black people subconsciously squatted down, and then stopped the fight.

Roberts called two more policemen, a total of three police cars to pull the people away.

Qin Shiou finally kept his promise and stuffed the money to a young man with long nose bleeding and said, "This is for you, young man, you did a pretty job just now!" (To be continued...)
