Chapter 220 The Buddha said that if I don't go to hell, who will go to hell? In order to promote the Dharma, we should eat meat!

Eating vegetarian food in Buddhism is a tradition of monks, and these are understandable. However, in the last life, Ye Chui honed his cooking skills and once received an old monk.

This old monk is truly a person with profound Buddhist teachings, and is completely different from those masters who seek fame and reputation.

Ye Chui was not interested in Buddhism at first, but the old monk made him respect it very much. Some of the Buddhist principles that Ye Chui understood were learned from the old monk.

Of course, Ye Chui's inability to realize the Buddha without wisdom also came from the old monk's mouth, which completely cut off Ye Chui's interest in Buddhism, and just took a look as a leisurely pastime.

The old monk was not famous and wandered around, but Ye Chui looked quite fairy-like and a true paranormal. Ye Chui helped him cook vegetarian dishes for three days. On the first day, Ye Chui added some meat to the vegetarian dishes he made for pranks. But on the third day, Ye Chui said this with guilt, but the old monk didn't care at all. He quoted Ye Chui's words: "If you can eat feces, urine, like Gan Yi, and supreme delicacies, you are allowed to eat meat; if you can hold beautiful colors and be equal to dead bodies, you are allowed to commit adultery."

This is a state of mind, and this old monk has obviously reached this state of Buddhism.

Even on the day he left, he ate meat and drank with Ye Chui and found a bunch of small movies online to watch, and finally took advantage of the night to go away...

This old monk let Ye Chui see the appearance of a true Buddhist monk.

As for the Mingjing in front of him, he was just a false reputation, and Ye Chui naturally did not respect him at all. At this time, he asked Mingjing about the doubts about vegetarian food in Buddhism, which was also some discussions between Ye Chui and the old monk.

When Master Mingjing heard Ye Chui's words, he suddenly smiled calmly on his face. It was probably not the first time someone asked him about this question. He naturally had a statement to explain this, and only heard him say with a smile: "Buddhist disciples do not eat animals for cause and effect. If you kill animals and eat animals, they will develop hatred when they die. They will poison the flesh and seek life in the future. When will they repay the resentment? What's more, they may also be future Buddhas, your relatives and friends in the past or future?"

Ye Chui smiled slightly and said, "Wouldn't it be better if we eat animals, let them end their lives, let them leave the animal realm, and let them start the next cycle of reincarnation early?"

"Wrong." Master Mingjing said immediately. "Ending life is not a way to be free from the six realms. Even if you are free from the suffering realms, it is only the body that is free from. If you do not understand your karma, you will increase your own karma. The karma will be eliminated by exchange, but by the two obstacles of knowledge and afflictions."

This was so profound that Lin Wei didn't understand. She continued to ask Ye Chui in a low voice: "Ye Chui. What does he mean?"

The Lady Buddha Lin Zhengdao, Wu Haimei and Zhang Ying also looked at Ye Chui, as if he wanted to listen to Ye Chui's explanation.

Ye Chui smiled and said, "What he meant is that animals are sinners who have entered the animal realm. If we kill him, it is not to let them be liberated. Their karma still exists and they have to continue to escape into the animal realm. Not only that, we ourselves will also be guilty."

This explanation surprised everyone. It was not because of the meaning of these words, but because Ye Chui could really understand the meaning of these words of Master Mingjing. This is a very amazing thing in itself.

A trace of surprise flashed on Mingjing's face again, thinking to himself, could this young man be also a Buddhist disciple with profound Buddhist teachings?

Ye Chui smiled and continued to say to Mingjing, "Master, you just said that the pure monks and Bodhisattvas will not waste grass when they walk on Qi Road. What's more, pull it out? The truly compassionate Bodhisattvas can't bear to step on the grass on the road, but people can only live by eating. If they want to live, they must eat flowers and plants. But flowers and plants are life like animals. You warn us not to eat animals, but why can they eat flowers and plants?"

"This..." Master Mingjing didn't know how to explain it, and hesitated for a while and said, "Flowers and plants are not karma. There is no way of flowers and plants in the six realms of reincarnation in Buddhism. Eating vegetarian food is to respond to my Buddha's spirit. Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are not ignorant of cause and effect. Ordinary people should take precepts as their teacher, do not do any evil, practice all good deeds, abstain from killing and protecting life, eat vegetarian food and chant Buddha's name."

"Ye Chu, Ye Chu, what does he mean by saying this?" Lin Wei couldn't understand Master Mingjing's words, and immediately asked Ye Chu again.

"He was answering the question that he was not asking, saying that the reason why monks eat vegetarian food is because Buddhas and Bodhisattvas eat vegetarian food, so they also eat vegetarian food." Ye Chui explained, and he said to Mingjing with a teasing smile, "Master, I think you should know that Buddhism did not originally quit meat. It was the idea that Emperor Xiaoliang thought of it. He killed countless people. In order to seek psychological comfort, he announced that monks also quit fish. This was not the case in the original theory of Buddhism."

Mingjing's face had already oozed sweat, and he didn't know whether it was nervous or angry. He continued: "At first, Buddhism stipulated that disciples should beg for food, and the donor's leftover food or a little food saved by the mouth, whether it was meat or not, they would be given to you. But this does not mean that the Buddha does not oppose killing and eating meat. It is just that he follows the convenience of sentient beings without increasing the karma of killing, without seeing killing, and not killing for himself. How could a Buddhist practitioner with great compassion deliberately killing and eating meat?"

"Is that true?" Ye Chui smiled, "Since that's the case, we do not slaughter ourselves. We don't eat others and we have to slaughter them, and others have to eat them. The Buddha said that if I don't go to hell, who will go to hell? In order to promote Buddhism, wouldn't it be better to take these karma into ourselves? So we should eat meat and eat meat very much!"

Everyone: "…"

Ye Chui's words were simply nonsense, but no one refuted them when they said them.

Mingjing was completely furious, and there was no Hexiang on his face before. He said angrily: "You... you are talking nonsense. How can you let your play like this in Buddhism? I won't argue with you. It will only increase your worries. What do you think we are removing a thread of worries and becoming a monk?"

"Actually, I think it's more convenient for monks to shave their heads to get scars on their heads..." Ye Chui said with a smile.

When Lin Wei heard Ye Chui's words, she burst into laughter. Even Lin Zhengdao and Wu Haimei couldn't help laughing. The old Buddha's face also slightly slapped. No matter how she said that she believed in Buddhism, she was not good at laughing.

Mingjing was even more angry and pointed at Ye Chui and said, "You dare to joke with Buddha. You will go to hell after you die."

"What is Buddha? Who are you? What qualifications do you have to replace Buddha and say I will go to hell?" Ye Chui pretended not to understand and asked Mingjing.

Mingjing was speechless again, her lips trembled for a moment, but she couldn't even say a word.

After Zhang Ying brought this Master Mingjing to the Lin family villa, the old Buddha was eaten by this master of Buddhism. Lin Zhengdao never expected that Ye Chui could even keep the master speechless. He looked at Ye Chui in surprise, and then continued to say to the master: "Master, I am actually a little curious about why the Buddha is vegetarian. Isn't there a saying that is very good? It is called wine and meat passing through the intestines, and the Buddha keeps it in his heart. Since that's the case, as long as he is dedicated to the Buddha, why should he mind eating vegetarian food?"

Lin Zhengdao wanted to refute the master and monk with Ye Chui.

Unfortunately, his argument was obviously not powerful enough. When Mingjing heard Lin Zhengdao's words, he immediately laughed out and said, "Many people who chant Buddha's name but eat meat use this sentence to comfort themselves, but do you know that this sentence actually has profound meaning. The person who said this is Jigong Living Buddha. He is different from us. He comes here because of his great compassion and helps the Buddha save all sentient beings. He eats meat and vegetarian food without being obsessed with it. He has eliminated the confusion and realized the truth, and does not obsess with cause and effect. Although we are a mineral containing gold, we have never become gold and do not have the same enlightenment as the Buddha and Dharmakaya Bodhisattva. He is still reincarnated in cause and effect. If he eats fish or meat, commits murderous precepts, and plants evil causes, he will definitely suffer evil retribution in the future."

Lin Zhengdao immediately didn't know what to say. He was obviously not as good as Ye Chui in terms of Buddhist debate, so he could only look at Ye Chui for help.

Ye Chui calmly and said to Mingjing: "The Buddha is also sick and will continue to pass away. How do you know which carnivore is not Jigong again?"

"The Buddha did have a headache for three days and the retribution of Mamai, but that is shown to people - do you think the Buddha is really dead? The Buddha has no birth and no death. His body is transformed. It is different from our lives. Don't care whether others eat meat or not. As long as you are not a Buddha or Bodhisattva, you will eat vegetarian food." Mingjing said to Ye Chui with a proud look on his face.

"Master, you are wrong again, you are very wrong." Ye Chui then answered clearly - since the debate just now, Ye Chui has been digging a hole, and now it is time to bury the hole.

Mingjing said angrily: "What's wrong with my Buddhist principles?"

"Master, your argument is not wrong, but the argument itself is wrong. The Buddha said: 'Judge the enlightenment of others, and if you don't do it, doing it is a violation of the precepts.' It has nothing to do with you. The benefit of practicing is in yourself, not in others. How can others practice? What benefits do others benefit? Master, since you argue with others, you are already wrong. Master, you can't even see through this. Did you buy your name for a master with money?"

Ye Chui said leisurely.

How could a real monk deliberately argue with others?

They teach teachings, regardless of whether the other party believes or not, they only need to use Buddhism to inspire them, and not use words to intimidate the other party. The vegetarian dish made by Master Mingjing tastes average, but they insist on using Buddhist theory to make others say that the meal is delicious, which is already contrary to the spirit of Buddhism.

His behavior is even more incompatible with Buddhist principles and he is not worthy of being the name of a master!

When Ye Chui said this, Mingjing seemed to be shocked and was stunned. How could he look like a monk before? (To be continued)
