155 - The Oprah Talk Show

Oprah's talk show began. After roughly following the process in the background, Lin Jae-hyun, who was standing behind the background board, was waiting for Oprah to make his opening remarks, and he would enter the program team when he was notified.

With the staff's instructions, Lin Jae-hyun tightened her suit and then walked out of the background board and entered the recording site. As he entered, nearly 300 viewers at the scene suddenly exclaimed. No one expected that the person who came today was Lin Jae-hyun. They just knew that there would be a special Oprah talk show in New York today. In fact, there was really no real fan group of Lin Jae-hyun on the scene.

This is not like the recording of other programs. The program team will invite some celebrity fans to help the scene. If these people really say it, they should be Oprah's fans, not fans of Ta Lin Jae-hyun.

"Our Roger is very welcome to the Oprah talk show team!" Oprah said after hugging Lin Jae-hyun.

"This is my honor. When I was a child, I looked forward to sitting here every day. Of course, I am the host," Lin Zaixian joked.

"It turns out that Roger's dream is to be a host! But now he has become a singer. No, he should be a pianist, well, music artist." Oprah sat down and looked at Lin Jae-hyun and said.

"The host who can't play the piano is not a good singer." Lin Jae-hyun shrugged and said.

"Puff...hahahahaha." Oprah didn't react for a while, but she was amused at Lin Jae-hyun's cramped expression. "This is the most interesting answer I have ever seen."

"There is no way, the name of an artist and a pianist is too high. We were all people of color 50 years ago. We don't bully people like this!" Lin Jae-hyun shrugged and said, holding his mouth.

"Roger just mentioned people of color. Did Roger encounter racial discrimination in the United States?" Oprah quickly took over the topic. There was no such thing in the Taiwan book. The above just asked some questions about Lin Zaixian, or a bottom line of communication between the two sides. As for the content, it all depends on the on-site performance.

"How could this happen in our United States of America? This is a time of freedom. The American Dream, what a wonderful name, how could racial discrimination appear? Believe it or not, I believe it anyway!" Lin Zai-hyun blinked at the camera after saying that.

"I can only believe you say that." Oprah naturally heard Lin Jae-hyun's sarcastic words. But this is not the theme of the show.

The funny conversation between the two quickly completed the opening performance. But Oprah is now going to bring the theme back and continue asking, "The information about Roger has been popular all over the world this year. An English album is called the diamond album, especially the album occupies the top nine of the Billboard. One of the piano music is known as a new generation of pianists, especially the nine songs without a unified style. Such a varied style has been made by many people in the music industry. After Roger, after listening to these, I have to be curious now. Is this really what you created?"

"Whether you believe it or not, I believe it anyway!" Lin Zaixian spread his hands and said, "By the way. Did the billboard sponsor our program? Will such implanted advertisements be too stiff!"

"Hahahaha" Not only Oprah was amused, but the audience was also amused by Lin Jae-hyun.

"I found that Roger is really suitable for being a host. It seems that even if he is not an artist, Lin Zaixian doesn't have to worry about food!" Oprah said after laughing.

"I don't deny this. I'm not a rich young master." Lin Zaixian said with a smile.

"When it comes to the rich master, I want to know Roger, anyone who has known him. An accident caused Roger to fall from heaven to hell. Not only that, he also had a debt of nearly 1 million US dollars. How did you get through Roger at that time?" Oprah asked. Finally, she cut back on the subject, which made her breath of relief.

"How to say it? Maybe God favors me, a poor person. If I could do it again, I would rather not favor me like this. It is best to let me be with my family." Lin Jae-hyun returned to his seriousness.

"May Roger's family rest in heaven." Oprah continued to ask, "So how did Roger live in the past?"

"I used to live in Korea. If I were in Korea, I thought I would be the kind of playboy. If my family had money, I wouldn't think about the days when I didn't have a bank card, nor would I think about whether the numbers in the bank card were enough for me to spend. But in the United States, my family is not particularly rich. It should be considered a middle-class family. At least I wouldn't worry about breaking a Ferrari. If it gets broken, I'll just buy one." Lin Jae-hyun said as he thought about the past.

"That is to say, Roger used to be a very rich life. He could eat caviar with bread, luxury cars, villas, and beauties every day, is that true?" Oprah asked.

"Indeed, I can't immigrate without such capital. Will the Immigration Bureau let a poor boy who only knows how to eat, drink, play and have no contribution to immigrate to the United States?" Lin Jae-hyun shook his head. "Everyone says the United States is good. In my opinion, especially Asians, the United States is the best and most difficult country in the world to immigrate. You can have nothing, but you can't lose money and have no ability."

"Then Roger's boy can be said to be carefree. He can play whatever he wants every day. I think everyone hopes to have such a childhood." Oprah said with a smile.

"Yes, otherwise so many scandals recently would be a true portrayal of me back then, such as champagne, beauty, and even those women who said they had sex with me now, I'm not sure if this is really the case." Lin Jae-hyun shrugged and said.

"Too much, can't remember?" Oprah said jokingly.

Lin Jae-hyun laughed and nodded to show her affirmation.

"It's indeed a playboy. When I met in the backstage, I asked, should I be Roger or Lin Jae-hyun. As a result, Roger told me to call him MRplay Boy." Oprah exposed the interesting things in the backstage just now, and waited for everyone to laugh and asked again, "Then the next accident will leave Roger's life gone."

"Yes, when you wake up, the beauty around you changed to a luggage bag with shaved face and hurt, the milk bread for breakfast turned into tap water on the street, the luxury car when you go out became legs, and all the bank cards became waste. At that time, I felt that the whole world had abandoned me, and the wallet was getting more and more deflated. When there was no more Franklin in it, I started selling watches, mobile phones, and branded backpacks. In short, everything used to be exchanged for cash to pay off debts and life needs. Now I doubt how I survived it." Lin Jae-hyun said, remembering the half year he returned to Korea, which was definitely hell.

"So why did we get through it? We know that it is easy to go from frugality to extravagance, but it is difficult to go from extravagance to frugality. How did Roger adapt to such a life?" Oprah asked.

"Ms. Oprah should have experienced this experience. When you don't know what to buy food the next day, how did you come here?" Lin Jae-hyun looked at Oprah and said.

Oprah was asked by Lin Jae-hyun and remembered the poor days she had in the past. However, she was different from Lin Jae-hyun. She had been living a hard life. Although it was difficult, she had survived it.

"Yes, that kind of taste is really bad, but you are different from me. I came out with hope, so what about you?" Oprah asked.

"Don't give up. My personality is sometimes very extreme. At that time, I thought, you bastards are waiting. I will come back to life sooner or later. You may not know that in Korea, there is something very important about etiquette. If your boss makes a mistake, simply put, it means using improper words and lets you stand up, or it's not the boss, just because you are young, this is impossible in the United States. If someone punishes me physically because of my wrong words, I may give him a middle finger. If you are really unwilling to accept it, we can compete with fists, but in Korea, this kind of culture forces you to surrender," Lin Jae-hyun shook his head and said.

"Then did you do it?" Oprah was also curious.

"I'm definitely not happy at the beginning. Who are you? Even if Obama stands in front of me, do you think I'll pay attention to you? I voted for McCain. Well, even McCain, I'll give him a middle finger." Lin Jae-hyun is in the United States. Tease the president is the favorite thing for all artists to do. "But later I realized that the consequence of your failure is that no one will pay attention to you. In Korea, the first thing you are in contact with is not how to show your abilities, but to learn how to respect your elders. If you are not polite, then no matter how capable you are, no one will pay attention to you."

"Respect?" Oprah asked.

"Yes, respect, South Korea attaches great importance to etiquette. This is also caused by history. Let's talk about this later. After we have the opportunity to talk about it, it is completely difficult to move in Korea. Fortunately, my identity as an orphan was exposed by the media at that time. Everyone could barely accept me. My life next time was simply miserable. I had no money, no ability, and was not very good at Korean. I often said the wrong words. I don't know how many times I knelt on and how many times I did stand up."

"Kneel down, is it that serious?" Oprah asked in surprise again.

"In the eyes of Westerners, kneeling is a humiliating thing for a person, and of course it is also a sacred thing in some ways. However, Eastern cultures are different, especially in some South Korea. Well, how to say, there are some mutated cultures. It is a ritual for young people to kneel down to elderly people." Lin Zai-hyun said, scratching his head. (To be continued)
