When the mind is at its darkest point, it will become clear and clear from the "spiritual platform, one and without restraint"; then it will see oneness, that is, it will see its nature. Once it reaches the point of seeing its nature, it will enter the Tao.
Until it merges with the Tao, oneness is not established, nature is not established, and it reaches the extreme of nothingness.
The universe, heaven, earth, all things, people, and myself merge into one, and return to the realm of chaos and selflessness.

As for the word "belly", it refers to Dantian, the soil of the five elements, which is the life treasure of people.
Taoist esoteric teachings include the 'method of accumulating qi and strengthening the abdomen' and the 'method of accumulating qi and strengthening the abdomen'. A strong abdomen is the so-called 'treasure in the Dantian'.
After there are treasures in the Dantian, there are still various methods such as collecting medicine, passing through the test, taking food, warming and nourishing, bathing, returning elixirs, deification, etc. Each method has its own secret.
A strong abdomen refers to the ‘Kun’ abdomen, and a deficient heart refers to the ‘Li’ heart; therefore, there are methods of ‘taking food with a strong Yin’ and ‘taking the barrier to fill the Li’; this is also a secret method for uniting the heart and kidneys and transforming Yin and Yang.
Therefore, it is said: The spirit in the heart comes to unite, and the belly is full of vitality and will not dry up.
