Chapter 385: The Second Vessel of Ren and Du

The eight extraordinary meridians are the general term for the Ren meridian, Du meridian, Chong meridian, Ding meridian, Yin Qiao meridian, Yang Qiao meridian, Yin Wei meridian, and Yang Wei meridian.

They are different from the twelve meridians. They are neither directly related to the internal organs nor have the external and internal coordination relationship. They follow different ways of doing strange things, so they are called strange meridians.

Its functions include:

1. Communication between the twelve meridians; 2. It has a regulatory effect on the accumulation, seepage, and other irrigation of qi and blood in the twelve meridians.

The Ren meridian runs in the midline of the ventral face. Its meridian meets the three Yin and Yin Wei meridians of the hands and feet many times, and can sum up the Yin meridians of the body, so it is called "the sea of Yin meridians". The Ren meridian originates in the cervix and is related to a woman's pregnancy, so it is said that "Ren is the corpse".

The Du meridian runs in the middle of the back. Its meridian meets the three Yang meridians of the hands and feet and the Yangwei meridians many times, and can govern the Yang meridians of the whole body, so it is called the "Sea of Yang meridians".

The Du meridian runs in the spine, goes up into the brain, and separates the kidney from the spine, which is closely related to the brain, spinal cord, and kidney.

As for the method of opening the Ren and Du meridians, it can be discussed separately from the perspective of medicine and Taoist health guidance.

The medical perspective can be found in "Lingshu.

The narrative of Yingqi Chapter, understand the circulation sequence of the twelve meridians and Ren and Du meridians.

The flow of meridians starts from the lung meridian and circulates to the liver meridian in turn; then enters the chest from the liver meridian, goes up to the forehead to the top of the head, then goes down along the Du meridian to the coccyx, passes through the yin instrument and opens the Ren meridian, and then flows back into the lung meridian.

"The Pian" says: "This is the normal way of the movement of the qi of Ying Qi, which is contrary to the flow." This is the natural law of the movement of the qi of Ren and Du in the human body as mentioned in the medical classics.

From this we can understand that as a normal person, the Ren and Du meridians are originally open, so why do we need to open the Ren and Du meridians?

From the Taoist viewpoint of guiding health preservation, the so-called "Tongren and Du" means connecting the three gates, namely the tailbone, Jiaji, and Jade Pillow, which means "Zhoutian" operation.

Taoist books believe that the limit of a person's lifespan is 120 years old. As long as the training of the inner alchemy guides the training of the inner alchemy, seizes the creation of heaven and earth from the direction of "reverse", condenses essence, energy, and spirit, and improves the quality of life, it can challenge the limit of life and prolong life.

The so-called "reverse" refers to the Du meridian starting from the perineum and passing through the three gates of the back and reaching the Baihui on the top of the head, and then going down from the Ren meridian in front of the body, which is called Zhoutian, which is exactly the opposite of the meridian circulation route mentioned by the above doctors.

The Taoist sect uses the small Zhoutian's Qi to promote the praises, and combines the innate essence and acquired qi (water essence) into "medicine". This is to practice essence and transform it into "first pass"; then enters the stage of practicing qi and transforming the spirit into the Great Zhoutian, which is called "Zhongguan"; finally enters the stage of great concentration, reaching the "Shangguan" to practice spirit and return to emptiness, and enters the Tao body.

Among them, the operation of the circumference is mainly based on the Ren and Du meridians. This mechanism of rising and falling behind is called rising yang fire and descending yin talisman, which is to open up the Ren and Du meridians.

The first pass is the September Pass, the Zhong Pass is the October Pass, and the Shang Pass is the Ninth Pass, which shows that it is difficult to practice.

However, this practice context clearly indicates that the qualitative change process from the body to the mind, from tangible to intangible, from matter to spirituality, is concrete and can be followed.

As for the possibility of "opening the Ren and Du meridians" through external forces, although the classics can indeed show the saying of "distribute qi" by practitioners with profound internal skills, that is, distributing external qi to cure diseases, except for those in the martial arts world, there is no saying that external qi opens the Ren and Du meridians in the classics.

Dispensing Qi to treat diseases is a helpless countermeasure in the face of diseases under medical environment conditions.

The difference between doctors and Taoist sects on the behavior of Ren and Du meridians can be divided by the difference between the peritoneal breathing and the reverse abdominal breathing.

The scriptures say "to follow the adult, to become an immortal, to become an immortal", that is, the Du meridian goes upward and the Ren meridian goes downward.

As long as the practice is necessary, those who practice the exercises mediate the original energy of the human body. Women mainly practice the Ren meridian to fill their blood, while men mainly practice the Du meridian to fill their qi; and start from "regulating the mind" and "entering quietness", the river cart reverses, and the body shape is strengthened, and the qi of the Ren meridians are unobstructed. This is what it means to practice both nature and life.

Since ancient times, medicine and Taoism have had specific and detailed cultivation methods to open up the Ren and Du meridians of the human body. Taoism has internal alchemy techniques, which does open up the Ren and Du meridians of the human body.

The Ren meridians circulate.

1. The Ren meridian starts from the middle extreme.

2.Above hair

3. Go to Guanyuan in the abdomen and to the throat.

4. The upper erection is connected to the eyes

The meridians of the Du meridian circulate.

1. The Du meridian originates from the center of the bone below the lower abdomen. When a woman enters the junction of the Ting Kong, the hole is at the end of the drowning hole.

2. The connection is connected to the Yin instrument and usurp the intervening and the rear.

3. Those with at least Yin and Ju Yang’s middle collaterals are combined with Shaoyin’s upper thigh and inner thigh, and are connected to the kidney.

4. It starts with the sun in the inner canthus of the eye, crosses the upper forehead, and enters the brain.

5. Also, just follow the lower neck and follow the shoulders.

6. The spine is connected to the waist and enters the kidneys.

7. The man follows the stem and usurps the woman.

8. If the lower abdomen is straight upward, it penetrates the center of the navel and penetrates the heart...

9. Enter the throat, upper chin and lip, upper tuck the upper part of the eyes below the center.

In the world, opening up the Ren and Du meridians means rebirth, and martial arts are progressing rapidly, but in fact it is not that mysterious.

In the world, Ren and Du meridians are often mentioned, and many people mention that opening the Ren and Du meridians can improve martial arts and prolong life.

Medicine points out that the Ren and Du meridians are indeed two meridians involving longevity, and the broken meridians between the Ren and Du meridians must be opened.

Opening up the Ren and Du meridians to practice Taoism and become immortals is the yearning for sentient beings.

The world of immortals is originally an ideal world for people, and people living in real life cannot realize it. However, the world of immortals in Taoism is not far from people's real world.

Immortals can not only travel at will in nature, but also are not bound by the secular monarchical dictatorship on earth, so that even the kings with the highest power cannot do anything.

They "either they flew into the clouds without wings; they rode dragons and rode on clouds to create heavenly steps; they turned into birds and beasts, floated in the blue clouds; they were sneaking in rivers and seas; they soared in famous mountains; they were eating vital energy; they were edible; they were edible in the world without knowing it; they were hiding their bodies and saw nothing."

In the eyes of Taoists, "Tao" is higher than the monarch's power, and immortals can naturally surpass the monarch's power, and at the same time they get rid of the shackles of ethics and the troubles of fighting for fame and fortune in the world.

The realm of immortals is an ideal world that people yearn for under the weight of the king in history. After becoming an immortal, you can get great liberation, be free and free, extremely happy, and have enough temptation.

In life, one's desire for freedom can be satisfied in the spiritual liberation of immortals; in life, one's desire for equality can be satisfied in the principle that everyone can become immortals; in life, one's desire for health and longevity, one's queen can live forever and rejuvenate; in human food and sex, one's desire for food and sex, one's food and jade girl will serve him; in life, one's yearn for amusement and avoid disasters, one's becoming immortal can travel outside the Liuhe River, and there is no place to listen to the joy of Juntian, and there are magical powers and magic to control ghosts and gods.

However, it must be seen that the world of immortals is a surreal world on the other side after all.

Taoist sect tells people that the glory, wealth, money, beauty, fame and fortune in the world are unreliable, and are obstacles and burdens to the road to immortals.

The happiness of secular life hides disasters and troubles, and cannot escape the sufferings of life and the sad ending of death from old age and illness.

Only by abandoning the glory, wealth and short-term happiness of secular life and indulging in desires, people can purify and sublimate their souls, leap to the realm of immortals, and enjoy the life of immortals with eternal happiness.

This process of spiritual purification, sublimation and leap is the process of cultivating immortals and practicing Taoism.

The art of cultivating immortals also mainly uses the collection of immortal medicines. Until the inner alchemy is mature, the Taoist school gradually merges with the elixir school, and the immortal realm returns to the realm of the real person. Some of the successful inner alchemy masters themselves become gods. They use the inner alchemy skills to develop human life and spiritual potential, and have a personal experience of cultivating Taoist elixirs.

As Lu Dongbin said, "I traveled to the North Sea in the evening and Cangwu, and the green snake in my sleeves was full of gallbladder. I was drunk three times and people didn't recognize Yueyang, so I flew across Dongting Lake."

This realm of immortals is at least reachable in spirit, and has laws to rely on and techniques to refine in physical ways.

Cultivating immortals is to pursue the integration of oneself and Tao, which is in line with the nature of nature. Those who have achieved success in practicing inner alchemy are immortals who are truly integrated with Tao.

Therefore, in the eyes of the world, inner alchemy is a ladder to the realm of immortals. As long as people cultivate great alchemy, they will become immortals who stay in the world.

These people can protect their lives and be innocent, regard fame, fortune, color and power as clouds without fear and worries in their hearts; they have true knowledge, true talent, great strategy, and great courage, and are truly strong and can endure humiliation and be weak; they can be simple, open-minded, quiet and free-spirited, and these people have already realized the truth and reached the realm of immortals.

But when they became immortals, they were also ignorant, which led to their inability to escape. They even used Taoism to kill, which finally led to cause and effect.

Luohu and the leader of Tongtian Sect compete for the saints. Now Luohu returns again and wants to trample all the immortals and saints under his feet, which triggers a war between immortals and demons.

Now that all the immortals have been defeated and the Three Pure Ones are seriously injured, their free days are over.
