Why is it said that the innate qi is in the mystical gate?
Because the secret mechanism that communicates between the human body and the celestial body, it is the point of connection between the human body field and the cosmic field, and the opening point, so this wonderful secret of heaven is found, and the innate qi is also in it.
The practical experience of practitioners has always told the practitioners that they must seek it from the perspective of "internal and external feelings, harmony between man and nature".
The so-called unity of man and nature is actually a resonance phenomenon that coincides with the human body field and the cosmic field, and is inevitably generated in synchronization.
How can the human body field fit and the cosmic field and resonate simultaneously?
All conditioned laws are limited because the internal environment of the human body and the external environment of space are constantly changing and developing. This microscopic change is extremely subtle and complex. It cannot be fully understood and cannot be regulated. As for the changes in the internal environment of the human body and the changes in the external environment of the space, the timing of synchronization and resonance is not something that acquired consciousness can guess.
What the practitioner can and needs to do can only create an environment at the macro level, enter a state, mobilize the interaction of various functions of one's own body, guide the interaction between the human internal environment and the external environment in the space, and change in the direction of fit, synchronization and resonance, so that the "harmony between man and nature" can be achieved and the opening of the mystery.
For this reason, whenever the practitioner sits or lies on the bed in the middle of the night, he temporarily puts aside everything in real life. Except for paying attention to relaxing his mind and body, he does not use any other method. He does not care about distracting thoughts when they come, and lets him die.
After such a long time, you will inevitably have the state of "sudden awakening and all distracting thoughts will disappear", and then you will take advantage of the situation to enter this state.
If distracting thoughts come again, let them die by themselves, and "suddenly" appears again, and take advantage of the situation to enter.
With such a few repetitions, you can enter a state of sober and thoughtlessness.

This sudden shock in tranquility means that the changes in the human body's internal environment are in line with the changes in the external space. The true faith that resonates in the physical body is the opportunity of "harmony between man and nature" and the time when the mysterious orifice is opened.

Wait until the energy is calm and the true yang is hidden before the effort is stopped and fall asleep peacefully.
The above experiment shows that as long as you enter a trance-blind state of practice from the macro perspective and maintain this state of mind from the beginning to the end, you don’t have to worry about it at the micro perspective. All reactions and effects will naturally occur. The practitioner does not need to and should not add any thoughts to interfere with it.
This is how it is refined every day, trembling every night, and converging again and again. The meridians and qi in the whole body are constantly opening and closing in the Great Episode, and the entire human body functions are constantly adjusted and sublimated in the Great Episode. It is both simple and easy and exquisite.
When sitting in a Taoist sect, it is the main source of health preservation; avoid sitting withered and becoming silent.
The key to the Taoist Danding School is to affirm that life can be immortal; and the method of entry is to practice.
Therefore, when you sit in Taoism in meditation, you must practice kung fu.
Practicing Hinayana can help you to prolong your life; practicing the middle class can bring you back to old age; practicing the best can bring you immortality, that is, you can become a saint, a saint enters the god, a god enters the transformation, and a transformation to the emptiness, and reach the state of unity between man and heaven.
Therefore, sitting in meditation should be based on the principle of becoming a saint and becoming the unity of man and nature, not just to make one's life worse.
The Emperor Taishang Laojun said: "Man follows the earth, the earth follows the sky, the sky follows the Tao, and the Tao follows nature." This is the purpose of "all laws return to the sect"!
In ancient times, it was said that "the three stems and six hundred gates of Taoism, and everyone holds a seedling root." Among the three stems and six hundred gates, all conditioned laws and inaction laws always regard "integrating with nature" as the first priority. This choice is based on the foolproof.
What is quiet
A thought does not arise is called tranquility.
What is sitting
Silent and motionless are called sitting.
What is gold
It is not easy forever to change gold.
What is elixir
The harmony of yin and yang is called elixir.
Therefore, if you want to meditate, you must samadhi fall and be calm and calm.
If you want to cultivate tranquility, you must let go of all kinds of things and be empty. When you reach silence and stillness and a thought does not arise, you can reach the state of "extremely quiet and tranquil".
When the tranquility is extremely quiet, the Yang is born, and the Yin is eliminated. When the six lines are full of yang, the Qian body will be restored. If a person is old and can protect his pure yang body, it is the skill of rejuvenating the old and returning to the child.
Therefore, when Yang is born, the first foundation is to practice the great method of Jindan.
"There is no magic medicine for immortality, it is only in one tranquility"! This is the orthodox sitting skill, and there is no disease in all kinds of diseases.
Taoism emphasizes both cultivation of nature and life, and nourishes both form and spirit.
The reason why it emphasizes nourishing the body is just as the so-called "the form is the birth of the body", and "the body is ready and the nature and life are accomplished."
If the body does not exist, where will the spirit be attached?
If life does not exist, how can one cultivate character
Therefore, although Taoist schools take nourishing nature as the foundation and nourishing spirit, they rely on nourishing the body as the basis and nourishing life as the basis to achieve the state of unity of form and spirit.
If the foundation is not solid, the sect will have no way to establish it. How can one practice it if he abandons this body and wants to become a saint immortal?
If you don’t live, and see clearly and correctly, you will have no place to stay.
It is important to remember that health preservation and body care are only means, and are tools. Being an immortal, being an immortal, being a saint is the purpose and the purpose.
Taoist health care emphasizes the three treasures.
The Three Treasures are essence, energy, and spirit.
The Taoist sect’s method of immortality is always based on these three treasures as the material.
The three treasures of essence, energy, spirit and spirit are placed outside, which are the three gates of ears, eyes, and mouth.
The so-called "The three treasures of ears, eyes and mouth are blocked and do not clear. The real person sinks into the abyss and floats around and abides by the rules."
When practicing meditation, you should plug these three treasures so that they should not be able to be clear; if you do not enter the outside and do not come out of the inside, you will not be able to come out of the inside.
Listening more ears will shake the essence, speaking more mouths will damage the qi, and looking more eyes will cause fatigue.
Watch the eyes, look inward; listen to the ears, hear the ears, hear the ears; close the mouth, and return to the vital energy.
Concentrating the mind and illuminating in the Dantian, clearing away any distracting thoughts, allowing the spirit and energy to embrace each other, and conforming to the innate Hongmeng.
By mixing these three treasures of essence, energy, spirit, and spirit, rising and falling, filling them with the four bodies, you can verify the formation of the inner alchemy.
The Taoist sect refines the Three Treasures, and the lower ritual essence, ordinary qi, and ordinary spirit are the acquired essence and spirit; the superior ritual essence, primordial energy, and primordial spirit are the innate essence and spirit.
When ordinary people start the project, they can only start with the former.
That is, we enter the innate law from the acquired law, and from the active law to the inaction law.
That is, starting from the former, so the essence cannot be leaked, the qi cannot be leaked, and the spirit cannot be leaked; the essence cannot be hurt, the qi cannot be hurt, and the spirit cannot be hurt; the essence cannot be shaken, the qi cannot be shaken, and the spirit cannot be shaken. This is the three major elements of nourishing the body, nourishing life, and nourishing life!
Therefore, those who practice Taoism should pay attention to the work of protecting essence, qi and spirit. Then, focus on strengthening essence, qi and spirit, and then focus on replenishing essence, qi and spirit.
The last step is to transform essence, qi, and spirit.
For middle-aged and elderly people who have broken their bodies, that is, those who have suffered many injuries and leakage of energy and spirit, the first three steps are particularly important.
If you practice Hinayana to make a picture of illness and prolong your life, just do the second and second steps of the project, namely the "guarantee" and the "guarantee" method, you will be free from illness for life and prolong your life.
Those who practice multiply to rejuvenate their old age must complete three steps of project, namely the time of "supplement".
If you want to return to the virgin body and pure yang body, you can be a young man as long as you are a young man, and your life will be considered an ordinary person.
Practice the best to achieve immortality and immortality, but to the "unity of the holy and soul" and "harmony between man and nature".
The fourth step of the project must be achieved, namely the time of "changing".
At this point, the body and spirit can be transformed into one with all things, the same body as the heaven and earth, the same bright as the sun and the moon, and the vastness of the universe, and the mysterious spirit is unpredictable.
Nurturing essence is the element of nourishing the body, nourishing qi is the element of nourishing life, and nourishing the spirit is the element of nourishing nature.
Essence is what the body is formed, qi is what life is sent, and spirit is what nature is entrusted.
When the oil is exhausted, the lamp is extinguished, and the person dies, and the qi is destroyed. Therefore, the most important thing in the Taoist sect is to block the ears, eyes, and mouth is to make the vital energy not leak up; to destroy the mind, mind, and thoughts is to make the vital spirit not leak out; to build the kidneys, it is to make the vital essence not leak down.
The viewing and hearing are brought back to the ears, the mind is silent, and the mind is stopped. The divine light is collected inside, which accumulates energy, concentrates the essence, and concentrates the mind. Over time, it can produce the special effect of the inner elixir, and it is a great medicine for "long-lasting vision".
The Taoist elixir is purely used by yin and yang. If the lonely yin does not grow, the only yang does not grow. And the yin and yang must be reversed to be the result, which is the only way to achieve the harmony between earth and heaven.
The so-called "San Tongqi" says, "things do not have yin and yang, and they violate the sky and go against the Yuan", and "the man of Kan is the moon, and the woman of Li is the sun; the day is used to show virtue, and the moon is used to relax light; the moon is transformed by the day, and the body is not damaged." This is what it means.
Take the true yang in Kan and fill the true yin in Li, and then it becomes the Qian of pure yang and becomes the foundation of immortality!
By using the yin and yang in the body, the Kan and Li, that is, the heart and kidneys in the body, you can get the effect of replenishment.
If the true yin in the heart fire and the true yang in the kidney water can be achieved, the yin and yang can be matched, and the water and fire can be matched. There are wonderful principles in it and there will be verifications at that time.
Those who practice dual cultivation will believe that they must seek it in that body. The so-called "same kind of easy to achieve success" in "San Tongqi" is.
There are two gates of sudden and gradual in Taoism.
The sudden method is easy to achieve but difficult to practice, and the gradual method is easy to practice but difficult to achieve.
The sudden method is not done by a wise master, and the gradual method is also possible without a wise master.
This is also true of dual cultivation and pure cultivation.
If you practice the highest level directly in the sudden method, you can combine the middle and lower vehicles. The gradual method must be practiced in sequence from the lower vehicle, and then enter the highest vehicle through the middle vehicle.
