"Three Flowers Gathering the Top" is a superior state of inner alchemy. The occurrence of this state must go through a gradual refining process.

Because the Taoist inner alchemist was afraid of leaking the secrets of heaven and worried that the great way would be lost, it expressed it in implicit symbolic forms. Therefore, the name of "Three Flowers" has many conversion forms.

In essence, the inner meaning of the "three flowers" is "three yang". The so-called "three yangs" are the yang in yin, the yang in yang, and the yang in yin and yang.

It is like a clear and empty energy descending down and sprinkling throughout the body.

The so-called "revelation" of the Taoist alchemy scriptures describes this state.

However, at this level, the most feared thing is that the theory is unclear and the concept is unclear. If there is any fantasy in the heart, or the strong religious consciousness in the subconscious, the mind may be out of the body; if it is combined with other hallucinations, many mysterious scenes will appear. For these situations, they must be eliminated one by one, and the pen is not left behind.

Those who practice inner alchemy do not look, listen, speak, listen, and move, and the essence of the five internal organs is restrained and transformed, and return to Huangting (empty inside the navel), which is called the five energys to the Yuan, which is a term for inner alchemy.

The "five qi" refers to the qi of the five internal organs of the heart, liver, kidney, lung and spleen.

For ordinary people, the energy of the five internal organs scattered in the positions where the five elements belong, and failed to form a unified aggregate energy.

In order to overcome these limitations, the Taoist inner alchemist explored the Qi refining method. Although there is no concept of "five qi", it uses five colors as symbols to indicate the relationship between the five elements.

In Taoism, the five colors are the representatives of the five elements and also the symbolic symbols of the five internal organs.

When ordinary people have five constants (five elements) in different places and different qi in the five directions, those who practice practice combine the five qi to make them go to the Yuan Dynasty.

The five internal organs of humans are originally guarded by the Five Emperors, Blue, Red, Yellow, White, and Black, while the Five Emperors express their functions by the heavenly stems, five elements, numbers and their relationships.

Emperor Qing received the three qi of Jia and Yi wood virtue, Emperor Chi received the two qi of Bing and Ding fire virtue, Emperor Bai received the four qi of Geng and Xin metal virtue, Emperor Black received the one qi of Ren and Gui water virtue, and Emperor Huang received the five qi of Wu and Ji earth virtue.

People who practice should promote the convergence of dispersed qi and qi. The so-called "storing five clusters, four meetings, three combined, two and one to return to one" is the process of converging to the Yuan Dynasty. The four qi of metal virtue and one water virtue and form five, the three qi of wood virtue and the two qi of fire virtue and form five, and the five qi of wood virtue and form two qi of fire virtue and form five, and the five qi are gathered together in the center. The "three and five" gather together, and the four elements are harmonious. The five qi will face the Yuan Dynasty and gather at the top, reflecting a high-level state of inner alchemy cultivation.

The mind hides the spirit, the acquired spirit is the consciousness, the innate nature is the etiquette, and the emptiness of the sorrow is the concentration, and the fire of the Southern Red Emperor is towards the Yuan Dynasty.

The liver stores the soul, the acquired is the wandering soul, the innate is benevolence, and empty is joy, the soul will be calm, and the wood energy of the Qing emperor in the east is towards the Yuan Dynasty.

The spleen stores the mind, the acquired will be false intentions, the innate will be faith, and the empty desire will be imparted, and the mind will be determined, and the earthly spirit of the central Huangdi is facing the Yuan Dynasty.

The lungs contain the soul, the acquired spirit is the ghost spirit, the innate spirit is righteousness, and the empty anger is the spirit, and the spirit is calm, and the metal energy of the White Emperor in the West is towards the Yuan Dynasty.

The kidney stores essence, the acquired essence is turbid essence, the innate essence is wisdom, and the empty and joyful ones will be able to concentrate, and the water energy of the northern Black Emperor is facing the Yuan Dynasty.

The above is the principle of three flowers gathering in the top and the five energys facing the Yuan. When a person practices Taoism, he must return to the five elders and the three flowers to transform into the three pure ones, and then he can return to the original Wuji body and achieve perfect enlightenment.

At this time, it is like in the sunny scene where the breeze does not move, the water waves do not stir, the body and mind, inside and outside, the heaven and earth, all are not content with the "neutrality", and they do not know that there is the existence of the self or the existence of the selfless body. These ordinary feelings and thoughts will naturally go without a trace.

If you can truly achieve the actual work of meditation or practice Taoism as mentioned above, the situation of "three flowers gathering in the top" and "five qi facing the original", then the basic work of refining essence into qi can be said to have come to an end.

However, this kind of foundation cannot be stopped at once, and it must be "maintaining prosperity and maintaining peace". To enter the state of "refining Qi and turning into God", it must be combined with the concept of "Tao", which does not belong only to the category of meditation.

The human body and spirit can be separated. This is traditional culture, and Taoists all know that the body and spirit in people's flesh have changed their name and are called souls.

The soul is the soul, which is transformed by the spirit; the soul is transformed by the physiological essence, so if a person's soul is separated, he is about to die. There are many psychological diseases and mental illnesses, which means that the person has reached this state.

Sometimes people have poor sleep, which medically means that the soul cannot communicate.

For example, people suffer from insomnia, blood rushes upwards, have too much thoughts, can't sleep, or drink too much tea, urinate more and more, and the soul and soul cannot intersect. This means that the rise and fall of the upper and lower qi cannot be condensed, and cannot be condensed.

Insomnia is the insemination of the heart and kidney. In fact, it is not the heart and waist, but the function of the heart and kidney qi. It is the electric channel, and the two cannot be exchanged, so the sleep is not good.

When you reach the level of cultivation, the mysterious energy is full, and the mind is cool. The so-called jade liquid and elixir are added, and the cool and sweet saliva is often found. People have dry mouth and no water when they are old.

So many elderly people become pugs, and when their mouths open to look at things, their mouths and eyes also open at the same time, like flowers.

Just like when a flower is about to shed, it opens very much, so water and fire need to be sympathetic, and sympathy means to be turned up and down...

"The sufferings of the vicissitudes of the three realms, Luohu, do you underestimate these three realms too much? How can I experience all the ups and downs of the past?" said the ancestor Hongjun.

"For me, that's unnecessary. It's already a good thing for a saint to understand the world's first and second."

"For real feedback and comprehensive understanding, I have become an immortal and a demon, and have experienced all the high and low status of the three realms. If you don't even have a deep understanding of the low status of the demon race, how can you say shamelessly for the three realms? Can you represent the three realms? What you represent is the master's meridian, and what you maintain is the absolute status of the master's meridian, that's all." Luohu said sarcastically.

"It seems that you have a lot of opinions about the three realms, especially the orthodox Taoist sects of heaven and earth, and it has reached the point of hatred." said the ancestor Hongjun.

"The orthodox Taoist sect of heaven and earth? That is just your own proposition. The so-called representative of the three realms means excluding dissidents and sacrificing the interests of a small number of creatures, so that most people can praise themselves, right?"
