This step usually takes 100 days to achieve success.

The second step is accomplished. All the meridians in the body are unobstructed, the orifices are opened, the true qi surging, the body often feels floating, and the pleasant sounds are often heard in the ears. The true yang qi turns into the yang essence and shines, and then forms a dazzling golden elixir.

Appearance describes a calm body and a pleasant spirit, a light walk, a bright face, a stunning look, and a compelling look. When you look at yourself in the mirror, you can see the yellow and red light in your eyes. When you stare at others, you can also see it.

Those who achieve this step achieve one day and one night, and those who achieve it in seven days, also vary from one year to three years. The key lies in the difference in concentration.

The third step is accomplished. The golden elixir turns into a fetal god, the yang god forms an image, and self-taught appearance. You often hear clear sounds of immortal music in your ears. There is a golden light flashing in your eyes. The divine light covers the divine room. The flower of your heart blooms, you are happy and your ambition is floating.

The appearance describes the appearance, clear spirit and beautiful bones, similar to Huaying, and sometimes there is a fragrance of elixir, light body and strong body, walking and wind, which is different from ordinary people.

This step requires one year of success.

As for the fourth step, it is extremely mysterious. From ancient times to the present, countless scholars have been learned, but few have achieved it. They are all because they are confused and misleading and misleading. They do not believe that there are rules for the golden elixir. They all search according to ancient books, go against the way, and go further and further away, and disappear in the middle way, or they are admired by mere small techniques, even though they work hard and misleading for life.

Haven’t you seen the ancestors say: “I have read thousands of alchemy books, but no one has passed on the last sentence”.

The last sentence is what the immortal said about refining emptiness and combining the Tao. I have never heard of the immortal saying: "The wonderful thing about refining emptiness is to forget the body, there is no one or self, there is a little spiritual qi in the chaos, the body is as hot as fire, the heart is as cold as water, the qi moves like a spring, the spirit is as quiet as a mountain, the body is as weak as the body and mind to remove its effects, and listen to the natural movement of the great way."

This three-yuan supplementary practice is the most successful heavenly secret, and creates qualified people for the new pattern. The golden elixir skill will be worthy of its victory.

Therefore, different schools of thought are different, and there are different terms and name recognition, different understandings of the starting methods of practice. Besides this, there is no difference.

There is a layer of atmosphere around the earth, which people call it the atmosphere. The atmosphere envelops this world. According to traditional sayings, this atmosphere is the sky, and this world itself is the earth, that is, the world. Therefore, the ancients said that the sky covers the earth, which is the world itself, which is the world itself.

From people's perspective, the ground is under the feet and the sky is above the head.

People are in the world, and their body is a state of combining the two energys of heaven and earth. The three of heaven, earth and man are the three talents. The three talents mentioned by the ancients are the heaven, earth and man.

So if you only talk about heaven and earth, it is the two yin and yang, that is, the two yin and yang. The biggest yin and yang are the heaven and earth. From this point of view, this yin and yang are not too difficult to understand.

The two energy of heaven and earth are not static, but are moving with each other.

1. "Essence" is the product of the combination of yin and yang

Yang Qi itself has energy, but cannot be retained and is always in motion; Yin Qi itself has no energy, but can store energy.

And the essence is similar to the state of electricity storage.

People live under the sky and above the earth. In the "Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor", people live in "interference in energy".

What people "suck" is the yang energy of the sky, and what they "eat" is the yin energy of the earth.

The Yin and Yang of the Heaven and Earth here are already acquired Yin and Yang, and what is mentioned later is the Innate Yin and Yang. This acquired Yin and Yang is water and fire.

Medicine often says that the ancients established their extremes with water and fire, which is the acquired yin and yang.

Innate Yin and Yang are the universe, and anyone who has studied the Book of Changes knows it.

The innate yin and yang are "clear energy rises, and the accumulation of yang is the sky", which is the Qian hexagram; "turbid energy falls, and the accumulation of yin is the earth", which is the Kun hexagram.

The innate yin and yang are Qiankun, and the Qiankun here is pure yang and pure yin.

The innate yin and yang are in turmoil. What is this turmoil? This is a key issue in practice.

Then the innate yin and yang will also intersect. After the universe and the universe will intersect, there will be yin energy in the sky and yang energy in the ground.

At this time, the two qi of heaven and earth are no longer pure yin, but there is yang in yin and yin in yang. This is the acquired yin and yang.

The acquired yin and yang are water and fire. People are in the world and are already acquired yin and yang.

Then in the human body, water and fire are the kidneys and the heart, the heart is fire, and the kidneys are water.

The heart is the heaven of the human body, and water is the earth of the human body.

A person’s practice is to return from acquired yin and yang to innate yin and yang, and from innate yin and yang to Tai Chi and Wuji states. This is the theory of a practitioner. If he does not understand the innate yin and yang, it is basically a blind practice.

2. The acquired yin and yang

The weather and earth energy, both when entering the human body and combining it, are the essence of the human body.

Therefore, after digestion and absorption, a human diet becomes a subtle substance, transported to the upper calamity, and combined with the "Yang Qi of Heaven" absorbed by the lungs, it forms the essence of the human body.

In addition to supplying this part of "element" to the body, the excess essence will be stored in the kidneys. Therefore, the Internal Classic says that "the kidneys receive the essence of the five internal organs and store it", and the kidneys are the large warehouse of the human body's essence.

These knowledge is said in the Great Treatise on Yin and Yang Eyes in the "Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor": "Water is Yin, fire is Yang. Yang is Qi, and Yin is taste."

Yang energy enters the human body through the nose, and earth energy enters the human body through the mouth, so both are indispensable. If you don’t breathe, you will die, and there will be problems if you don’t let food be eaten.

If you can smell the smell on your nose, this belongs to the weather; if you can taste the taste on your tongue, this belongs to the earth's energy.

When people live, the energy they need to adopt, "partially come from heaven and partly come from earth". This concept is very important, and many methods of practice are related to this concept.

Then, in the human body, the yin and yang energy must be combined to produce essence.

This state of union can be seen through "Man".

In the human world, the above is the sky, that is, the nose; the below is the earth, the lips, so that the energy of heaven and earth needs to be intertwined, forming a groove in the human world.

The "Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor" also says: "Qi returns to essence, essence is naturalized", and Qi returns to essence." This is like the qi is concentrated and stored in the Yin.

So people often ask what essence is. Essence is concentrated qi. In fact, "element" is the combination of yin and yang qi.

The kidney is a large warehouse of essence and energy. People with kidney yin deficiency cannot store their energy because of insufficient yin and cannot store their energy, so their essence and energy are deficient.

If the essence and energy are deficient, the energy will be weak, which is manifested in the low voice and lack of courage. This means insufficient essence and energy.

Because of loss of essence, the qi will also be depleted. If a couple with weak body has a sore waist and no energy after having sex, they will suffer from soreness and lack of energy.

It is because the body is not energetic and the energy is lost after having sex, which causes the kidneys to lack energy and cannot nourish the surrounding tissues, which causes waist discomfort.

The more energy a person has, the healthier his body will naturally be.

Therefore, if you want to replenish the body's essence, you cannot rely solely on diet to nourish yourself, because what you can only supplement with is the part of the yin energy.
