Chapter 593: Meridian Time Two

All human diseases can be found on meridians.

After the above discussion, you will understand that these twelve meridians are actually divided into three groups of large meridians. These three groups of large meridians are wrapped in a large circle on the limbs and then return to the abdomen and chest, so it is easier to remember them again.

People only need to remember the four meridians in a group, remember the names of the organs connected to these four meridians. As long as one of these four organs becomes sick, start looking for pain points from the source of these four meridians, that is, from the chest to the meridians on the inner side of the arm of the hand, rub slowly, pat or scrape them to slowly straighten them out.

This treatment will not only have good results when it comes to the disease, but will not leave any subsequent problems, nor will it recur.

It is already clear that the three groups of large meridians circulating in the human body are already circulating, and who is the first and who comes after these three groups of large meridians?

This is the medical division:

Group 1: Walking on the outside, it is the lung meridian → large intestine meridian → stomach meridian → spleen meridian

The second group: Walking inside, it is the Heart Meridian → Small Intestine Meridian → Bladder Meridian → Kidney Meridian

Group 3: Walking in the middle is the pericardium meridian → triple burner meridian → gallbladder meridian → liver meridian

In addition, when using meridians to cure diseases, you must choose a good time. Medicine believes that humans and the universe are closely related to unified wholes, and the human body is actually a microcosm of the universe. All changes in nature (such as the alternation of day and night) are closely related to human life activities.

In China, people divide twenty-four hours a day into twelve hours, while medicine corresponds to each hour with the twelve meridians, as shown in the table below.

Group 1:

Hour, time and meridians, the lung meridian from three to five o'clock in the hour of Yin, the large intestine meridian from five to seven o'clock in the hour of Mao, the stomach meridian from seven to nine o'clock in the hour of Chen, and the spleen meridian from nine to eleven o'clock in the hour of Si.

Group 2:

The hour, time and meridians are the heart meridian from 11:00 to 13:00, the Wei to 15:00 are the small intestine meridian, the Shen to 15:00 to 17:00 are the bladder meridian, and the You to 17:00 to 19:00 are the kidney meridian.

Group 3:

The hour, time and meridians, the pericardium meridian from 19:00 to 21:00 at the Xu hour are the pericardium meridian, the third burner meridian from 21:00 to 23:00 at the Hai hour are the triple burner meridian, the gallbladder meridian from 23:00 at the Zi hour are the gallbladder meridian, and the liver meridian from 1:00 to 3

What is the corresponding meaning of the twelve hours and the twelve meridians?

"Qi and blood come to the times and become prosperous. Qi and blood pass by time and disappear, and when it is drained, it will become weak. When it is drained, it will follow it. When it is time, it will rise, and when it is out of time, it will close." It turns out that these twelve meridians are in the order of time, just like tides. Wherever it flows, it will be "high" and the qi and blood in this meridian is the most vigorous.

Therefore, many doctors like to clear the meridians with the most vigorous qi and blood at this time at a specific time, or take medicines to regulate the organs at this time, so that they can achieve twice the result with half the effort. This is the relationship between meridians, organs, and time.

People have divided these twelve meridians into three large groups, so it is easier to use time to prevent and treat diseases.

If there is discomfort in the lung meridian, large intestine meridian, stomach meridian, and spleen meridian, it is best to massage and treat it in the morning or in the morning.

Discomfort occurs in the heart meridian, small intestine meridian, bladder meridian, and kidney meridian, and it is best to massage and treat it at noon or afternoon.

If there is discomfort in the pericardial meridian, triple burner meridian, gallbladder meridian, and liver meridian, it is best to massage and treat it at night.

Take a person with a bad stomach as an example. After waking up in the morning or in the morning, you can first look for pain points on the lung meridian and large intestine meridian on the outside of the arm, then go to the stomach meridian and spleen meridian on the legs, and rub it slowly in turn.

People with neck and shoulder pain and poor waist can first look for pain points on the heart meridian and small intestine meridian on the inner side of the arm at noon or in the afternoon, rub it slowly, and then massage and unblock your painful neck and waist.

For people with poor liver, it is best to look for pain points in the pericardial meridian and triple burner meridian in the middle of the arm at night, rub and unblock, and then search for pain on the gallbladder meridian on the outside of the leg and liver meridian on the inside of the leg, and massage the blocked area.

People with good health and sufficient qi and blood can have a slightly heavier technique when clearing meridians. For painful and blocked areas, they can be patted or scraped.

For those who are weak and have poor qi and blood, you don’t have to worry about diluting the meridians. The massage should be lighter, and the acupuncture points and pain points should be less. It is best to choose the first two meridians of each group of meridians (merids on the arm) for massage. Try to touch them as little as possible (kidney meridian, liver meridian, and spleen meridian) that are ranked last.

By understanding these, people can unblock blocked meridians based on their physical fitness and different seasons and hours, on the premise of replenishing qi and blood, removing cold and dampness.

As long as you use it properly, I believe that everyone can use the magical meridians freely and protect the health of themselves and their loved ones.

Finally, I would like to add that the "dantian" mentioned above is like a nuclear reactor inside the human body, with extremely high energy.

In all kinds of martial arts in China since ancient times, I have mentioned the "dantian". When I practice to a certain level, a stream of hot air will form in the dantian area. It gathers into tangible, and when it disperses, it will run on the Ren and Du meridians in the middle of the front and back of the human body. The Ren meridian in front is the Ren meridian and the Du meridian behind is the Du meridian.

When the air flows on the Ren and Du meridians for one week, it is called "small circumference". The Ren meridian walking on the front of the human body is the Ren meridian, which has a general effect on the yin meridians throughout the body.

The Dantian where the Ren meridian passes is the place where men store their essence and women maintain their uterus, and is also called the "source of vitality". The word "Du" in the Du meridian that originates from the back of the body has the function of "Pu". Because the Du meridian runs in the spinal cord and directly connects the spinal cord and brain, it is closely related to human spirit, will, and thinking.

The Ren and Du meridians are connected to all organs in the body at the same time. When the true qi is sufficient, these internal organs can be directly moisturized.

The function of the Ren and Du meridians is what medicine calls the function of the "kidney".

Medicine believes that the kidney is the "congenital foundation" and believes that the formation of the fetus begins with the kidneys. Therefore, there is a saying that "two kidneys are before this body, so the kidney is the foundation of the internal organs and the roots of the twelve meridians."

The functions of the kidney include: zhijing, which is responsible for reproduction, life gate fire, can warm and illuminate the whole body, bones, marrow, blood production, water, and qi absorption, etc.

Since ancient times, there have been many ways to practice internal strength, which can rejuvenate qi. In fact, it is to open up the small circles and the large circles mainly composed of the twelve meridians. Therefore, some practitioners face the wall and meditate, do not eat or drink, and use the internal strength they practice to nourish the body, promote the operation of the meridians, and ensure the longevity of life.

Some boxing movements, etc., are also used to clear the meridians through soothing qigong exercises.

It is best if a person can practice internal strength or insist on meditation every night, directly fill the qi of the dantian and promote the operation of meridians throughout the body, but it is difficult for ordinary people to do it.

However, people can replenish qi and blood through diet therapy and replenish kidney qi. Over time, the same effect can be achieved.

Palpation of meridians refers to the sense of the abdominal sensation to detect abnormal reactions between meridians and meridian acupoints. This method is simple and easy to use and is accurate and accurate (it is one of the indispensable diagnosis methods in clinical acupuncture).

Method: When you touch the meridians, you will see heat, swelling, strong elasticity, significant tenderness, and subcutaneous hardness. You can see that the meridian Qi is solid; the body surface temperature is low and there is no elasticity, so it will not hurt when pressed, and it will be sunken, etc. You can see that the meridian Qi is weak.

When touching, you will see a reaction point of nodules, tenderness, sensitivity, and pleasure. This point is the disease point. Strong tenderness is mostly a true symptom; if there is pleasure in pressure, it is mostly a deficiency symptom. The disease point helps to clarify the diagnosis, and acupuncture and moxibustion of the disease point often achieves good results.

The order of palpation: the backshu point, the Mu point, the bit point, the original point, the Luo point, the special diagnosis point, allergic points and allergic belt, etc. The suspicious meridians should be palpated in detail.

Key points of palpation of the twelve meridians?:

Lung meridian: Feishu, Zhongfu, Kongzui, ointment blind, Chize.

When the lung meridian is really hot, there will be tenderness at half an inch outside the thoracic vertebrae one to three sides, and there will also be tenderness at the sliding door and the big giant.

When the lung meridian is not smooth, there will be tenderness in the Danzhong. If the lung meridian is weak and cold, there will be a sore and deep feeling in Fengmen and Dazhui. Hemoptysis or bloody stool: the hole is the most tender, or there will be a sore and deep feeling in the pressure.

When the meridian Qi is weak, the swelling is high or elastic, and the skin temperature is low.

Large intestine meridian: Large intestine Shu, Tiansou, Wenliu, Quchi, Hegu.

When the meridian qi is full of heat or excretion disorders, there will be tenderness when the meridian qi is stagnant or the patient is tender. When the meridian qi is stagnant, there will be tenderness when the meridian qi is stagnant. When the meridian qi is stagnant, there will be tenderness when the hand is Sanli, Shangju is weak, and Tianshu is tenderness obviously, and the skin temperature is higher than the adjacent acupoints. When there is chronic enteritis, the skin temperature is low and there will be pleasure when touching.

Stomach meridian: Weishu, Central Courtyard, Liangqiu, Zusanli, Fenglong.

There is real heat in the stomach meridian: tenderness in the middle courtyard, Liangqiu. Excessive stomach acid: Juque, which does not allow tenderness.

Stomach meridian deficiency and cold: Press Zhongwan, Zusanli will feel comfortable. Gastric ulcer: Wei Shu, there are allergic points on the outside, and when pressing the buttocks, the tenderness will spread below the knee.

Severe stomach pain: There is obvious tenderness in Tianzong, and pressing it can relieve the pain.

Spleen meridian: Spleen, Zhangmen, Diji, Dabao, Spleen.

When there is indigestion or abnormal transportation and transformation, there will be tenderness in the spleen, Zhangmen, and Dabao. Blood circulation is inconsistent: Tightness or tenderness in the spleen. Spleen heat, meridian qi block: obvious tenderness in Diji point. Spleen deficiency causes swelling: The spleen point is pressed with sourness or low skin temperature.

Heart Sutra: Xinshu, Juque, Yinxiu, Shaohai.

The heart meridian is strong: tenderness is felt on the inner side of the heart point. Heart valve disease: Juque is swelling, and there are allergic points on the outer side of the heart point to the blind spot of the ointment. The meridian Qi is weak and the function is low: Sanyinjiao, water, and kidney point are tender.

Small intestine meridian: Small intestine, Guanyuan, Yang Lao, Xiaohai, Xiajixu.

Small intestine meridian disease: Guanyuan, and there is a reaction to elderly care. When it is invaded by wind and cold, Tianzong, Fengmen, and Xiaohai will both feel tenderness. When the small intestine meridian disease is moved to the heart meridian, it is effective to take Guanyuan. For example, moxibustion on Guanyuan to treat heart arrhythmia. When the shoulder swelling and pain of the small intestine meridian is blocked, the lower part of the lower part will feel tenderness. The needle is effective. Lower pain in the small intestine Shu area will have obvious tenderness in elderly care, and the needle is effective.

Bladder meridian: Bladder Shu, Zhongji, Jinmen, Weizhong, Kunlun, Tianzhu, Bali.

The meridian qi is full of heat: the skin temperature of Weizhong point is high, the collaterals are full. The damp heat is pouring down, the meridian qi is blocked, and there is tenderness in the Zhongji, Jinmen, and Bladder Shu. Invaded by wind and cold, Tianzhu, Baluo, and Chengshan are tender. When the meridian qi is weak, press Zhongji, and Bladder Shu will feel pleasure.

Kidney meridian: Shenshu, Jingmen, water spring, water, and Huangshu.

Kidney meridians are diseases: water spring, water, and Huangshu are both tender. Kidney is diseases: Shenshu and Jingmen are tender. When the kidney excretion function is affected, Zhubin point shows a positive reaction (nodules, tenderness). Therefore, moxibustion Zhubin has the effect of detoxification. When the urinary tract is malfunctioned, there is tenderness at Balu point.

Pericardium meridian: Jueyin Shu, Tanzhong, Ximen, Daling.

Emotional agitation, laughter and cry: There is obvious tenderness in both Tanzhong and Ximen. When women have menstruation, dysmenorrhea or blood stasis in the lower abdomen, the area where the Qimen is tight or tender, and the needle can regulate menstruation and relieve pain and remove blood stasis. When the heart is throbbing, pressing Jueyin Shu will relieve the effect of Tanzhong, and moxibustion will also be effective.

Sanjiao Meridian: Sanjiao Yu, Shimen, Weiyang, Huizong.

If the meridian qi is blocked, Huizong, Weiyang and Shimen are all tender. The meridian qi is strong and the area around the Sanjiao Shu is tight, and the Huizong is strong. If the urine is closed, and the meridian qi of the Sanjiao is not clear, the stone junction is full. (To be continued)
