In other words, positivism can be used to question Confucianism, or it can also become a ideological weapon of Confucianism!

Without positivism, the "Great Way" of Confucianism is missing. With the tool of positivism, the "Great Way" of Confucianism becomes the great way of scientific Confucianism. It is a problem, and it is necessary to "seek the Tao", and positivism is a tool of seeking the Tao.

Compared with Confucianism, which possesses positivism, various other ideas that attribute the great way to the gods and mystery are all in a position of being tested and criticized.

How could such an important philosophical theory be neglected for a long time in the late Northern Song Dynasty when the Confucian worldview was not yet filled?

This is an innovation that Confucianism has never been in a thousand years! Later generations will call you a son.
