20. The Burrow. The Wizard's House【52/100】(2/2)
"Merlin is an agent, you can understand it, that is the elite Auror in the Muggle world."
“Wow, cool!”
Ron looked at Merlin, he seemed to want to ask more, but was patted by Hermione on her shoulder, and she said:
"Merlin is a guest. Ron, shouldn't you, as the master, take Merlin around the humble curb? You're so rude!"
"Oh, I forgot."
Ron grabbed his hair awkwardly, and he made a "please" gesture to Merlin:
"So please follow me, Mr. Merlin, I will take you around the Hulk Curriculum. My parents live on the fifth floor, right downstairs."
He took Meilin on the crooked stairs, and he enthusiastically introduced his home to Meilin:
"And here is the room of my brother Bill and Charlie. They both have formal jobs. Bill is a curse solver in Egypt, and Charlie is a dragon research scholar in Romania."
Ron pointed to the room on the fourth floor with some pride and said to Merlin:
"They would come back occasionally, but my mother usually put some miscellaneous items here."
"Are the curse solvers and dragon research scholars?"
Merlin smiled:
"It's true that I have a wizard-style profession. Maybe I can talk to them when I have time. Some of my friends are also very interested in magical creatures."
"They rarely come back, but I can give you their mailbox."
Ron grabbed his hair and said to Merlin:
"You can send letters to them with owls. This is Percy's room. Unfortunately, he had a fight with his parents a few days ago, so he moved to London alone. I don't know when he will come back."
The child pointed to the room on the third floor with some sadness, but he quickly became happy:
"If Percy doesn't come back, maybe I can move from the top floor to here. I don't like the sunshine on the top floor, and it always makes people unable to sleep well."
"On the other side of the third floor is Fred and George's room. They always tinker with weird experiments in the house. Mom has scolded them many times, but there is still a smell of gunpowder there, which is very bad. Last year, my mom burned some of their orders. I heard that George and Fred have been secretly making some magic trick toys and want to rely on these things to make money."
"Oh? Isn't this good?"
Merlin said:
"In the Muggle world, I started to make money in my student days, but it was an amazing achievement."
"But it's different in the wizard world."
Hermione whispered to Merlin:
“Arthur and Molly are parents of the traditional school who want their children to have formal and decent jobs in the future rather than being juggling clowns.”
"The second floor is my sister Ginny's room, but she went to Diagon Alley with George and Fred today, so she was not at home. By the way, when Hermione came to my house, she lived with Ginny."
Merlin looked at the room on the second floor. There were very feminine carvings on the door of the house, which meant that this was a lady's house.
"Ginny is one year younger than me."
Hermione said to Merlin:
"She is the youngest child in the Weasley family, and is also my good friend. She is a very beautiful and talented girl."
Merlin nodded, standing at the stairs, he looked upwards, the crooked stairs formed a strange but somewhat regular image in Merlin's eyes. He looked at Ron and asked:
"Is there any magic blessing in the Hulk Curie? I always feel that the space inside this house is a bit too big."
"right."
Ron nodded:
"When my grandparents built the Burrow, they added some space magic to it. The Burrow looked bigger than it looked on the surface. It was like a magnified magic tent."
“It’s amazing.”
Merlin sighed, and he followed Ron and Hermione out of the door of the Burrow.
Before him was a green meadow and a small river, the sun shining on the meadow, which was an extremely beautiful rural scene, and the meadow spreads outward until a hill at the end of the Merlin gaze.
He looked back and saw that behind the burial was a yard with some fruit trees planted inside, and further apart was like a mountain covered with trees.
But what surprised Merlin the most was that the Burrow looked like a crooked tower from the outside, without a symmetrical style. As Ron said, on the outside, the house was only a few stories high, and the interior space was indeed much larger than the outside.
There are also four or five chimneys on the dilapidated red roof, but Merlin did not see the structure of the chimney in the room at all.
This house built with magic is indeed a bit tricky.
"Do you want to see the Burrow from the sky? Merlin."
Ron reached out his hand, recited a spell, and a slightly worn broom flew into his hands. Ron said to Merlin:
"You can sit on my broom and look at my home from the sky, but it's even more beautiful."
"Thank you, child."
Merlin glanced at the broom and said:
"I don't like flying around on a broom, it makes me feel strange. But if you want, I can take you to the sky. I mean, don't use a broom."
"Really?"
Hermione's eyes widened, and she looked at Merlin:
"Can you really do it? Have you learned the flying curse?"
"No, I don't."
Merlin held Hermione's hand in one hand and Ron's shoulder in the other, and he smiled and said to the two children:
"But I have special flying skills to grasp it."
"boom"
The next moment, Merlin's body suddenly turned into black smoke. Amid the screams of the children, Hermione and Ron were held up by the smoke. Without any magical items, they were quickly sent to a height of dozens of meters.
It's like they have invisible wings.
"Wow! So cool!"
In the hustling wind, Ron opened his hands and soared freely like a bird in the push of smoke. Hermione's hair danced in the air, and she screamed:
"Higher, Merlin! Higher!"
"Take us to the clouds!"
