410 [Terminator]

The porter brought the New Year's goods into the car from the villa with a lot of bags. Kang Jianfei was known by outsiders to have a relationship with several little lovers, so he stayed in the bedroom upstairs without showing up.
In a blink of an eye, it is the Little Year of the Lunar New Year, which is the Kitchen God Festival on the 23rd of the 12th lunar month. It is the day when Hong Kong citizens officially have their New Year holidays and the day when major theaters start to schedule the Spring Festival movies.
Although the famous Lin Zhengying in the Baohe Company's "Scared Ghosts" was the protagonist of Sammo Hung, it was still not included in the Spring Festival period of Jiahe Cinema. Instead, after reducing the number of "Deadly Express" scenes, the movie was stuffed into the screening and was released for only two weeks before the screening was stopped.
But even so, the box office of "Man and Ghost" still reached 6.95 million, which is a relatively outstanding result.
Jiahe Cinemas is scheduled for "Teppanyaki" this year. This comedy film directed and starred by Xu Guanwen, and the heroine is led by Xia Wenxi, who was signed by Jiahe last year.
In another time and space, Jiahe didn't even sign an actress at this time. The heroine of this comedy is Taiwanese singer Sandy Yeh. Now, Sandy Yeh is a signed singer of Fengxing Records. Although she has begun to make her mark in Hong Kong, her reputation is not very good.
The film arranged by Jiahe Theater is Xu Guanwen's "Teppanyaki", and Princess Jin is naturally released "Best Partner 3: The Queen's Secret Order". Although the cast of this film has not changed much, the director has changed from Xu Ke to Mecca.
Speaking of which, Mecca's directorial ability is much worse than Xu Ke. Although he is keen and has ideas, his directorial work cannot be done well based on ideas alone. It is still unknown whether the quality of this film can reach the level of original time and space.
As for the once glorious Shaw Brothers theaters, there was no filming schedule during this year's Spring Festival. "The Legend of the Crowds" directed by Lu Qi was painted a few days before the Spring Festival, and the Shaw Brothers theaters have been vacant since then.
And what about the new era theater chain?
Something went wrong in the four theaters in Jiangjia Anle Theater. Instead of helping Kang Jian fly to screen "Terminator", he also brought several theaters in the theaters in the new era to release "Star Wars: The Jedi Counterattack".
The "Star Wars" series has long been famous all over the world, and "Star Wars: The Jedi Counterattack" was even more popular in North America last summer. It is extremely rare for Jiang Zhiwen to grab the Hong Kong distribution rights of this movie. In order to achieve a good box office in Hong Kong, Lucas Film, the producer of "Star Wars: The Jedi Counterattack", put forward a requirement, that Anle Theater must release the film during the Spring Festival.
But this made Kang Jianfei so hard that Jiang Zhiwen's own four theaters released "Star Wars: The Jedi Counterattack", but even brought several other theaters in the New Era theaters to release together, which made several theaters that released "Terminator".
Kang Jianfei is too lazy to care about Jiang Zhiwen's approach now. Fortunately, Zhang Moren is responsible for the five newly opened theaters that have been renovated, barely making up for the shortage of cinemas.
At this point, the situation of the box office war in Hong Kong this year's Spring Festival is: 19 theaters in Jiahe Cinemas released "Teppanyaki", 23 theaters in Jin Princess Cinemas released "Best Partner 3: The Queen's Secret Order", Anle Cinemas jointly released "Star Wars: The Jedi Counterattack", 18 theaters in the New Era Cinemas released "Terminator", and 14 theaters in Yindu Cinemas released "Shaolin Boy".
The box office competition in Hong Kong has never been so fierce. Five movies of good quality were released at the same time, with a palm-sized area. This box office battle is destined to be a winner, because the audience base in Hong Kong is limited. Under the competition for each other, everyone's attendance rate will be reduced, and the box office of a single movie will be diluted.
Fortunately, Shaw Brothers did not schedule films this Spring Festival, otherwise it would be a melee between the six countries.
"Brother, let's go first." Wen Bixia said, holding a Louis Vuitton bag and poked her head into the room.
The door was quickly pushed open, and the other girls also walked in and said goodbye to Kang Jianfei. Today, they all had to take New Year's goods home with their New Year's goods, and they would not return to the villa here until after the New Year.
Li Yanshan did not say anything, but walked to Kang Jianfei and gave her a sweet kiss and gave her man a affectionate kiss.
Due to the obsession of the five beautiful girls, Kang Jianfei has been with them these two days, and has been together all day long, conquering the body and mind of the five girls.
Li Yanshan sometimes hated Kang Jianfei, hating that this bad guy pulled her into the mud and made her depraved. She could no longer fall in love openly like a normal woman. But now she fell in Kang Jianfei's arms and let him taste his tongue and play with his body. Li Yanshan was so obsessed with her heart, and her heart was tied to the bad guy.
After the five girls volleyballed in a line to kiss Kang Jianfei, they went downstairs to part and sat home in the car arranged by Kang Jianfei to celebrate the New Year.
Kang Jianfei rarely calmed down alone, closed his eyes and thought about the important things. He now owned 9 cinemas, including one luxury theater (Taiping Theater), one old single-hall large theater (Queen Theater), and the remaining 7 are newly built multi-hall cinemas.
In terms of scale and quality, any of these 9 theaters can be used as the leading theaters of theater companies.
After Zhang Moren contacted the theater merchants of the New Era theaters, there were only 10 theaters that were willing to form a new theater company with Kang Jianfei, but 7 of them were small theaters that Kang Jianfei didn't like.
In this way, the scale of the new theater chain cannot be compared with that of Jiahe and Princess Jin. However, Shaw Brothers theater chain is posing as if it wants to sell or not, which makes Kang Jianfei speechless.
No matter what, after the New Year, we will announce the establishment of a theater company. If the scale is not enough, we will build it one by one.
After thinking for a while, Kang Jianfei finally made up his mind and called the phone to discuss with Zhang Moren.
Kang Jianfei was still on the phone, but the door was suddenly pushed open again. Li Lizhen came in with a weird look and smiled sweetly: "Brother, can I come in?"
Kang Jianfei waved to her and continued to talk to Zhang Moren about the establishment of the theater company, while Li Lizhen sat next to him and listened quietly.
"Why are you back?" Kang Jianfei hung up the phone and asked.
Li Lizhen said slyly: "I forgot to get something, so I'm back."
In fact, Li Lizhen didn't forget what was here. It was obvious that she wanted to take advantage of the opportunity when the other sisters were going home for the New Year, and kill one of them to get along with Kang Jianfei alone.
Kang Jianfei didn't look at Li Lizhen's thoughts, and hugged the girl's slender waist and said, "I'm going to go out and I'll accompany me to watch a movie later."
"Watching a movie? That's great." Li Lizhen was ecstatic and felt that this trip was right, and Brother Fei would definitely like her the most in the future.
The two of them stayed at home for most of the day, and naturally they felt shameless and lingering. This time, they served Kang Jianfei alone and became a "woman" for a few days. Li Lizhen was unable to stand the whip and soon threw her armor and poured her back. In the end, she could only use her mouth and hands to vent Kang Jianfei.
After dinner in the evening, Kang Jianfei went out with his legs weak, holding Li Lizhen. He had already asked Zeng Bolin to prepare two movie tickets for him on the phone.
Li Lizhen sat in the passenger seat with a blush after orgasm on her face. She looked sideways at Kang Jianfei who was driving. The more she looked, the more she felt that her man was full of charm.
Because it takes a lot of time to cross the sea, Kang Jianfei drove to the Oriental Theater in Kowloon. After parked his car in the underground garage, he put on a hat and took the elevator to watch a movie with Li Lizhen. Because the house prices and rents are very expensive, many of the newly built cinemas in Hong Kong in the past ten years are not on the ground floor.
When passing the ticket window, Kang Jianfei carefully observed and found that although there were many people buying tickets, there were definitely not many.
Kang Jianfei hugged Li Lizhen and walked into the screening room. When the movie was about to begin, he roughly counted that the attendance rate of hundreds of screening rooms was only about 50%. Compared with the publicity costs invested by Kang Jianfei and the number of viewers in the Spring Festival period, this attendance rate was a bit ugly.
In fact, it is not difficult to understand. Comedy and action films include Xu Guanwen's "Teppanyaki" and Mecca's "Best Partner 3", and Kung Fu films include Yindu's "Shaolin Boy". These three films have taken away a large part of the audience.
"Terminator" is a Western film, and it is a Hollywood science fiction film. "Star Wars: The Jedi Counter" released by Anle Theater also happens to be a Hollywood science fiction film. Compared with the world-renowned "Star Wars", "Terminator" has no advantage at all. Hong Kong audiences who like this type of movie will choose to watch "Star Wars", and Terminator is naturally unwilling to be concerned about it.
In this way, the attendance rate of "Terminator" can be imagined. If Kang Jianfei had spent a lot of money on promotion, he would probably be less than 30% of the audience in the screening hall now.
Although he had great confidence in "Terminator", Kang Jianfei was still a little worried at this time. He felt that he had miscalculated this time.
After the opening of the film company, the screen suddenly darkened, and it was the battlefield of the end of the world as soon as it came up. In the dim tone, robot patrolmen in the sky flew past, lasers crossed the sky, and the ruins on the ground were full of human bones. A crawler armored vehicle drove by and crushed all of these bones.
James Cameron only used Kang Jianfei's shooting budget of $8 million, which cost hundreds of thousands more than the original time and space. In Hollywood, it can only be considered an ordinary movie. But even so, this special effect that seemed very backward decades later made the audience in the screening room shocked.
Shaw's so-called science fiction blockbuster "Interstellar Blunt", the special effects scenes are simply a piece of feces compared to "Terminator".
