16. Tomb of Sargeras

"Land! I see land!"

Amidst Buddy Moore's unpleasant screams, the ship, which had been infected with death energy from top to bottom, finally approached its destination.

Tyrion walked out of the cabin. He didn't need a telescope. With his excellent eyesight, he could easily see the islands that suddenly appeared on the sea in the distance, like black spots that suddenly jumped out of a picture of nothing.

On the empty sea, the islands that are getting closer and closer look so eye-catching.

It is a black island, the size of two towns. Looking from a distance, you can still see the trees on the island and the seagulls flying in the sky, and further away, in the mist that permeates the ocean.

, the phantom of a tall city is vaguely visible, and beyond the phantom is a strange purple sky.

"This is the Broken Isles?"

The dark mage Severn blessed himself with an eagle eye spell, and the distant scenery clearly appeared in his eyes. He could see the deserted black island in front of him. The boulders connected to the sea were covered with barnacles, and the sand ponds were stained with barnacles.

There are many beach rock crabs running around, but they don't look like they are inhabited.

But behind the island, there is a tomb tower several meters high, which looks like the ruins of a city.

"This place looks deserted."

Miss Luminas put her hands on her hips and said to her companions: "It doesn't look like a good place!"

"It's really not a nice place."

Tyrion turned over and jumped off the side of the ship. The moment he fell into the water, ice condensed under his feet, allowing him to stand above the water. With his call, a skeleton war horse ran out of the cabin and jumped off the side of the ship.

Came to him.

The death knight got on his horse, waved to the people behind him, and shouted to the cowering death goblins on the deck:

"Buddy, I don't need you to fight. Park the ship behind the island and wait for us to come back! These sailors will be at your disposal and must protect this ship!"

Hearing that there was no need to fight, the goblin immediately became energetic. He shouted and waved towards Tyrion, but the death knights had already rushed towards the island in front of him. The death goblin's gray eyes rolled, and he turned his head and coughed lightly.

He made a sound and gave orders to the dead troll sailors who were waiting for orders. Soon, this veritable ghost ship sailed to the other side of the island.

The death knights landed from the beach, barely stopping, and rushed along the broken land of the island towards the tomb tower behind the island.

This island is very strange, and there are trees on the outside. But the deeper you go into it, the fewer signs of life there are. When you get close to the tomb tower that sank into the sea, you are surrounded by broken rocks and the ruins of ancient cities.

, apart from that, there is nothing.

"This place turned out to be a temple from the Elf Empire period, and was sent to the bottom of the sea by Aegwynn using huge magic power."

Tyrion turned over and dismounted, looking at the tomb tower with only the top left in front of him. His fingers touched the stone tablet in front of him. The stone tablet that had been weathered by time quickly collapsed. Behind him, the dark mage Severn

Walking around with Autumn, detecting the magic power around him, after a while, Master Severn looked a little ugly. He held a rune stone with dried magic power and said to the other death knights:

"There is a large barrier here. It blocks the surrounding magic and prevents the sea water from raising the temple. Only by destroying it can we enter it."

"But it can't be destroyed!"

The young mage Autumn patted the dust on his fingers and said calmly:

"The barrier itself is not complicated, but it is intertwined with the nearby magic nodes. Forcibly cracking it means that we have to fight against the entire magic of this archipelago. This is the ruins of the Well of Eternity's explosion. The magic is huge and helpless.

Imagine.”

The implication is that the Dark Blade Knights have nothing to do with the graveyard sinking into the earth in front of them.

"Gul'dan will open it for us."

Tyrion did not care about the cemetery in front of him. He stood on a higher rock and observed the surrounding terrain. He waved his hand and said nonchalantly:

"We just need to think about waiting peacefully, and then think about how to kill the warlock, ahead! There is a rift there, we are camping, waiting for Gul'dan's arrival!"

"Soon! Soon we will be able to realize our wish..."

On the other side, a day after Tyrion's death knights set up camp, Gul'dan's fleet also approached the Broken Islands. The Warlock did not know that someone had set an ambush on the island, but in fact, even if he knew, he would have to

keep going.

He gave up everything, betrayed Orgrim, led to the defeat of the tribe, and betrayed the demon master behind him. He knew very well that there was no way back for him. He could only enter the Tomb of Sargeras and get the legion.

Only in this way can he survive the pursuit of all parties and live better.

But the road ahead is not smooth.

"boom"

The sound of artillery firing resounded on the sea. The red-hot shells flew out from the muzzle, crossed a fatal arc, and hit the fleeing ship in front. The shells passed over the deck, knocking several

The ogre that couldn't dodge was smashed to pieces, disgusting flesh and blood flying everywhere, and pungent smoke rising from the sea.

The violent orcs of the Ravager clan gritted their teeth and fought back at the next moment. The whistling shells hit the pursuers behind them, but they were not accurate at all. The shells skipped the fleet behind them and hit the sea, causing a splash.

Towering water splash.

The Black Teeth Smiling Clan rode on 14 ships used by the orcs for plunder, chasing after Gul'dan's fleet. This pursuit had lasted for four full days, and both sides were already very tired.

In fact, Gul'dan should be grateful to the orc gunners who rushed the duck. They are not good at using such human weapons. If they were pursued by Kul Tiras's elite navy, I am afraid that Gul'dan's eight ships would

I couldn't survive even half a day.

But even so, at this moment of approaching the final goal, the number of orcs and ogres still following Gul'dan was less than half of what they were when they set off.

Some of them died in the pursuit of the Black-Toothed Smiling Clan, and some of them secretly escaped by boat under the cover of night.

Obviously, not everyone has confidence in Gul'dan. When the exact target could not be seen, the hozens on Gul'dan's big tree had already begun to flee in all directions.

"Gul'dan, we lost another ship! (There are only 5 left!)"

The ogre Cho'gall rushed into the cabin and shouted to the orc warlock who was meditating with his eyes closed:

"You have to think of a way! (Morale has been extremely low!)"

Facing Cho'gall's anxiety, Gul'dan seemed very calm. Although the whistling shells and the shouts of the Thin Man could be heard from the cabin, the warlock did not care about the loss of life. He opened his eyes,

A gleam of light burst out from the dark red eyes:

"We are almost there. Soon, that powerful power will be within reach. The wild dog of the Black Hand family thinks he has a chance to win? What a joke! When I return from the tomb, they will have to kneel on the ground to greet me.

.”

"But that's for the future! (If you don't think of a way, we may not even be able to land on that island!)"

Cho'gall does not have such a good mentality as Gul'dan. This cunning warlock arranged his Twilight's Hammer clan on the outermost ships. Of the three ships lost in the past two days, most of them were Twilight's Hammers.

The elite of the clan.

The ogre has begun to regret following Gul'dan to this island. Even if Gul'dan really joins his church afterwards, it will take a long time to make up for the loss of these personnel.

"Okay, what you said makes sense..."

Gul'dan saw the ferocity in Cho'gall's three eyes. The warlock weighed the pros and cons in his heart and felt that it would not be good to force Cho'gall too much now. So a moment later, a dark green portal appeared in the sky above the sea.

When it lit up, it was like tearing a gap in the sky. Along with the pungent smell of evil energy, a large group of magic bats with flapping wings, like bats and sharp claws, poured out of the portal.

These weak demons flapped their wings, roared, and gathered in groups. In just an instant, hundreds of magic bats rushed out of the portal. This was far beyond the number that the portal could bear. The portal

It collapsed in an instant, and the screaming magic bats, like a black storm, rushed towards the fleet of the Black-Toothed Smiling Clan that was pursuing behind them.

In the cabin, Gul'dan felt the number of summoned mephits, and there was a trace of doubt in his eyes.

"It's strange why the demons are so active today... A summoning spell of this level shouldn't be so effective..."

But doubts remain doubts, and what needs to be done cannot be interrupted. Cho'gall, who was standing on the deck, saw that the ships of the Black-Toothed Smiling Clan were interfered with and unable to attack, and could not even move forward. The ogre turned to look at the people nearby.

The island is so close, he shouted loudly:

"Keep going! (As fast as possible! Land!)"

30 minutes later, Gul'dan's five ships stopped at the shore of the Broken Islands. The orc warlock walked down the gangway. He looked back at the fleet on the distant sea. His dark red eyes rolled and he turned to face Gu.

Gal said:

"My disciple, the mad dog with the black teeth and the ferocious smile will continue to catch up. We have to leave some people behind to stop them. We don't have the numerical advantage. Once we are entangled by them, it will be very troublesome."

A fierce light flashed in Cho'gall's eyes. How could he not understand what Gul'dan meant? This was clearly to make his Twilight's Hammer clan become cannon fodder.

This fierce light was seen by Gul'dan, and a sneer appeared on the corner of the orc warlock's mouth:

"Don't worry, my disciple, I won't let your people die in vain. I will leave some warlocks and summon demons to help!"

He flicked his fingers, and a dozen Warlocks from the Stormrage Clan, who were also Gul'dan's die-hard loyalists, stood up. He said to these Warlocks:

"Do you feel it? The demons of the Twisting Nether are very active today. It is very simple to summon demons in this situation. You stay and help the warriors of the Twilight Hammer resist those chasing soldiers! Wait for me to come back!"

The warlocks of the Stormrage Clan naturally have no complaints. Those who can follow Gul'dan in desperate situations are a group of madmen who believe in power. They believe in Gul'dan's promise.

"Then, my disciple, what do you say?"

Gul'dan looked back at the silent ogre Cho'gall, who had an ugly face and said nothing. Gul'dan's finger also touched his staff, and the atmosphere between the two became obscure and tense.

, but after a moment, the ogre's two faces showed that honest smile again.

"Of course, my mentors, it is their honor to serve you."

This answer shocked Guldan for a moment, but then he smiled with satisfaction:

"Then let's go!"

The warlock pointed his finger at the black tomb tower in the distance:

"We are almost there...and you will soon know how glorious it will be for the warriors who stop our pursuers...This is a lucky thing, believe me!"

Reid Blackhand, the leader of the Black-Toothed Laughing Clan, gritted his teeth and hacked the last flying magic bat to death. The deck behind him was already covered with the corpses of these weak demons, and on the island in front of him, Gul'dan

His entourage has landed and set up a defensive line. They are summoning demons, obviously to stop the pursuers, which makes Red, who is about to dock, itch with hatred.

"They summoned demons, brother, there are too many of them!"

Maim Blackhand put down the telescope in his hand. The brave Blackstone Orc gritted his teeth and said to Red:

"Brother, take the Sword Master and some soldiers and go around the back of the island! I'll hold them back from the front!"

"Maim! You will be in danger!"

Red looked at his brother, who was holding the black iron war hammer without fear. He looked at his brother and said in a deep voice:

"I'm not afraid of danger! These Twilight Hammers and demons can't defeat me so easily! Brother, don't forget who killed my father, you must cut off Gul'dan's head for me!"

"good!"

Reid turned around, and the orc's eyes were beating with indescribable violence and determination:

"This island, this island will become Gul'dan's tomb, no matter what he is looking for here! He will not get it! In the name of Blackhand, he is dead!"
