Chapter 17 Collusion

The purchase process of weapons was not that complicated. Natalie chose a pair of curved-edged daggers, and Galken bought an epee.

Tagle also got his wish and purchased a brand new shield and one-handed hammer.

Seeing that Tager's savings were quite substantial, Ke Wen couldn't help but suggest: "Tagel, I suggest you go to the armor shop next door to buy a pair of leggings again."

"Why?" Tager asked slightly confused.

"Because most of our opponents are small."

Ke Wen raised his hand and pointed to Tagger's legs, and explained with a smile: "Your shield can easily protect the upper body, but the defense of the lower body is a bit lacking, and it is easy to be injured by murlocs and kobolds."

Hearing this, Galken and Natalie nodded in agreement, and one after another spoke in agreement, giving suggestions to Tager.

Tager finally nodded and agreed, and then the four of them walked out of the weapon shop and re-entered the armor shop.

There was another round of selection, and the purchase was completed in about ten minutes.

After walking out of the store, Natalie said to everyone: "Let's move around freely next. When the carriage returns to 'Golden Town' in the afternoon, we will meet at the city gate."

"No problem!" Galken patted Kewen on the shoulder: "I'll take Kewen for a nice walk around the city!"

Natalie gave Galken a warning look: "Don't go to those shabby places! I don't want to smell that disgusting smell!"

"Hehe..." Galken sneered and promised again and again: "Don't worry, don't worry! I'll take Kewen to visit some pubs in the city."

Natalie snorted with great distrust, but didn't say anything more, and left alone after informing her.

Tager looked around, then scratched his head blankly, and then said: "I don't know where to go, so I'd better follow you."

Galken nodded absently, until he watched Natalie's figure disappear in another street, then he immediately looked away and whispered: "Let's go! Let's go to the port area!"

Kewen was at a loss, while Tager was stunned for a moment, and then said in surprise: "Didn't Nana say..."

"Shut up!"

Galken shouted lowly, and then asked with a wink, "Are you going?"

Tager swallowed, hesitated, and finally nodded heavily, and uttered one word in a naive voice: "Go!"

"Haha! Let's go!"

Galken laughed loudly, and immediately led the way without explaining to Kewen...

The terrain of the entire 'Stormwind City' is not flat, with three terrain areas scattered up and down.

The trade area at the city gate maintains the same level as the terrain of the forest outside the city, but deeper into the city, a low-lying terrain appears.

The innermost part is the mountain area, where the King's Castle and the Cathedral are located on the highest terrain. There are also some houses of minor nobles and officials on top, overlooking the entire "Stormwind City".

Galken led the way and gave a brief introduction to Kewen.

Ten minutes later, the three of them walked through alleys of various sizes and entered a low-lying civilian residential area.

It continued through the civilian area and finally arrived at the coastal port area in the west of the city.

Once he entered the port, Galken stopped introducing him, gently pulled Ke Wen, and accelerated his pace of leading the way.

After advancing more than a hundred meters, Galken quickly entered a sailors' hotel.

Ke Wen followed.

This hotel operates in the same way as the Pride of the Lion, with a bar on the first floor and guest rooms on the second floor.

The bar hall on the first floor is very noisy. Even though it is not yet noon, there are still a lot of diners coming to drink and have fun.

Most of the diners are dressed as sailors, their skin is tanned, and their bodies are filled with the fishy smell of the sea.

There were no empty tables in the hall, so Galken led the way to find a table against the wall. After taking Kewen to sit down, he briefly greeted the two sailors at the same table.

The two sailors didn't pay attention and continued their conversation after responding.

After taking his seat, Kewen looked around the entire hall and found that there were more waitresses here, unlike the 'Pride of the Lion' where there were only two waitresses.

As soon as I saw it, there were seven waitresses shuttled between the tables, smiling at the many diners.

Ke Wen withdrew his gaze and asked Galken, who was also looking around the hall: "The business here is so good, is there any good wine?"

"Hey Hey……"

Galken laughed before he spoke, his "lsp" look should not be too obvious.

Ke Wen was slightly stunned, and then he had a ridiculous guess in his mind.

Sure enough, Galken lowered his voice after laughing, and winked at Ke Wen and said: "Look at those waitresses, who you like, then do what I do, remember, ten silver coins at a time, don't give too much.

"

After saying that, Galken immediately raised his right hand impatiently and snapped his fingers in a "snap" motion.

His action attracted the attention of all the waitresses, and then Galken pointed at a waiter whose corset was about to burst.

There was a sweet laugh, and the waiter who was 'unbearable' walked over with his waist twisted.

Putting the tray directly on the table in front of Galken, the waitress reached out to hold Galken's arm, and then the two of them headed straight for the stairs.

Ke Wen stared at all this with some dumbfoundedness, but before he could recover, there was another snap of fingers next to him.

Turning his head, he found that this idiot Tager had also raised his arms.

Soon, a waitress with a relatively large frame came over with a coquettish smile, also took down the tray, and walked toward the stairs with Tager in her arm.

"Fuck..."

Ke Wen opened his mouth and couldn't help but scream in shock...

When he came back to his senses, he couldn't help but feel dumbfounded, shook his head, stood up, and walked directly to the bar.

He didn't dare to raise his hand to greet the waiter, so he went to the bar to order a drink himself.

Now that Galken and Tugger have gone to do "business", Coven no longer has to act out his character who loves "strong drinks".

This chapter is not finished yet, please click on the next page to continue reading the exciting content! Sitting on a bar chair, he asked the bar owner for three types of alcohol, the 'Rhapsody Ale' from the dwarven region, and the 'Brown' which is a specialty of Stormwind City.

Wine', and 'black wine' from the mage capital of Dalaran.

Taste one by one, and finally you can taste the "black wine".

The wine contains a small amount of magic elements. Although the alcohol content is very low, it has a refreshing taste like "popping candy" after entering the mouth.

So Kewen drank and listened to all kinds of gossip in the hall.

I don't know how long it took, but Galken's figure appeared on the other side of the stairs.

At this time, Galken's cheeks looked very rosy. After coming down the stairs, he reached out and pinched the waitress's lower back, causing a sweet smile.

Looking towards the dining table, Galken didn't see Ke Wen, and he couldn't help but smile.

Kewen saw it all.

With a twitch in the corner of his eye, he quickly stood up and left the bar, walking towards Garken.

"Kevin?"

Galken quickly spotted Kewen's figure. He looked up and down and said, "Don't you relax?"

"Not interested." Ke Wen rolled his eyes.

"Hehe, then you missed it."

Galken took Kewen back to the previous dining table and sat down, and then said in a joking tone: "This is the best place in the entire 'Stormwind City', with many flavors and the best technology."

Can Kewenxindao's technology be good? Which bus driver's technology is not good enough?

At this time, Tagle's figure also appeared on the other side of the stairs.

He helped the waiter down, and the waiter he was supporting could hardly walk. His legs were weak and he looked collapsed, and his face and neck were red.

The corners of Ke Wen's mouth twitched, and for a moment it was difficult to choose whether it was better to bend upward or downward.

Unexpectedly, Tagle, who usually looks innocent, actually has a wild side behind him.

Afterwards, the three of them drank and chatted in the tavern. After lunch, the three of them walked out of the hotel. Galken and Coven continued to browse around in Stormwind City.

At almost four o'clock in the afternoon, all members of the team met at the gate of Stormwind City.

After Natalie came over, her first question was to ask Tagle: "Did you go to that kind of shabby place?"

"Ah?" Tager's eyes were wandering. He glanced at Galken quickly and then quickly shook his head: "No, I didn't go!"

Natalie nodded and said with certainty: "Well, you smell fishy all over, and you did go."

After saying that, she looked at Ke Wen again and said with an unexpected expression: "I didn't expect that this 'wild mage' like you is really wild."

Ke Wen was stunned and hurriedly clarified: "Hey! I am not collaborating with them! Don't slander me!"

Natalie heard the anxiety in Ke Wen's tone, and then chuckled with satisfaction: "Really? That's not bad, at least it didn't turn our team's reputation into a completely obscene one."

After saying that, Natalie glanced at the laughing Garken and Tager, curled her lips and said nothing more.

Soon after, the carriage for the Pride of the Lion appeared at the gate of the city. The four of them, Ke Wen and others, got on the carriage and began to return to Goldsmith Town.

When it got dark, the four of them returned to the Pride of the Lion Hotel and went back to their rooms first.

Because everyone had changed their equipment, they also became wary accordingly.

The three of them asked the hotel owner to change rooms. Natalie changed the multi-person room into a small single room. Galken and Tager did the same, enduring their heartache and changed the multi-person room into a double room.

As for Kewen, he still lives in his high-end single room. Natalie and the other three did not say much to persuade Kewen to be frugal. It is probably because the time of cooperation is still short and the relationship between them is not that close yet.

The night passed peacefully.

Early the next morning, Ke Wen was woken up by Galken.

After going downstairs to have breakfast, the team left Goldshire and went directly into Elwynn Forest.

The operation to track down the 'Kobold Lair' begins...
