【433】Fever

After get off work in the evening, Xie Wanying met up with senior sister Liu Jingyun and went to the cardiothoracic surgery department to visit He Xiangyu.

When they went to the eighth floor, they found that He Xiangyu had been transferred from the cardiac ICU area to the general ward. After receiving the news, the two of them hurried to bed No. 22.

He Xiangyu, who was feeling much better, was half-lying on the hospital bed. When he saw the two of them coming, he said to his senior sister, "I'll take some fruit later. They brought it."

"Who sent it? Isn't it for you?" Liu Jingyun and Xie Wanying said, "Let Auntie take it home."

Aunt Zhang came to accompany her daughter today and sorted out her daughter's belongings for the hospital. The senior sisters who saw her daughter called out to her, raised their heads and smiled: "You stay with her, I will go downstairs to buy something for her."

"What does Auntie want to buy? Let's help Auntie run errands." Xie Wanying said.

"No, I want to go down to eat. Silly boy, you are a top student." Aunt Zhang patted her arm.

Xie Wanying was stunned: I made a mistake.

Seeing her expression, Aunt Zhang was happy: "In terms of professionalism, I am not as good as you. What you said yesterday made me and her father reflect. That's it. Her father and I made an appointment to meet down below and finish eating together.

Come back to see her after dinner and buy some things along the way."

Xie Wanying nodded.

"You stay with her. The doctor said she can't eat anything now and can only take some liquid through the stomach tube. You take the fruits on the table back. She was right. They are not just for her. Those are coming

Those of you who want to thank me, I know you are working, so I sent them all here first, and you have a share in it." Aunt Zhang explained to her daughter.

After sending Aunt Zhang out, Xie Wanying and Liu Jingyun sat beside the patient's bed.

"The family of the old lady who performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation sent it to us, as well as the store manager, and asked us to eat at his place for free in the future." He Xiangyu said, "He said he would give us a banner."

"Forget the banner." Liu Jingyun touched her face and felt ashamed. They didn't think about this at all when they were rescuing people.

Xie Wanying carefully observed Second Senior Sister's face: "Do you have a fever?"

"A little bit." He Xiangyu said.

Hearing the words of the second senior sister, Xie Wanying became worried, wondering if the office would ask Teacher Fu and Teacher Zhu to report the situation later. Fever is not a good thing for postoperative patients.

"Shouldn't we transfer you out of the ICU?" Liu Jingyun was relatively optimistic.

He Xiangyu thought so too. If her condition didn't improve, why would she be transferred to a general ward?

Neither of them took it lightly. Xie Wanying looked towards the door and saw a nurse passing by, so she went out to find the nurse to ask about the situation.

"Is it He Xiangyu in bed 22? I told Dr. Zhou."

"How high is the fever, sister?"

"She only started to have a slight fever in the afternoon. When measured at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, it was 37 degrees 2. She didn't feel that she had a fever. We checked her again. It was around 5:30, and she felt like her body temperature was high.

We measured her again and it was 38 degrees. So we immediately told Dr. Zhou, who was her doctor in charge," the nurse said.

It seemed that Senior Zhou always helped his colleagues on duty that night when he was hospitalized. When he returned to the department, the second senior sister in charge was in charge. Xie Wanying thought that if it was Senior Zhou, she would have told Teacher Fu, so she did not go to the doctor's office again.

When I returned to the ward, I happened to hear the second senior sister nagging the senior sister: "Senior Zhou is in charge of me."
