Chapter 2 Su Man

The sky was very low and the rain was continuous.

The endless mountains extend like a dragon's spine, and mist fills the vast land. There are no birds or beasts. The outside world seems to be cut off from life. Occasionally, those are monsters and alien species corroded by the monster rain.

The sky in Guixu is getting lower.

As the demonic rain continues, torrents are surging below the mountain. Every day that the water rises, for people, the sky becomes lower.

"The sky is like a circle, the earth is like a square, boundless, boundless..."

Su Man held an animal skin scroll in his hand and murmured to himself, imagining the scenes in the book in his mind.

Looking up at the sky again, I am full of doubts. Is the sky round? Is the earth square? It is boundless, but the sky and the earth look... so small.

There was a dull pain in his chest. Su Man lifted up his animal skin shirt. There was a sutured wound, but he couldn't remember what happened. He seemed to have forgotten something.

He stretched out his small palm and fisted, as if he shouldn't be so young, as if... he had lived for a long, long time, why did he look like a three-year-old child?

Why am I different from others? Why is there a hole in my head? Every day, when my ears are pierced, the sound of gears turning from my head is heard, and other tribesmen knock their heads open. Is this the same?

The rain outside is getting heavier.

With doubts in mind, Su Man walked out of the tribe and kept walking until he arrived under the eaves, which was the edge of the tent.

Because he was too confused, Su Man suppressed the fear in his heart and slowly extended his palm outward.

If he touches the rain, will he really turn into a monster?

"Aman? Why are you here again!"

Asu jumped up and down on his little feet, jumping all the way to Su Man's side, and picked up Su Man.

But she didn't notice that a drop of rainwater still fell on Su Man's finger, and Su Man calmly retracted his palm and tightly protected the drop of rainwater.

He opened his eyes wide, and his dark eyes were full of innocence, which made Asu feel soft.

"Asu, why are you here?" Su Man asked innocently, his long eyelashes fluttering.

Asu hugged Su Man and walked back, smiling:

"Of course I'm watching you, otherwise you'd be so naughty as to be exposed to the rain and turn into a monster, eating people everywhere, and you'd have to curse me to death."

Su Man wondered: "If you are so afraid, why not seal this place? Forbid the tribesmen from passing through, but leave a place where the rain can touch it?"

Asu smiled without saying a word, there was a smile in his eyes, and there was a faint demonic fire deep in his eyes.

Su Man was stunned for a moment. He had only seen eyes like this on Xu.

Sensing something was wrong, Asu quickly looked away. When he looked over again, it was the usual lively and active sister Asu with clean eyes.

"It's going to be a wild day in two days. The market will be busy with a lot of things, so you can't run around."

"Sister Asu, are you going too?" Su Man asked.

It seems that I have never seen Sister Asu in the day of Kaiman, but Sister Asu seems to be stronger than most people in the tribe!

Asu still smiled and shook her head, her braided hair swaying from side to side, exuding a nice fragrance. She smiled and said: "I won't go, I've already been driving, and I will help Xu take care of other things."

.”

After being familiar with the road, Asu took Su Man back to the tribe, collected his animal skin scroll, and walked towards the black leather tent in the center.

Opening the curtain, the little girl jumped to the inside of the tent. There was a black cabinet. The smile on the little girl's face was still full of smiles. In this bright smile, her face split in the middle, and she stretched out her hand to take off the curtain.

A whole body of skin was shed.

She pulled off her skin deeply, revealing the white bones, then opened the closet and chose a black robe to wear on her body. His bones creaked, and his figure grew taller, revealing the appearance of a skinny old man.

If not Xu, who else could it be?

The curtain was suddenly opened. Xu turned his head slightly to look at it, then closed the cabinet as if nothing had happened. There were still pieces of "clothes" hanging inside.

Looking back, Xu's face was filled with a smile. Seeing Su Man walking over, he smiled and said, "Ah Man is here. Let me tell you today, have you seen anything strange or strange?"

Su Man shook his head, grinned, and said sweetly: "Hui Xu Gong, A Man didn't see anything strange today."

Xu smiled and unscrewed his head as usual. Su Man's eyes turned into slits from laughter. When Xu took out two bowls of water from around his neck, Su Man giggled.

"Xu, are you trying to deceive your eyes? Who would put two big bowls in their necks?"

Xu put his head on the table. The head on the table smiled and said, "Aman is still smart."

Su Man was stunned, a little frightened, and his Adam's apple rolled. He had never seen someone who could still speak after removing his own head.

"Are you scared?" Xu looked at Su Man meaningfully.

Xiao Suman shook his head and said affirmatively: "Xu is a great barbarian. He can do anything. Ahman is not afraid."

"That's good. It's going to be a wild day soon. You're not allowed to run around these days. Just stay in your tent and be obedient."

Su Man drank the water and nodded obediently. Xu was very good to him, very, very good. Others in the tribe were also very good to him, but they were not as good as Xu.

After drinking the water, Su Man talked to Xu again and got the news that Xu had not had much time in the past two days. This was the news that Su Man was waiting for.

After leaving the tent, Asu was already waiting outside. Su Man walked over with a smile and took Asu's hand.

By the way, Asu is also very kind to himself.

Su Man felt beautiful in her heart, and Asu also smiled happily. She held Su Man's hand with her backhand, squatted down, and said to him: "Aman is so good. When you grow up... why don't you marry Asu as your wife? Asu

I want to be with Ah Man all the time."

Asu's eyes were very sincere.

Su Man was stunned, his face instantly turned red, and his mind went blank. He only had the bond of clan members towards Sister Asu, and had never had any other feelings before, and he was still so young.

"Sister Asu, stop joking." After hesitating, Su Man shyly let go of Asu's hand.

Seeing Su Man's embarrassment, Asu laughed out loud: "Keke, I have to do a lot of things to help Xu in these two days. You can go back by yourself. I have to go in first."

After saying that, Asu let go of Su Man's hand, opened the curtain again and walked in. Through Asu's figure, he could see Xu inside, sitting upright on the ground covered with animal skins.

After the curtain was lowered, Su Man withdrew his gaze, returned to his thatched cottage, closed the ventilation curtain, and lit the oil lamp. Only then did he secretly open his palms and look at the rumored demonic rain in the light.

Open your palms, and a drop of water lies quietly in your palms. It has not dried up for so long.

Su Man picked up the drop of rain in confusion, his mind buzzing, this rain? Can he pick it up directly?

Is this still water?

After studying for a long time, Su Man didn't find any difference. The only thing he found was that he did not become a monster, nor did he explode and die due to exposure to rain.

This was good news. He should have told Xu immediately, but this time Su Man concealed it a little unusually. He felt...it would be better not to tell it. It seemed that if he told it, something bad would happen.

After thinking hard to no avail, Su Man chose to take a nap first. When he fell asleep, he was still clutching the raindrop tightly. As he fell asleep, the raindrop began to melt and seep into Su Man's body.

When Su Man woke up and found no raindrops, he was frightened. He went out and asked many tribesmen, and then he felt relieved after confirming that no one had entered his thatched cottage.

Two days passed quickly, and Sister Asu came twice during this period to take her out to play. I had never seen her before, so she must have been busy with the Barbarian Ceremony.

The opening ceremony has begun.
