Chapter 8 The general is here to order!

"Uncle Third, why are you here!" Si Ji hurriedly came out and pulled them aside, but they were still inevitably watched.

This man's name is Sitian, he is the third uncle of the Four Seasons, and everyone calls him the Fourth Gambling Ghost.

His bad reputation in the town is second only to Wang Goudan. Wang Goudan is a bastard who bullies people, fights, causes trouble and steals things, but does not engage in pornography, gambling or drugs.

He has been inspired to be the biggest bad guy in the world since he was a child. He has been practicing in order to achieve his goal, but in fact he was beaten often.

The fourth gambler is different. He considers himself a good person, but he has a little hobby and likes to play a few games. He loses the house and the land, and also abducts his eldest brother's coffin money and loses it.

When Siji's father was still alive, in order to get money for gambling, he held a knife and threatened to give up the money. If he didn't give it, he would die in front of his house.

This method was used several times, and later the second and fourth children moved away just to avoid him.

Now that the boss's surprise is gone, he is now eyeing his daughter, Four Seasons.

The gambler looked around at Shiji and saw that she was wearing simple clothes, just like a busboy in a restaurant, and couldn't help but feel a little disappointed.

He thought that Siji was attracted by the big boss and wanted to ask for some gift money on behalf of his family, but he didn't expect that he was working as a waiter in a shop!

His face suddenly changed and he said angrily:

"I have Wang Goudan come to my house to guard me every day. I can't even eat or sleep in peace. How can I dare to be your third uncle!"

Siji didn't want to affect Xia Jin's grand opening day, so he urged, "Uncle Third, let's go over there and talk, okay?"

"Just say it here, is there anything you can't say?" Gambling Ghost Si pointed at Xia Jin and the plaque of the Food God Hall.

"This store is a shady store. They kidnapped my niece to work as a waiter. Not only that, they also instigated Wang Goudan to bully others! Please comment!"

"Someone fainted yesterday after eating the kebabs from this restaurant. I saw it with my own eyes!" Third Auntzi added.

"What happened over there?" Lin Ziyi looked towards the restaurant not far away.

He came to eat at the Food Hall that Mu Gu mentioned today. He ate kebabs yesterday and thought his anorexia was cured. But he didn't expect that when he ate other things this morning, he still had no appetite.

So Mu Gu proposed to come to this restaurant to have dinner. As soon as he arrived, he saw that the place was crowded with people.

"It seems like someone is quarreling, let's go over and take a look!"

Lin Ziyi looked in that direction and saw only a plain white figure standing at the front of the crowd.

"Shut up!" shouted, and the whole place fell silent.

Xia Jin walked over, took Si Ji's arm and protected her behind her.

"Siji works here and supports herself by herself. She has done nothing wrong. What qualifications do you have to say that to her?"

"I'm his third uncle!" Gambler Four said arrogantly.

"Since you are his third uncle, where were you when Siji sold himself to bury his father? I think you came to Siji today to extort money!"

After being told that he was right, the gambler Si opened his eyes with a guilty conscience.

When the third aunt saw this, she pushed away the gambler Si and rushed over. She pointed at Xia Jin and cursed: "You are a black spot. You say you are helping Si Si, but you are actually kidnapping Si Si. Otherwise, how can you explain yesterday's incident of eating dead people?"

!”

Xia Jin's brows twitched, guessing that the third aunt was peeping here yesterday, and she saw Daniel having an epilepsy, so she took it out of context today to cause trouble.

There are too many uninformed people in the crowd, and rumors are spread among rumors. If they are not confirmed, they will become true!

"A guest here suffered from epilepsy yesterday, and it was the owner of this shop who saved him!" Someone stood up and explained.

Xia Jin turned around and saw that the person who stood up to speak was a tall man who looked like he was in his early twenties. He was wearing a clean beige narrow-sleeved shirt, a blue underskirt, an off-white apron, and a piece on his forehead.

Dark blue cloth towel.

He has thick eyebrows, big eyes, a high nose bridge, and shallow dimples on his face when he smiles, making him look approachable.

"I was there yesterday. It was indeed them who saved Daniel." Someone also stood up.

"Yes, yes, the technique is amazing. Just press it like this and the person will wake up!"

Everyone began to testify one after another.

"Now, what else do you want to say!" Xia Jin looked at Third Aunt and the others.

Seeing people around her starting to point and point, the third aunt backed away with a guilty conscience, and pulled the gambler fourth to squeeze out of the crowd and run out!

Before leaving, he said harsh words: "Don't get too proud too early!"

The hotel continued to open for business, and the guests entered one after another. Only the man who was the first to stand up for Xia Jin just now remained standing.

Xia Jin walked over, hugged the man and said, "Thank you so much for your help, young hero!"

"I can't help you much, I'm just telling you a fact."

He smiled and scratched his head.

"Actually, I just wanted to come over and ask if we are hiring a chef here?"

"Of course, it's so necessary!"

Xia Jin looked at the man's arms carefully. The muscles were obvious, the arms were thick, and he was wearing an apron.

"Could it be that you are the cook!"

"I worked as a cook in Desheng Building in Beijing, and I'm pretty good at knife skills. I've looked for several restaurants around here, and after searching, I still want to work here as a cook. I wonder if my employer is willing to take him in?" He looked at Xia Jin.

, with an expectant look in his eyes.

Xia Jin is so needed! Now there is only Xia Jin in the restaurant, and in April, Zhang Ma is too busy at all!

"Of course, you can go in first, and I will tell you about the treatment later!"

The two of them walked in together.

Downstairs in the teahouse opposite, Lin Ziyi looked at the woman's back, his eyes flickering slightly, showing surprise and suspicion, with a hint of anger.

"General?" Mu Gu looked at Lin Ziyi uneasily, thinking that he was going to get angry.

"Come in and sit down." Lin Ziyi said calmly and walked towards the restaurant.

Xia Jin distributed the menus to each table. As soon as he finished distributing the menus, he saw people taking the seats by the window, so he walked over there and put the menus on the table.

"What do the guests want to eat?" Xia Jin asked.

“Everything is served!”

Xia Jin thought the voice sounded familiar, so she turned around and saw that he was holding a menu just in front of his face, while Mu Gu buried his head in his arms for fear of being recognized.

He didn't know what he was feeling guilty about. He was obviously here to eat, but he acted like a thief.

"Our restaurant refuses to waste. You have to finish all the dishes you order! Can you two finish all the dishes?" Xia Jin asked.

"Here are three of your specialties." Lin Ziyi's voice was still light.

"Guest, please wait!"

Xia Jin turned around and walked towards the kitchen. Seeing her leaving, Mu Gu picked up another menu and looked at Lin Ziyi who was also holding a menu.

"Master, we are here to eat, how can we be like thieves?"

Lin Ziyi frowned, thinking about it, and put down the menu.

It doesn't matter if he doesn't put it down, as soon as he puts it down, a bright light will shoot towards him.

Zhang Ma dropped what she was holding and ran over quickly.

"Will……"

"Shh!" Lin Ziyi stopped her.

Zhang Ma covered her mouth, then lowered her voice and asked: "The general is here to see Miss Xia, right?"
