11, dissatisfied

Many ninjas came to the Hyuga clan, and I heard they were sent by the Hokage to investigate the murder of Hyuga Hitoshi.

The more eye-catching one among them is a blond man whose clothes are printed with the family crest of the Yamazaka clan.

This is not something that really needs to be investigated. The Hyuga clan seems to have hidden the theft of the Byakugan, so they will never be able to find out about him.

It really has nothing to do with him.

Ayari hurried to Zhen's house again, with a worried look on her face.

"Really, I heard that your operation was postponed..."

It looked like she was worried that her mind would be wandering.

"Well, the clan has mentioned some issues, and we have to wait for Lord Rizu to come back before making a decision."

Zhen's reaction to this was very calm. He was reading again. This was his only daily entertainment. He had read some of the books at home, but he had read the set of human acupoint diagrams over and over again several times.

Ayari felt that her reaction was really not right, so she hesitated and said: "Are you... okay?"

Zhen said: "What can happen to me? I will be cured soon."

Ayari felt that even if Zhen didn't have an extreme reaction, he should still feel disappointed, but why was he lying on the sofa with a leisurely look on his face at the moment.

She walked to sit across from Zhen, looked at the book in Zhen's hand, and said thoughtfully: "You seem to have been reading this book recently."

"I'll review it when I have nothing to do." Zhen said, suddenly sitting up from the sofa and looking straight at Ayari.

"What are you doing?" Ayari tensed up under his gaze.

"Sister Ayari, give me your hand." Zhen said. He had read the book so many times, but he had never been able to practice it.

Ayari hesitated for a moment, then slowly stretched out her arm.

Without any scruples, he held it directly in his hand and rolled up his sleeves, revealing his snow-white and delicate skin.

Ayari felt a little uncomfortable and asked, "What do you want to do?"

A hand was really caressing Ayari's arm, as if he was looking for something. The way he looked made Ayari feel like he was about to give himself a needle.

"This is Taiyuan, right?" Zhen said, pointing to a position on Ayari's wrist.

Ayari suddenly fell silent, and then responded: "Yes."

"If you hit this place, you will no longer be able to form seals and use ninjutsu." Zhen continued.

Ayari sighed, then grabbed Zhen's fingers with her other hand and moved them slightly on her wrist.

"The chakra meridians of the human body are very thin and must be extremely precise. Without Byakugan, it is impossible to see clearly."

She felt that she understood a little bit what she was really thinking. This child was a little crazy. He actually wanted to continue using Rou Fist without relying on his Byakugan.

"Makoto." Ayari suddenly held Mamoru's palm with her backhand, looking unbearable.

"You don't have to be like this. The war will be over soon. Just wait until Lord Hizu comes back. During this time, you can just stay at home and pretend that you are not a ninja."

I was really stunned for a moment. Looking at the emotion in Ayari's eyes, I realized that she had misunderstood.

"I said I'm fine, I just want to study something." He explained.

"Really?" Ayari had a look of disbelief. At this moment, she was convinced that she couldn't bear the blow and was having a psychological problem.

He was really helpless, so he simply didn't explain anymore. He lay on the sofa and looked up at the ceiling of his home.

"Sister Ayari, why don't you find some books for me?" he said suddenly.

"Book?" Ayari was slightly startled.

"I won't have random thoughts when I read a book."

"What book do you want?" Ayari asked doubtfully.

"It's all about the human body, chakra and the like."

Ayari thought about it and said, "I can help you find it."

"Thank you Ayari-san."

Seeing that Zhen was reading the book again, Ayari was still a little worried. She thought about it for a long time and said, "Let me introduce you to a girl."

I was really confused: "What did you say?"

Ayari looked serious there: "She is also from our clan. You have met her. Although I think you are not worthy of her, you can still get to know her."

Ayari felt that at this age, he should be full of curiosity and fantasy about the opposite sex, and maybe doing this could divert his attention.

"That's it, I'll bring her here another day."

Sarutobi had just finished another combat meeting with several senior officials in the village. When he returned to the office, he found Orochimaru sitting in his seat, flipping through the files on the desktop.

That was the Hokage's position, and no one had ever dared to sit in it during the Sandaime's tenure.

Seeing this scene, Sarutobi didn't say anything. He walked over slowly and asked, "Why are you here?"

Orochimaru picked up a letter and said, "They are all letters urging for supplies. Are the supplies from the daimyo delayed again?"

Sarutobi did not answer his question, but laughed lightly: "You are actually interested in such a thing."

Orochimaru said: "Of course you should be concerned about your own village's affairs."

These words made Sarutobi's eyes flash. He pondered for a while and said, "Are you willing to go to the battlefield over in the Kingdom of Water?"

But Orochimaru asked: "Can we win this war if we defeat the Mist Ninja?"

Sarutobi frowned and said nothing, of course he couldn't. Right now, Konoha's biggest concern is the Earth Kingdom in the north, which is the biggest enemy at the moment.

It seems that the Kirigakure Village has no plans to start a full-scale war with Konoha, but only small-scale harassment continues. They probably want to take advantage of Konoha's weakness to find opportunities to take advantage of it.

Orochimaru sat casually on the Hokage's chair, resting his hand on his cheek on the armrest of the chair, and looked at Sarutobi with a languid smile.

But Sarutobi avoided his gaze.

Only Orochimaru in the village dared to treat him, the Third Hokage, with such an attitude. If Jiraiya had been so rude, he would have kicked him and scolded him away.

And Jiraiya wouldn't do that either.

"Minato is getting more and more powerful. Listening to his deeds in the village, I feel that the war will be won soon under his leadership."

Sarutobi was silent for a while, then said: "What exactly do you want to do?"

Orochimaru picked up a letter on the table and said, "Of course I want to share the worries of the village. How about leaving the material issues at Daming Mansion to me?"

Sarutobi said: "The Daming Prefecture has never defaulted on supplies, and they understand the importance. The delay of a few days is just to express their dissatisfaction with us."

Orochimaru did not argue with him, but asked: "You don't want me to go?"

Sarutobi choked and fell silent again.

After a long time, Sarutobi frowned and said, "Don't mess around."

Orochimaru sneered: "I just went to ask for some supplies. What are you afraid I will do? At most, you can just show our loyalty to Konoha to the daimyo."

After saying that, he got up from his seat and left there.

"I'll leave tomorrow. Teacher Sarutobi, please arrange the accompanying team."

Orochimaru walked past Sarutobi and walked straight out of the office door without stopping.

Hearing the sound of the door closing behind him, Sarutobi let out a long sigh.

He looked at the spot where Orochimaru had been sitting just now, his eyes a little complicated.

Orochimaru, are you expressing your dissatisfaction to me? Why are you still unwilling to give up...
