330 The defeated Jinsui Army

…

North direction of Ping'an County.

Wujiacun.

A battalion of the Jinsui Army, with more than 300 people, is engaged in a "hard fight".

This is a hard-fought battle in quotation marks, and it really starts from the very beginning.

This Jinsui military camp behaved so differently.

Perhaps because they are not elites, these Jinsui troops can run quite fast when there are benefits.

They rushed into a town under the jurisdiction of Ping'an County and started looting. Not only that, these guys didn't care whether the items they robbed belonged to the Japanese, puppet troops, or ordinary people.

Compared with the Jinsui Army, the style of other national armies, even most of the Central Army, is not much better.

Once you rush into the city, you are almost no different from a bandit.

This also caused the banks in the areas occupied by the Japanese to close down and temporarily go out of business during this period of robbery.

Immediately afterwards, the people near the city gate also closed their doors tightly and did not dare to go out. They were afraid that bandits and troops from all sides would break into the city and rob them everywhere regardless of their identity.

In sharp contrast to the bandits, the Shanxi-Sui Army, the Central Army and the local national army, it was the Eighth Route Army.

Even after Li Yunlong broke into the enemy-occupied area, the general of the Eighth Route Army who was unwilling to let go of a button also confessed again and again before the battle:

You can rob anyone. If anyone dares to rob ordinary people, I will be the first to kill him.

Therefore, when the entire Eighth Route Army troops participated in this robbery spree, whenever they rushed into the Japanese-occupied areas, they would only attack the Japanese puppet troops and some traitors who colluded with the Japanese army. They would not offend the common people.

Even some Eighth Route Army cadres, after learning about the sufferings of the people in villages and towns, robbed the Japanese granaries and distributed food to some poor people.

This matter was basically done by the three Iron Triangle groups during the robbery.

Therefore, simple people, every time a robbery force breaks into a Japanese-occupied area, they will immediately identify themselves based on their military uniforms.

As long as you are not the Eighth Route Army, you can quickly go home and lock the wooden door upside down.

Don't open the door if anyone knocks. If you have the ability, you can even blow up the house.

Although the Jinsui Army, the Central Army, and the National Army may rob people of materials and money, they will not kill people.

This is also the wisdom of simple people to survive in troubled times.

If they see the Eighth Route Army troops coming, the people will open their doors and even take the initiative to welcome them. They will also immediately point out who are traitors and who are the lackeys of the Japanese in the county.

……

Push forward one hour.

This Jinsui military camp began to loot supplies in a town in Ping'an County.

At this time, the counterattack of the Japanese and puppet troops in Ping'an County suddenly began.

The battle broke out suddenly, and the Jinsui military camp was caught off guard and was stunned.

A large number of Japanese and puppet troops were deployed in the town in advance.

Just hide in the houses in the town and hide in the homes of the people.

Speaking of the common people who hate these devils and traitors, when they learned that Jinsui Army troops might enter the town to rob.

What is very reflective and sad is that the people actually changed from the norm and took the initiative to open the door to welcome us.

"Taijun, boss, come in, I will cover for you!"

It's okay. Even if these people in front of them are traitors and invaders, at least in this town, they will not rob people's materials and property wantonly.

But once the Jinsui Army's looting troops rush into the town, they will not regard the people in the occupied area as compatriots, regardless of who they are.

From this perspective, during the robbery boom, the bandits, the Shanxi-Sui Army, and many bad units of the national army actually contributed to the reputation of the Japanese.

Even when Yoshio Shinozuka of Taiyuan City Enemy Command and Chief of General Staff Kitagawa Ayumi discussed this matter, both of them were feeling emotional.

I believe that from a certain perspective, this wave of robbery may be the lubricant that promotes the mutual love between the Chinese people and the Imperial Japanese troops in the occupied areas!

For this reason, Yoshio Shinozuka even issued orders to the security forces in major counties in northwestern Shanxi:

With proper propaganda and implementation, the Empire of Japan will protect the property and personal safety of the people within its jurisdiction.

So during the period when the big robbery wave started.

In the areas occupied by the Japanese army, many meditative and sad events did occur - when bandits, Shanxi-Sui Army, and national army troops broke into the areas occupied by the Japanese, some people stayed behind closed doors, and some were robbed.

Sometimes they begged hard, and some even took the initiative to go to the Japanese Gendarmerie, and received a notification from the puppet garrison, asking the Japanese and puppet troops to lead troops to drive away these robbing troops.

……

Of course, the small favors of the Japanese are not enough to impress the smart and simple people. The lubricant that the people love is only given to people's soldiers like the Eighth Route Army.

……

After the Japanese and puppet army's counterattack began, the Shanxi-Sui army, which was robbing supplies, immediately suffered a bitter blow.

In accordance with the officer's order, the soldiers of the Jinsui Army knocked on the door and ordered the people inside to open the door, claiming that they were here to collect supplies for the frontline resistance against Japan.

Then the people opened the door, and the Japanese and puppet troops rushed out of the house. The Jinsui Army, which had been talking loudly about how to use this batch of materials to resist the Japanese and fight against the Japanese, was trembling and rushed out without even holding their guns steady.

Knock out the Japanese.

There is more than one such situation, and there are even dozens of such situations.

There was a sudden burst of local gunfire, and the battalion commander of the Jinsui Army realized that the situation was not good.

The soldiers hurriedly came to report the situation, "Barracks, we have fallen into a trap. The Japanese and puppet soldiers are hiding in people's homes. Many of our brothers were killed by the Japanese and puppet soldiers as soon as we entered. We have lost a lot of manpower."

This is really a mockery. The Jinsui Army troops who entered the city to rob were actually beaten to death by the Japanese and puppet troops who took the initiative to hide in their homes.

How dare the battalion commander of the Jinsui Army dare to fight, or in other words, he is simply not prepared for battle.

He turned to look at the city gate where the Japanese and puppet troops had not yet had time to set up defenses, and shouted quickly: "Withdraw, immediately notify all teams to retreat, and rush out first."

After giving the order, the Jinsui Army battalion commander didn't care about anything else. He first called his guards and retreated towards the city gate.

This is an old tradition among the miscellaneous teams in the Jinsui Army.

When danger arises, of course it is the officers who leave first. How can the lives of the leading soldiers be as important as those of the officers?

In this way, the Jinsui Army Camp, which had more than 400 people rushing into the city, was so busy that they stumbled out in the direction of the city gate like headless flies.

Some of the supplies I grabbed were lost on the floor.

Also dumped were dozens of corpses of Jinsui Army soldiers.

By the time the Jinsui military camp completely rushed out of the city gate, the entire team had collapsed.

The puppet battalion commander was so anxious that he roared and said: "Brothers, if you separate and run away, everyone will die. If you want to survive, run towards Wujiacun. If we use Wujiacun to defend on the spot, we may still have a way to survive!"

As soon as these words came out, they did have an effect. As soon as they heard that they could survive, they were originally prepared to flee like birds and beasts.

Amid the chaos, they fled in a relatively consistent direction towards Wujiacun.

In fact, there is only one small group of Japs in the town, plus more than 50 Japs from the Gendarmerie No. 1, for a total of only 120 or 30 people.

In addition, there are more than 50 puppet army guards wearing black military uniforms.

There are only about 180 Japanese and puppet troops in total.

But it frightened the Jinsui Army of more than 400 people and fled in panic.

The one who ran away was in great embarrassment, and the one who pursued him had a smile on his face.

"Reporting to the commander, the Jinsui Army has completely fled and is fleeing towards Wujiacun."

"Reporting to the commander, the two heavy machine guns placed by the Jinsui Army outside the city were not able to be moved in time and were successfully captured by our pursuit troops."

The Japanese squad leader was immediately elated, and immediately ordered: "Xinxi, continue the pursuit, separate into two teams, bring a few more light machine guns, go around in a roundabout way, arrive at Wujiacun in advance, block the direction to the end of the village, I will

This Jin-Sui army was completely besieged in Wujia Village."

"Hi!"

After the two Japanese squadrons quickly detoured in the direction of Wujia Village, the Japanese squad leader led the remaining Japanese and puppet troops to continue to pursue the fleeing Jinsui Army.

In the end, the Japanese and puppet troops pursued all the way and drove the Jinsui Army camp completely into Wujiacun. They killed many Jinsui Army soldiers along the way and seized a lot of guns and ammunition...
