Chapter 163 French Travel and Vacation

Traveling is a pleasant thing. Changing the environment can change people's moods and give them the opportunity to relax. Going on vacation in France is undoubtedly a new experience for Albert.

This trip was planned by Herb and Daisy together. British people like to travel, and the couple are very experienced in this area. When they were preparing to take their family on a trip, they chose the destination in a tacit understanding.

France.

why?

Albert speaks French!

Yes, that's why Herb and Daisy chose to travel to France.

When traveling abroad, language barrier is actually a troublesome thing.

Now, they don't need to worry about this problem at all, and they don't need to follow the annoying travel agency. They can go wherever they want. As for the translation problem, isn't there Albert?

The couple made a name for themselves by training Albert's French skills.

The plane had just landed at the airport, and this little translator really stunned the customs staff.

Herb and Daisy like to see the stunned and shocked expressions of these French people, which will greatly satisfy their vanity.

A few days before arriving in France, the Anderson family visited several famous French attractions, such as the Champs Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Seine River... and did not forget to take a lot of photos as souvenirs.

Of course, this may be related to Albert's suggestion to select a few good-looking photos to help create moving magic photos.

The rest of the time was spent on a vacation at the Basque beach. Blowing the sea breeze, sunbathing, and looking at the beauties in swimsuits were really enjoyable.

However, Albert's favorite activities are surfing and swimming. In his previous life, he was a landlubber and rarely had the opportunity to go to the swimming pool. It was rare for him to use a panel to learn how to swim. How could Albert give up the fun of swimming at the beach so easily?

In the hot summer, it is quite comfortable to play in the water at the beach.

Albert often surfs with French people. As his French skills and experience increase, he becomes more and more proficient in using French, and he has no problem in ordinary reading, writing and communication.

Of course, I had to borrow the surfboard from someone else.

Albert's popularity here is quite high. To romantic French people, this friendly British boy who speaks French and surfs is full of mystery.

"Albert, Albert, put on the sunscreen for me." Nia threw down the half-pile of sand castles and ran towards Albert, holding a towel and sunscreen in her hand.

"Why don't you ask your mother to apply sunscreen for you?" Albert took a sip of juice and took the towel to wipe away the water stains on his body.

"They are chatting with others." Nia pursed her lips in a certain direction, gesturing to Albert to see for himself.

Under the umbrella, Herb and Daisy were chatting with a young couple who were traveling to France together. They didn't know what they were talking about, but they were talking very enthusiastically.

"Oh, it's really unreliable." Albert muttered.

"Yes, yes!" Nia nodded in agreement.

"Come here, lie down on the beach chair, and I will help you apply sunscreen." Albert took the sunscreen, let Nia lie on the beach chair, and began to help Nia carefully apply sunscreen.

In this hot summer, if you don't wear sunscreen when you are in the sun, your skin will be sunburned.

"Albert, is there a magic academy in France?" Nia narrowed her eyes comfortably and asked curiously.

"Yes, there are three magic schools in Europe, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the UK, Beauxbatons School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in France, and the last one is in Scandinavia, called Durmstrang College."

Bert said softly while helping Nia apply sunscreen.

"How did you know?" Nia asked again.

"There are relevant records in the Hogwarts library. The relationship between the three schools has always been good." Albert replied.

"Then tell me, why didn't we encounter anything related to magic when we came to France?" Nia asked again.

"Because there is no intersection between the lives of ordinary people and wizards, they naturally have no contact. Apply it." Albert suddenly said, "I'll get the juice for you."

"Magic Academy?" When the young couple heard this, they both looked towards Albert with a strange expression.

"He likes to read," Daisy explained.

"I am planning to write a book for myself." Albert smiled and nodded towards the young couple and said, "Writing a story related to magic."

The young couple looked at Albert in surprise. They did not expect that this child, who was less than twelve years old, was already planning to write a book.

"We support him in this aspect." Herb coughed, "Just like we support him in learning French."

Speaking of this, Herb began to brag about Albert to others again, and even planned to ask Albert to speak a few words in French for everyone to listen to.

When Albert heard this, he couldn't help but wanted to cover his face with his hands, and walked away quickly.

"Why don't you continue to bask in the sun?" Albert looked at Nia who stood up and asked doubtfully.

"This time I'll help you apply sunscreen," Nia said.

"No, I can just do it myself." When Albert was about to apply sunscreen on himself, a voice suddenly sounded in his ears.

"Little handsome boy, do you want me to apply sunscreen for you?"

A young beauty in a swimsuit passed by holding a surfboard and greeted Albert with a smile.

"No, thank you." Albert politely refused, "Let's surf together when we have time."

"Oh, I'm so shy." The French girls laughed and left.

"Look, Albert speaks French very well!" Herb said to his young husband.

The young couple who were still hesitant at first were finally convinced.

"Who are they?" Nia looked at the leaving figures of several French girls warily.

“Friends I met through surfing.”

"So, what kind of person do you like?" Nia looked down at her flat body and muttered, "I will still grow up..."

"Okay, don't bother, just lie down and bask in the sun."

"I want to help you apply sunscreen." Nia checked.

"Okay, okay." Albert reluctantly agreed. In fact, Nia's skills were really bad. In the end, Daisy helped Albert repaint it.

During dinner, Albert stared at the French fish soup served by the waiter on the plate and asked, "Where's dad?"

"Going to book tickets for the opera house," Daisy said.

"Opera house? Where's the opera house?" Albert felt that he couldn't appreciate such a high-end thing.

"Opéra Bastille."

"The tickets there are not cheap, are they?" Albert frowned.

As the second largest opera house in France, tickets there are not cheap either.

"Herb said that he actually came to France, so he shouldn't miss this." Daisy comforted, "Besides, our budget is still sufficient, and this vacation is cheaper than imagined."

"When did it happen?" Albert asked again.

"Before going back, I happened to take a flight home after watching the opera house." Daisy said with a smile, "Does Nia like opera?"

"I don't know, I haven't seen it." Nia shook her head and said, "Does it look good?"

"I really can't appreciate this kind of art, how about going to the cinema to watch a movie instead?" Albert suggested.

"I'm afraid not." It was Herb who answered him.

"Have you bought the ticket?" Albert asked in disbelief.

"The tickets have been booked and cannot be refunded. Besides, when you are in France, how can you miss the opera?" Herb said.

"Okay, as long as you're happy." Paz couldn't help but rolled his eyes and didn't intend to continue to struggle with this aspect.
