Chapter 347 Magic Candy

An hour later, Albert, Fred and George finished their shopping and returned to the Leaky Cauldron. Mrs. Weasley, Ron and Percy were not back yet. However, their books had been delivered and were being piled up.

On the floor beside Herb and Mr. Weasley's table.

After seeing Albert come back, Herb couldn't help but breathed a sigh of relief and asked, "Have you bought everything?"

"If you have all the books, buy them all." Albert picked out a marked package from his pile and said, "This is a gift for everyone."

"Mrs. Weasley has bought all the books you want for you." Herb pointed to the package next to him and said, "Then I will go back first. You have to pay attention to your own safety."

"Don't worry, we are safe there." Mr. Weasley smiled and helped move the things.

Fred and George had always wanted to invite Albert to their home for a few days, saying that Albert had been a great help to them. This time they finally succeeded.

"Mr. Anderson is different from any Muggle I have ever seen." Mr. Weasley said with emotion as he looked in the direction where the car disappeared.

Every time he discussed certain electrical appliances in the Muggle world with other people, the other people would look at him like he was crazy.

It was rare for a Muggle like Herb to patiently explain to him the uses of those electrical appliances, and the tone of the other person's words made him feel very comfortable.

It is not difficult to see that Herb cared about his son very much and asked many things about the magical world.

It is important to communicate and understand each other.

"Well, he has a strong ability to accept certain things." Albert knew that Herb actually didn't have much patience, so he said casually, "After all, his son is a wizard."

After returning to the Leaky Cauldron, Mr. Weasley ordered a cup of butterbeer for each of the three of them, preparing to continue chatting with Albert about Muggle electrical appliances.

However, the topic was soon diverted by Albert to discuss the invasion of Gringotts.

"Everyone suspects that a very powerful dark wizard did it." Mr. Weasley said what he knew. "This is not good news. The goblins in Gringotts almost went crazy. They still can't find it."

Clues to the intruder."

"The Daily Prophet said that the items were not lost. It seemed that they had been taken away in advance." Albert suddenly said, "It must be a very valuable item."

"I don't know." Mr. Weasley didn't want to talk about this topic.

"Those goblins are actually very stupid." Albert suddenly lowered his voice and said.

Mr. Weasley opened his mouth, but heard Albert continue, "If you can't find the culprit, you can actually ask the owner of the items. Maybe they know who invaded Gringotts."

"Why?"

Mr. Weasley was also stunned, but Fred was the first to ask everyone's doubts.

"The goblins didn't reveal what was in the vault, so not many people must know what that item is." Albert whispered, "And the thief actually targeted it directly, which means that the other party knew what was in the vault, otherwise

Why didn't he steal anything else of value instead of just looking at the contents of the vault?"

"Well, that makes sense. The thief must not know everything." George agreed.

"So, the wizard who put the things in Gringotts must not have known anything about it? He obviously knew or had a premonition of something, otherwise he would not have taken the things away in advance." Albert continued to analyze, "

There are not so many coincidences in the world."

Mr. Weasley also had to admit that what Albert said made sense.

However, the topic could not be continued. Mrs. Weasley came back with Ron carrying a bunch of packages, followed by Percy carrying an owl.

They asked Tom, the owner of the Leaky Cauldron, to borrow the fireplace and used Floo powder to return to the Burrow.

Albert was the first to get out of the fireplace. As soon as he moved his position, there were rapid footsteps upstairs.

"Mom, have you bought it for me..."

A red-haired girl appeared at the top of the stairs, looking at the stranger at home. She was stunned for a moment and looked at Albert warily.

However, she was soon relieved because Fred and George got out of the fireplace one after another.

"Our sister Ginny." Fred introduced each other, "This is Albert. I told you, he will stay at our house these days."

"Hello Ginny." Albert greeted Ginny with a smile. She was a cute red-haired girl.

"Hello!" Ginny looked at Albert and quickly ran to Mrs. Weasley who had just come out of the fireplace.

"The wizard's home is incredible." Albert looked at the pot he was cleaning and said with a smile, "This is very magical... By the way, where is Charlie?"

"Charlie went to Romania to study dragons." George said helplessly, "We just sent him to King's Cross Station to take the train a few days ago."

"train?"

"There are trains to other countries from King's Cross Station," George explained.

"I thought wizards used portkeys or Floo powder to travel."

"Most of the time, only stowaway wizards use portkeys." Mr. Weasley finally got out of the fireplace, "You will stay in Charlie tonight."

"Of course Albert will stay in our room, and George will sleep in Charlie's room." Fred said immediately.

"Why didn't you go sleep in Charlie's room?" George complained.

"Come, let me show you our bedroom." Fred ignored George's complaints and took his package and said to Albert, "Last time, we have done some research on the thing you mentioned.

It worked."

"That thing?" Albert was stunned for a moment before he remembered what that thing Fred was talking about.

As he walked through the narrow corridor and stepped onto the rickety stairs, George said regretfully, "Unfortunately, it's only a half-finished product now."

Fred and George's room was very messy, with a lot of things piled up in it.

"Originally, we planned to enchant toffee, but later found that this method did not work. We could only work on potions, but it was not easy." Fred sat on the camp bed and put the taffy on the table.

Fei Tang tossed it to Albert and said, "This is a semi-finished product we made."

"It seems that you need a laboratory. You can try to use the traceless stretching spell. Also, no one will eat this stuff. The smell of the medicine is too strong." Albert peeled off the shell and smelled the candy.

, frowned slightly, there was a smell of expanding agent in the toffee.

"Dad would not agree." George was very depressed. "It was because of this that he scolded us last time."

"Why?"

"The Ministry of Magic does not allow wizards to use that kind of spell at will." Fred explained.

"As long as the Ministry of Magic doesn't know about it." Albert picked up the book and started flipping through it. "Are you going to try to improve the swelling potion?"

"Well, we tried the swelling agent, and it was really deadly. Last time Fred tried to die, his tongue couldn't taste it for several days." George continued with an expression that he couldn't bear to look back on the past, "So, we tried again

I tried expanding agent, but the toffee tasted very strong.”

"The thing you have is the latest improvement. We are going to try it with the goblins downstairs." Fred said in a low voice, "Of course, we can't let mom know. Maybe you can help us perfect it."

The twins looked at Albert expectantly.

"Test the effect of the candy first?" Albert blinked and said, "Where is the goblin you are talking about?"
