Chapter 662

The TV in the hall is playing the favorite comedy show of the Anderson family. Herb and Daisy are sitting on the sofa and looking through the photo album. The photo shows a family of five cats, and the cat in the photo is lying on Nia.

He had his hair combed on his knees and had no sense of being a father at all.

There were footsteps on the stairs. Albert came down from the stairs and walked behind Daisy. He stretched his head and looked at the litter of cats in the photo album. There were three of them, and they looked very much like Tom when he was a child.

"Your Grandpa Luke took the baby back to raise him." Herb took the note handed over by his son, glanced at the number on it, stuffed it into his wallet and continued: "Are you really not going to the south with us for vacation?"

"I have to go to France. My teacher, uh, Mr. Nico Flamel wants me to go to France." Albert explained casually.

"Nicholas Flamel?" Daisy turned off her voice, thinking she heard wrongly.

"This is the one you are thinking of. He gave up the Philosopher's Stone last year. There may not be much time left. I have to hurry up and learn some skills from him." Albert sat down next to Herb and scanned the phone.

Eyes without sound TV program said.

"Why did he give up the Philosopher's Stone?" Nia simply couldn't understand what Nico Flamel was thinking.

Isn’t it good to be alive?

"Maybe he just lived too long and wanted to rest." Albert didn't quite understand. After all, he didn't live for hundreds of years like Nico.

"Then will he leave the Philosopher's Stone to you?" Daisy hesitated for a moment, but couldn't help but ask.

If Albert becomes Nico Flamel's disciple, he has a good chance of inheriting his legacy.

"No, the Magic Stone has been destroyed!" Albert shook his head.

The expressions on the faces of the three people were frozen. It was not difficult for Albert to see what they were thinking, so he explained: "There was a very evil wizard who was eyeing the magic stone, so Mr. Flamel destroyed the magic stone."

.”

"Evil wizard." Daisy frowned and asked, "Is the magic world dangerous?"

"If someone has great power, they will be unable to bear loneliness and do things that are not meant for humans, just like that country in the ocean next door. Wizards with extraordinary abilities are no exception. Those guys are more arrogant than you think.

.”

"But... isn't there a Ministry of Magic?" Herb said doubtfully.

"You should know better than me. Most of them are bullies. Although the Ministry of Magic is also cracking down on some evil wizards, once you encounter a particularly powerful one. Well, how should I put it, they are just like my mother this morning.

The two eggs that were accidentally broken."

"Ahem!"

Herb couldn't help but cough slightly. He was not satisfied with Albert's description, but he understood what it meant.

"There is no doubt that the facts have proven that this is the case. Especially during the last wizarding war, the Ministry of Magic performed particularly poorly. It can even be said that it did nothing."

"Wizard war?" Nia was very interested in this topic. "There are only so many people in the magic world. How could a war happen?"

"The wizard's war is different from what you think." Albert organized his speech a little, "He is just a lunatic who marries incest. You also know that some wizards like to marry incest for the so-called pure blood issue. In the past thousand years,

A lunatic like the German head of state appears, a genius with a terrifying bad temper, arrogance, conceitedness, and unreasonableness. Then, he leads a group of crazy bastards who are also inbred and goes around killing people, so that no one dares to speak out.

Because of his name, the Ministry of Magic gave him a ridiculous name: You-Know-Who."

"Oh, my God!" Daisy couldn't help but muttered: "I just said wizards are a bunch of abnormal guys."

"What happened next?" Herb asked.

"Later, a prophecy came out in the magical world, saying that there would be a savior who would defeat the Dark Lord, and then the mysterious man started looking for the baby in the prophecy and wanted to kill him."

"He is indeed a lunatic."

"It turns out that the madman did die in the hands of the newborn baby."

"Are you sure you're not telling a joke?" Nia moved Tom off her numb knees.

"It's not a joke at all. There are various signs that we are just passing through a brief period of peace between two wars. The prophecy implies that war will definitely break out again in the near future." After Albert finished speaking, his tone paused: "

So, in a few years we will have to leave the UK and go somewhere else to avoid the limelight."

The hall suddenly fell into a strange silence. Everyone stared at Albert, as if they wanted to hear from his mouth: I was just joking.

"Leave England, where are we going after leaving England?" Herb frowned, not interested in immigration.

"Eastern, I remember that Britain has a colony, although that colony will be returned soon." Albert said without thinking.

"Although our family has a little money, leaving..."

"That number should allow us to win the jackpot." Albert said without thinking.

"Grand prize?"

"It's the grand prize of the lottery."

"You're not kidding."

"I believe in prophecies. This is also the result that I and several old friends who are good at prophecies came to. Probably after I graduate from Hogwarts, Britain will no longer be safe."

"Will you leave with us?" Nia suddenly asked.

"I need to stay in England temporarily." Albert didn't lie.

The hall fell into an eerie silence again.

"What are you doing here?" Daisy broke the silence first, her tone full of dissatisfaction.

It's like saying that you dare to stay even though you know there is danger.

"It's a rare opportunity for me to get some benefits." Albert said as he picked up Tom at his feet.

"If you really win the lottery, I will believe you." Herb interrupted Daisy who was still about to say something, gave him a reassuring look, and continued, "When are you planning to get married?"

"Marry?" Nia's eyes widened and she looked at Albert in disbelief.

"Not sure yet," Albert said.

"If it's really unsafe here, then take Isobel to the East and take his family with you, and you can get married there,"

In Herb's view, after getting married and having a family, a man will become mature and steady, and will put the safety of his family first.

Albert would not take the risk.

As for whether the lottery numbers could win the jackpot, Herb had no doubt at all.

He never intended to persuade a young man, who was so stubborn at this age that he couldn't pull back ten cows, not to mention that Albert was still a man of his own opinions.

"I think Albert is getting married too early." Nia disagreed with Albert getting married too early.

"If you don't have money, it is indeed a heavy burden. However, Albert is not short of money." Daisy agreed with Herb's plan and asked her son to get married as soon as possible, and then go to the east with them to take refuge away from the dangers of England.

.

In fact, Daisy doesn't like the magical world very much, but she also knows that there are many benefits to letting her son master this extraordinary power.

Some things don't exist unless you deny them.

If that mysterious man likes to kill people everywhere as Albert said, then ordinary people like them who don't know are likely to be killed innocently.

Daisy has decided that when she wins the big prize, she will write a letter to Mrs. MacDougal to settle the matter first.
