Chapter 1,217 Without Ma Cang soil, it is difficult for a master to imitate Yuan Qinghua

On this day, Chen Wenzhe explained all the things that did not require his intervention.

It just so happened that porcelain making had come to an end, so he was ready to pack up and return to China.

But when he finished everything and explained everything, he found that the most troublesome thing was the porcelain he made.

In recent months, Chen Wenzhe has made too many antique porcelains.

It would be a bit troublesome to transport everything back to China.

After all, porcelain is not easy to transport, and each of his works is a fine product and requires careful care.

Not to mention anything else, it’s just a package, so you need to be careful.

Especially for some of the fine products, you need to be more careful during transportation.

Although Chen Wenzhe can make it, even if it breaks, he can make a new one. However, the better the porcelain, the more troublesome it is to make it. Chen Wenzhe does not want to get stuck in repetitive work.

"Take the good ones back and deal with the normal ones on the spot!"

Chen Wenzhe selected some works that he was very satisfied with, and the remaining ones also needed to be handled carefully, because they were all considered to be well done.

If these porcelains fall into the hands of some people with evil intentions, they will definitely cause a big disturbance.

For example, Wu Er, Wu San and others, if they get it, they can easily make it old and use it to deceive others.

"What's going on recently? Chicken bowl cups are silent. There's no change at all on the market. Why aren't there any changes in other porcelain products?"

Recently, Chen Wenzhe pays a lot of attention to international news, especially things in the cultural circle.

When he was searching for information about the custom-made porcelain beauty pillow, he thought someone would crack down on counterfeiting of his work!

He really wanted to see what the quality of the works that had been leaked was like.

He wanted to know if those porcelains would be identified after they became old.

Unfortunately, there has been no feedback from the market until now.

Now Wu San and others have come several times and taken away a lot of porcelain. These batches of porcelain must have flowed into the market, so why hasn't there been any small splash?

At this time, the contract signed with Wu San and the others is almost completed!

Why is there still no movement at all in the external market?

"Wu San and the others are really that powerful in their old tricks?"

Chen Wenzhe was very confident in his antique-making skills, but he was not sure about the antique-making skills of Wu San and others!

But at this time, Chen Wenzhe also admired this group of people. They might be really powerful.

Now that I think about it, this is normal.

If they don't have this kind of self-confidence, can they take out a fine brush washer from Ru kiln and exchange it for a batch of modern high-imitation porcelain?

"Today is the last batch of porcelain. After that, the three-legged Ru kiln washer truly belongs to me!"

Chen Wenzhe raised his head and glanced at the piece of Ru kiln porcelain on the shelf in the studio, and laughed.

No matter how much Wu San and others made, he did not lose money anyway.

No matter how good his imitations are, they are still modern handicrafts.

But this Ru kiln celadon three-legged washer is truly a Northern Song Dynasty Ru kiln vessel.

Among the five famous kilns of the Northern Song Dynasty, no matter which kiln has a work, who dares to say that he must have an authentic piece in his hand?

Today he will deal with another batch of porcelain that he doesn't like, and the rest will be packed up and taken back home.

After going to work, seeing that the workers were all busy and there was no movement from Wu San, Chen Wenzhe walked into the studio out of habit.

When Wu San and others come over, just come to him directly in the studio. He won't waste time anyway.

Anyway, he won't leave anytime soon. Besides, the firewood kiln in the factory is idle, so why not continue to make national treasure porcelain as planned?

After thinking about it, Chen Wenzhe didn't make something more complicated. He just wanted to challenge Yuan Qinghua again this time.

To make Yuan blue and white flowers, Ma Cang soil was not used yet, but modern substitutes were used. In other words, he wanted to study Ma Cang soil.

First of all, you must know that Macang clay also comes from Jingzhen. Although it is no longer available, similar kaolin clay still exists.

Of course, similarities are not the same. If used directly, it is definitely impossible to produce some characteristics of Yuan blue and white.

For example, Chen Wenzhe has seen a modern imitation plum vase. Its shape and picture information are in line with the Yuan people's aesthetics.

Moreover, there is no glaze on the bottom, which is also in line with the characteristics of blue and white in the Yuan Dynasty.

The external features are all right, but it really doesn't work if you really want to look at the tires.

The blue and white porcelain of the Yuan Dynasty used Ma Cang soil, because the mineral content in Ma Cang soil is relatively dense.

For example, the soil is relatively loose, so the bottom of the porcelain fired from Macang clay will not be as dense as kaolin clay.

During the firing process, because the bottom process does not use protective glaze, the minerals in the Macang soil evaporate from the inside to the outside at high temperatures.

Therefore, the flint red color that oozes out also evaporates from the inside out.

But for this piece of blue and white porcelain, the flint red at the bottom does not seep from the inside out. The exposed part is white and not slightly red.

In addition, the glaze of Yuan blue and white is blue and white glaze.

The enamel part is made of minerals, so during the firing process, oxygen is released inside.

Although the blue and white porcelain also has this feeling, it does not have a sense of age.

Of course, there are many flaws in this imitation. For example, the bubbles are very dense and uniform, and the color is also very uniform. At first glance, it seems that it was fired using modern firing technology.

So, there is no doubt that it is a modern replica that has been produced for 30 years.

From these points, we can actually see that the most important thing in imitating Yuanqinghua is the tire.

If the tire is not well made, no matter how good the external craftsmanship is, people can recognize it at a glance.

This point is almost incomprehensible to modern people who do not have Macang soil.

Because in the early Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, the clay in Macang Mountain was exhausted and had been mined.

Later, in the Kaoling Mountains near Macang Mountain in Jingzhen, kaolin clay was found that could replace clay similar to Macang Mountain for porcelain making, so it was later replaced by kaolin clay.

Porcelain made from kaolin clay does not have the natural phenomena displayed by Yuan blue and white.

The imitation Yuan blue and white must be made of kaolin. After firing, the fetal bones are white, unlike the bluish color of Macang clay.

Moreover, when you touch the bottom circle of your feet, it does not have the slippery feeling of hemp soil, it is more astringent, and the sound of tapping the bottom is also loud.

Therefore, it is difficult for masters to imitate Yuan Qinghua without Ma Cang soil.

But for Chen Wenzhe, it can be a little experiment.

In fact, Macang soil is also kaolin, but you cannot say that kaolin clay is definitely Macang soil.

This means that Macang clay is also a type of kaolin clay.

However, compared with kaolin, the contents of various elements contained in it are different.

This means that not all kaolin clay is Macang soil.

However, in the final analysis, Macang clay is still kaolin clay, a type of kaolin clay produced near Jingzhen.
