Chapter 1,445 Three-Legged Golden Toad

Turtle Ling ascended the throne and was named Kaiming Qi Emperor.

"Lu Bao was born, also known as Kaiming... The king of Shu occupied the land of Bashu. He originally ruled Guangdu, and later moved to rule Sichuan."

"Huayang Guozhi Shu Zhi" records that Emperor Zhuanxu once granted his subordinates to Shu, and they were called Hou Bo for generations.

During the Li Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties, he also participated in King Wu's defeat of Zhou.

From Cancong to around the fifth year of King Zhou Shen, the Kaiming family perished.

As the king of Shu, the Kaiming family has been passed down for 12 generations.

The "Hua Yang Guo Zhi" said that "he was a Hou Bo" during the Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties. In fact, it is the "Three generations of Cancong - Baiguan - Yufu" recorded in "The Chronicles of the King of Shu" as "each of several hundred years old".

According to Mr. Wu Jiabi, it can be called ancient Shu.

The two later "Du Yu-Kaiming" dynasties can be called ancient Shu.

In ancient times, Shu lasted from the two-week handover to the ninth year of the Yuan Dynasty after Queen Huiwen of Qin, that is, in 316 BC, when it was destroyed by Qin general Sima Cuo.

The ancient Shu people left many place names related to fish or yufu in Sichuan.

Such as Yufujin in Leshan County, Yufujin in Pengshan County, Yufujin in Nanxi County, Yufuguan in Yongning County, Yufucheng in Wenjiang and Guan County, Yufucheng in Fengjie County, etc.

These are the old sites of the "Old Fish Country" recorded in literature.

"Yufu" not only refers to the osprey that fishes, but also refers to the fishermen that fish.

Fish or yufu are most likely the totems of the Yufu people in ancient Sichuan, and these place names are the relics of the totem memory of the Yufu people.

Yufu is also known as fish wife, fish charm, fish fu, fish belly, fish complex, etc.

"The Classic of Mountains and Seas: The Western Classic of Great Wilderness" records that "there is a country of mutual people, with a human face and a fish body. There is a fish with a dry body, and it is called a fish woman." This coincides with this.

Baiguan, the king of Shu, may be the immortal feathered people "Bostork" recorded in "The Classic of Mountains and Seas".

The Chinese character "stork" in gold inscriptions is a bird with a flower crown, and it looks like a watcher.

"This bird is so powerful that even Yi would not dare to shoot it."

In other words, the stork is the totem of the Baiguan people.

Having a totem is really normal.

In those ancient times, royal power was combined with divine power.

Cancong, Baiyi and Yufu all cultivated into gods in the end.

"The people also followed the king's transformation", which shows that this is an ancient country where theocracy is dominant, which is the so-called divine country.

An important feature of the Kingdom of God is that the erection of weapons is a custom rather than being used as weapons.

Therefore, this is similar to a sacrificial vessel.

Since then, it has become a matter of course for weapons to be engraved with totems.

Such a system is based on Shinto teachings, which takes God as the supreme master, serves God, worships God, and cultivates to become a God as its purpose.

Although its political power is so strong that it can "last as long as heaven and earth", this theocratic state has difficulty resisting the invasion of external forces because it has no army or the army is not the leading force.

Therefore, the reason why ancient Shu succumbed to the Shang Dynasty after Wu Ding and later was related to its weak armed forces and difficulty in resisting the strong invasion of the Shang Dynasty.

The ancient Shu Kingdom was a "deified" country. "Three generations, each hundreds of years old, were deified and immortal, and their people also followed the king's deification."

The largest "deification" was when King Yufu "became an immortal in Tian Yushan Mountain", and all the Shu people followed the "deification" of King Yufu.

After that, there was a long blank period, which led to a rupture in the history of the ancient Shu Kingdom.

It was not until Du Yu established himself as the king of Shu that the phenomenon of "the people often come back after being transformed" came into being.

This blank period lasted from the early Western Zhou Dynasty to the Spring and Autumn Period.

Before the King of Shu was "deified", he buried all the sacrificial vessels in the ancestral temple, which may be the reason for the formation of the famous "Sanxingdui Sacrifice Pit".

Of course, Chen Wenzhe's ability to obtain two pieces of Shu Ge must be related to this custom.

Then he opened another wooden box and found that there was indeed a stone inside.

After looking carefully, there are some oracle bone inscriptions on it, but the most important thing is the painting on it, which is also a totem, just like the totem on Shu Ge.

Therefore, it is obvious that these three things come from the same place.

Sure enough, after a little questioning, Li Jinli proved Chen Wenzhe's conjecture.

It is interesting that these three items were excavated near Sanxingdui.

Although Chen Wenzhe knew that the ancient Shu Kingdom must be connected with Sanxingdui, he really didn't know that the connection was so close.

After a little inspection, Chen Wenzhe discovered that the stone should be much older than Shu Ge.

And it seems that maybe it is from the same era as the things in the Sanxingdui ruins.

"There's nothing else to see. They're all brought back by the boss. Why don't you, boss, take a rest first?"

When Chen Wenzhe put down the stone, Li Jinli immediately said thoughtfully.

"I'm really tired. I'll leave the things I brought back to you this time."

Chen Wenzhe was not polite and handed over the task directly.

The reason why he didn't go home was that he didn't trust the museum and didn't know how the construction was going.

Now that he has seen several exhibition halls, Chen Wenzhe feels relieved.

"How about taking a rest in the office here? If you go home, you won't be able to rest!" Zhang Yijie said with a smile.

Chen Wenzhe was stunned for a moment, then smiled bitterly.

Over the past year or so, he has received a lot of complaints, mainly from my mother.

He goes out for more than a year at a time and floats at sea for a long time. How could his parents not be worried?

[To be honest, I have been using Yeguoyuedu to read and catch up on books recently. I can switch sources and read aloud with many sounds. Yeguoyuedu is available for Android and Apple.]

If it weren't for Chen Wenzhe's repeated assurances and his eldest nephew was still young, his parents might have asked his brother to go to sea to look for him.

"Okay, I'll take a nap here and then go home for dinner when I wake up."

Chen Wenzhe looked at his mobile phone. On it, he had sent messages to his family according to the time of arrival in Hong Kong.

But his disembarkation time was earlier, and he didn't have to watch it in person, which naturally saved half a day.

Once he has an idea, Chen Wenzhe will naturally not be polite.

Under the leadership of Secretary Li Jinli, he went to his office.

The office decoration is very luxurious, but it is not dazzling, at least it is not splendid.

However, that kind of low-key luxury is vividly displayed.

For example, the floors are all made of golden teak, which is the best wood from Myanmar.

As for the ornaments on display, most of them are made of jade, and some other porcelains also have provenances, such as some high-imitation Ru kiln porcelain.

Flower goblets, flower arrangements, and vases are all ordinary. What is unusual are two porcelain tripods and four incense sticks.

These are all works by Chen Wenzhe. Li Jinli placed them in his office, which definitely seems to be flattering.

"Huh? This golden toad looks like an old thing?"

It was like entering the bedroom in the office cubicle to rest, but when he walked past the large mahogany desk, he saw a huge three-legged golden toad beside the desk.

"It looks like an imitation, with the style of the Northern Song Dynasty. But if you look closely, it's not an imitation. It looks like the real thing!"

When Chen Wenzhe looks at a good thing, he can't move his legs. This can be regarded as an occupational disease.

You don’t need to look closely at this thing, just take a quick look, it has the charm of a good thing, there is no way, it is a golden item!
