Chapter 1675: Noble and gorgeous, Gods workmanship is self-defeating

For example, the colored glaze from the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period must be ancient colored glaze, also known as colored glaze.

This kind of colored glaze is fired at a high temperature of more than 1,400 degrees. It undergoes more than ten manual processes and is finely polished. The entire process is purely handmade.

After the crystal glazed mother stone is melted on a stove with a temperature of over 1000c, it will naturally condense into a noble, gorgeous, and self-defeating glazed glass.

Its colors are flowing and beautiful, its quality is crystal clear and dazzling.

The earliest written records of colored glaze production can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty.

Li Kang of the Tang Dynasty recorded this in Duyi Zhi.

During the Kaiyuan Dynasty, there was a merchant from Chang'an, Husband Wang and Ergou, who tried to sell silk to and from Zijun and made a small profit.

One day, the orphanage was robbed and all the property was lost.

The two dogs sighed and said: God will not help me, so they hung themselves on the beam and tried to commit suicide.

I saw an old man in the dark, wearing brocade clothes and jade belt, a court crown on his head, a red robe, a white face and a long beard, gentle and elegant.

His left hand is "Ruyi" and his right hand is "Yuanbao". This is why Emperor Gaozu bestowed the title of Silk Star Lord Li Xianggong.

Xing Jun said: "You are so rich and powerful, how can you commit suicide? Don't you hear that colored glaze comes out of Zizhou?"

He also gave up a gold ingot and left.

The two dogs then sold colored glaze and became the richest man in An'an.

I was also grateful for the gift from Xingjun, so I changed my name to Yuanbao.

By the Yuan Dynasty, Boshan Glazed Production had reached a certain scale.

Its early products mainly included beads and hairpins, as well as hairpins, buttons, etc.

The color of hairpins is mainly blue, and there are other colors such as crystal, black, white and citrine.

During the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, in addition to the inner palace supervisor setting up an "outer factory" here to produce "green curtains" and other tribute items for the palace, folk colored glaze production also developed day by day.

During the Jingtai period, there were four large furnaces in Xiye Street, Boshan, which produced water-coated goods and enamel materials.

Before and after Jiajing, the production of bead lamps, bead screens, chess pieces, tent hooks, pillow tops and other products increased.

By the Wanli period, Boshan colored glaze production had become a relatively large industry.

In the early Qing Dynasty, Boshan glazed products had developed into dozens of varieties.

Its sales reach Shendu in the north, Guangdong and Guangxi in the south, North Korea in the east, and the Hetao area in the west.

During the Yongzheng and Qianlong reigns of the Qing Dynasty, snuff bottles, pipe holders, etc. gradually became bulk products in the production of colored glaze.

Glazed products filled with green jade and imitating jade also began to flourish, and the types of glazed color materials increased greatly.

By the Daoguang period, the Boshan glaze industry entered a period of prosperity.

During the Xianfeng period, material stores specializing in selling colored glaze began to appear, which gradually transformed the sales of Boshan colored glaze from market trade and long-distance trafficking to fixed-point sales throughout the country with Boshan as the center.

During the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, almost every household in Boshan Xiye Street and its Yixi area was engaged in colored glaze, making it a veritable "hometown of colored glaze".

In addition to the original products, we also started to produce silk screens, bottles, cups and other products.

At this time, strips, the semi-finished raw materials for making colored glaze products, were also shipped in bundles to other places.

During the Guangxu period, Boshan produced interior painting products. By the end of the Guangxu period, silk screen chandeliers, silk screen surrounds, cigarette holders, groceries, beads, bracelets and other products were exported annually to the south of the country about 7,000 tons.

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the production of color-registered and engraving products began in 1957.

In 1958, the interior painting artist Xue Jingwan completed two reforms, changing the bamboo brush for interior painting to brush and baking flowers for interior painting.

The successful experiment of changing the bamboo brush for inner painting to brush brush laid the foundation for the improvement of Boshan's inner painting artistic level and the formation of unique style;

The emergence of baked-flower inner-painted pots has expanded the use of inner-painted pots as containers for liquid substances such as perfume, increasing export volume.

Since the 1980s, Boshan glass products industry has entered a new period of development.

The art of interior painting developed in the direction of medium and high-end products, and he successively created "Yangluoxing Palace Picture", "Immortals Celebrating Birthdays", "Along the River During the Qingming Festival", "Hundred Sons Picture", "Eight Great Medical Scientists", etc.

At the same time, a large number of interior paintings with the theme of "hundred" also appeared, such as "Hundred Sons", "Hundred Beauties", "Hundred Horses", "Hundred Tigers", etc.

By the 1980s, the product range had increased from more than 300 types of flower bulbs and interior paintings before the founding of the People's Republic of China to 16 categories and more than 3,000 varieties of designs and colors.

The exquisite inner paintings of snuff bottles were dubbed "Qilu School" by the International Snuff Bottle Association and caused a sensation in Europe and America;

The crystal clear glazed flower balls are magical and unpredictable, and are known as "the flowers that bloom undefeated";

Various bead curtains, flower arrangements, smoking products, etc. are very popular among people.

There is another legend that Liuli was discovered by Fan Li when he was supervising the construction of the "King's Sword", so he gave it to the King of Yue.

The King of Yue was grateful for his skill in forging the sword and gave him the original sword.

And gave him the name "Li".

Later, Fan Li asked a carver to carve it into a beautiful work of art and give it to Xi Shi as a token of love.

Later, the Yue Kingdom was defeated, and Xishi was forced to go to the Wu Kingdom to make peace with his wife.

Before leaving, Xi Shi returned "Li" to Fan Li and shed tears on it at the same time, so the people began to name it "Liu Li" and "Liu Li".

Ancient colored glaze is made by adding "glazed stone" and "glazed mother".

There are still many modern bottles, such as water colored glaze. The common imitation colored glaze today is made of unsaturated resin materials.

Its characteristics are that it is light in weight, does not have the sound of glass or stone when struck, and is easily discolored and turbid over time, and has no collection value, but the price is extremely low.

There is also curved glass, which evolved from Western glass art and originated from the ancient Egyptian "Fayance" craft.

The analysis results of "Research on Ancient Chinese Glaze" show that the proportion of silica in "Fyance" is 92%-99%, which is obviously different from the glaze of my country's Zhou Dynasty.

However, because the two shapes are similar, some people call it Western colored glaze.

The ancient colored glaze is also called lost-wax colored glaze, or colored glaze.

This is made by ancient bronze lost-wax casting technology and processed purely by hand. It has been refined and polished through more than ten manual manufacturing processes.

In a furnace with a temperature of over 1000C, the mother stone of crystal glass is melted, and the natural flow condenses into a noble, gorgeous and self-defeating glass.

In ancient my country, colored glaze was known as the first of the five famous utensils.

The five famous utensils are gold and silver, jade, colored glaze, ceramics, and bronze.

At the same time, colored glaze is also one of the Seven Treasures of Buddhism. This ancient colored glaze was basically lost in the Ming Dynasty.

After that, it was only recorded in legends and supernatural novels.

For example, the Sha Monk in "Journey to the West" was demoted to heaven because he broke a glass lamp.

Glaze, the magnificence of history, has traveled through three thousand years of time and space, retaining its indelible color with its restrained richness.

The flow of color that is like singing and weeping seems to still be telling the sadness of Xi Shi's tearful farewell to Fan Li.

Crystal tears dripped on the token "Li" on the chest. This was a steadfast thing when the sword was made, and I was also moved by it.

In ancient times, colored glaze has always been a valuable treasure.

"Ming Dynasty" records: The ornament awarded by the emperor to the number one scholar is medicinal jade, which is worn by those of the fourth rank and below.

Medicinal jade is colored glaze fired using ancient methods. Although it was not a common thing in ancient times, many people had access to it.

For example, Song Dynasty's "Shu PuĀ·Liu Li": "Liu Li is a natural thing. Its color and luster are brighter than jade, but its color is unusual."
