Chapter 660: Talented Employees

Chen Qinghu has been learning Yingying Baoguang's unique skills longer than Chen Xingchen. It seems that he has mastered some of the skills and has achieved some results.

If the teapots he produces now are of this level, they can now be sold as level five handicrafts.

Let’s take a look first. If the work coming out of the kiln tomorrow can reach the level of this one, Chen Wenzhe won’t mind. Now he will evaluate Chen Qinghu’s work as a fifth-level craftsmanship.

Looking at the other teapot, that one is a small red clay teapot, the red color is very natural, the shape is like a bead, it is also a beauty teapot.

I think this must be the work of another senior brother? Chen Wenzhe looked at another production line. If he remembered correctly, that senior brother's name was Zhao Dayong?

My family is from a rural area, and I don’t have much talent, just hard work.

This seems to be Chen Xingchen's original words. Looking at the small red clay pot, its style and shape really have no distinctive features.

This is a beauty pot. If compared with Chen Xingchen's works, it is far behind.

However, the fact that it can now be placed next to Chen Qinghu's work shows that this purple clay teapot has its own characteristics.

They all came from the Grand Academy of Fine Arts, so they still have this aesthetic quality.

So when Chen Wenzhe took a look at it, he knew that the advantage of this teapot was its color.

The shape of the vessel is quite satisfactory, and the production process has only reached Level 4. However, the red clay pot looks very beautiful and conspicuous!

With this feature, its visual effect has suddenly grown by one level, and it can also reach level five aesthetic effect, which is amazing.

With interest, Chen Wenzhe walked to another production line and carefully observed Zhao Dayong's craftsmanship.

There is really nothing extraordinary about his craftsmanship, that is, it has reached the level of ordinary people, but he seems to be more sensitive to colors.

I don’t know how he mixed the purple clay. Each teapot he made has a different color, and that color gives these purple clay teapots some temperament.

This is very powerful, just like the one he is making now. It is said to be purple, but the color is a bit dark, and it is said to be black, but it looks a bit purple. Anyway, it feels very comfortable to look at it.

This is his ability. I didn’t expect that he could recruit so many talented employees here.

Turning back to Chen Xingchen, the beauty pot he made is not just a light pot. Now, both the color and the shape of the pot have also changed.

Not to mention the color, this must have been stimulated by Zhao Dayong.

As for the shape of the pot, it seems as if the important parts of these beauty pots have been tattooed.

For example, there are many small flowers carved on the spout, body and lid.

Doing this actually adds a carving technique, which is not difficult for students from the Academy of Fine Arts.

But in this way, his works have really been taken to a higher level.

At the very least, there are two more plum blossoms on the round beauty pot, which makes it look very playful.

Needless to say, Chen Xingchen's skills improved quickly.

These guys should be learning from each other.

As long as you are not complacent and can see your own shortcomings and learn from each other's strengths, it is impossible not to improve your skills.

As technology advances, more ideas become available.

Therefore, Chen Xingchen asked Chen Wenzhe to come over and teach some new pot-making techniques. He can't just make beauty pots in the future, right?

There are many types of teapots made by Chen Wenzhe, including square teapots, flower and fruit teapots, ribbed rhombus teapots, ceramic teapots, etc.

Do whatever you want. As long as you can think of it, Chen Wenzhe will make one for Chen Xingchen as a standard for them to use to learn.

These pots have been refurbished and made for several years without being the same.

There are many types of pots, and the famous Chen Wenzhe in history knew at least sixty kinds. Although he had never made many of them, he knew them all and could make them.

Not to mention other things, let’s just talk about the originator of the purple clay teapot. He created a large number of teapots, which are worth making.

The origin of the purple clay teapot is very early. Since the Zhengde reign of Emperor Wuzong of the Ming Dynasty, purple clay teapots began to be made on a large scale, and famous craftsmen emerged in large numbers. Over the past 500 years, fine products have been handed down.

It is said that the founder of the purple clay teapot was Gong Chun of the Ming Dynasty in China. A batch of teapots he made were called Gong (Gong) Chun teapots!

In the history of Chinese purple clay culture, Gongchun is a pioneering figure.

His surname is Gong and his given name is Gongchun.

During the Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty, Gongchun worked as a book boy and came to Jinshan Temple to study with Wu Yishan, a Jinshi scholar.

In my spare time, I saw an old monk in the temple making a teapot with the unique local purple clay, drinking tea and meditating. This has become a custom in the Buddhist community.

Perhaps out of curiosity, he took the hand mud that settled at the bottom of the vat after the old monk washed his hands, and based on the galls of the large ginkgo tree in the temple, he made a spring offering pot with "threads hidden and pressable".

The Gongchun pot has a simple and refined shape, is elegant and natural, and is pure, thin and solid in quality.

It is said that the pot of spring is better than gold and jade. This is not simple.

Zhou Shu's "Hundred Odes of Taiyang": "The most important thing is the small spring pot. If one is used for decades, it is worth a gold wat."

In other words, Gong Chun's pot was already priceless at that time.

But now, there is no need to mention it.

There are very few spring pots handed down from generation to generation. In 1928, someone collected a spring pot in Suzhou City. The handle of the pot was marked with the word "Gongchun" and the cover was missing. Later, someone made one and it is now in the Shendu City.

History Museum.

The clay pots made by Gongchun come in different styles. It is said that he made "tree gall", "dragon egg", "yinfang" and other styles of pots, among which the "tree gall pot" is the most valuable.

At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, there were many imitations, and the spring tree gall pot was simply called the spring pot.

Since Chen Xingchen had a need, Chen Wenzhe made a spring pot that looked like tree knots.

This time, he felt particularly comfortable doing it.

Chen Wenzhe is a little strange. He spends the most time making teapots. Why didn't he feel this way before?

Touching the clay in his hands, he could feel that this batch of clay had an unusual texture and feel.

For example, in terms of delicacy, it should be a little more delicate, but it feels more textured.

I made a gall pot again and carefully experienced the feeling of shaping it.

With the help of this kind of mud, Chen Wenzhe felt that he could make the surface of the pot smoother without much effort.

In this way, the probability of that layer of radiant light appearing will be even higher.

Chen Wenzhe raised his head and glanced at Chen Xingchen. The teapots made by this boy have improved so quickly, perhaps because of the purple clay.

Therefore, Chen Wenzhe only paid a little attention and saw that every time he finished shaping the body of the pot, he would dip a little of the mud he used just now for the final step.

Sure enough, the layer of gleaming light on Chen Xingchen's works is really related to this kind of purple clay.

Thinking of Chen Xingchen's ability, Chen Wenzhe knew that this boy must have bought a good piece of clay.
