Chapter 652 Huo Qubing fights Wei Tuo

When Yun Chu and others returned to the camp, Naha had already woken up and was talking to Monk Daozheng.

Although Yunchu didn't know what Naha said to Daozheng, Yunchu knew from the way Naha was serious and listened seriously that Naha didn't understand a word of it.

Fortunately, she knew how to conceal her ignorance, caught some unfamiliar words and concepts in Monk Daozheng's words, and respectfully asked the old monk to answer or explain them to her again.

The consequence of this is that the old monk Daozheng thinks that Naha is a person who just asks questions when she doesn't understand, and who also attaches great importance to the conversation between them.

Therefore, in the heavy snow, the famous scene of an old monk in iron clothes and a girl in red clothes sitting in a shed talking about scriptures and Taoism was formed.

It was not how Yun Chu saw it, but the entourage brought by Monk Daozheng included a monk who was good at painting, and he painted this scene with a skillful brush.

The old monk in iron clothes has a sad face, and the girl in red looks cute and innocent. The lotus pattern between the eyebrows is emphasized, which makes the whole painting full of Buddhist compassion. It seems that the painting skills of the monk are not low.

.

Yunchu and the others had just killed someone, so there were still blood stains on their armors. After returning to a warm place to warm themselves over the fire, the ice and snow covering the armors melted, along with the melted blood stains. These blood stains ran along the skirt of the armors.

The ornament fell onto the snow, just like drawing a few plum blossoms on the snow.

When this scene fell into Daozheng's eyes, the old monk let out a long sigh, clasped his hands together, and kept chanting the Buddha's name.

Naha then sighed and said: "How to survive the disaster?"

Master Daozheng put his hands together and said: "Killing is a great evil. You cannot enter the Pure Land without reciting the sutra a thousand times."

Naha said again: "Brother created this killing calamity to protect me. Naha will definitely recite sutras a thousand times to avert this calamity."

Master Daozheng said: "These are the evil thoughts of mortals in the world. I have a supreme method that can help Lord Buddha quickly eliminate the evil evils of the world."

As he spoke, Master Daozheng took out from his sleeve a cone-shaped object made of white copper, silver, gold and gemstones with a large top and a small bottom that could rotate.

A colorful ribbon is connected to a silver ball. As long as it is rotated slightly, the silver ball will hit the white copper points on the gold cylinder, making a crisp and melodious sound. The sound is extremely melodious.

"The mottos of Dafa are engraved on the eight treasures of Buddhism. As long as you have kind thoughts and hold the prayer wheel, after turning it once, it is equivalent to reciting the sutra once..."

After listening to Master Daozheng's introduction, Yunchu knew that this thing was very suitable for lazy Naha. This child would definitely promote this way of chanting sutras. In the future, maybe every monk would have this thing in his hands.

So convenient...

A monk from the Horseshoe Temple in Ganzhou, and a former monk from the Mogao Grottoes in Qinzhou. After these two identities are superimposed, it is actually clear what he wants to do.

That's right, he is planning to carve a huge seated Buddha on a red sandstone wall. How big is this seated Buddha?

The Buddha's buttocks sat on the ground and his head reached the top of the mountain. How many craftsmen were needed? Three thousand households!

The construction of such a large seated Buddha is free of charge for Buddhism. The cost comes from donations from the people of Ganzhou. What if the donations are not enough? It will be completed by three thousand craftsmen households free of charge.

Naha felt that this was not possible.

Monk Daozheng believes that only the sitting Buddha that is built through painstaking work and without spending any money is meaningful. He is willing to call this success the power of the will of all living beings. Once the sitting statue is completed, it will have divinity in itself.

This is the man who came to find Naha to establish the power of sitting Buddha. In other words, this guy thinks that Naha is young and can be deceived, and then let Naha take the blame for killing the people, and he will enjoy the results.

This is the purpose of his search for Naha.

Horseshoe Temple is famous because there is a horse hoof print left by Huo Qubing there. Naha thinks that Huo Qubing regained the Hexi Corridor by himself and expanded the territory of the Han Dynasty by four counties. He is a very memorable person.

Instead of building a Buddha statue here, it is better to build a tall statue of Huo Qubing's heroic horse here, and then let the Madi Temple worship Huo Qubing, and then give Huo Qubing the title of a Buddhist protector. From now on, the Madi Temple can worship the Buddha at the same time.

Enshrining Huo Qubing, a Buddhist protector, on one side can be better associated with the name of Matisi Temple and attract more believers. It is much better than digging a statue of Buddha against the mountain.

Dao Zheng was shocked by Naha's whimsical idea. He really wanted to tell Naha that bringing famous Chinese people into Buddhism and turning them into Dharma protectors was something that Buddhism didn't do very much, but Taoism did.

People like to do this.

In particular, Naha made a mistake with the god Vetopia who protects the Dharma. He is not a Han, but a Brahmin god, or he just looks a bit like a Han.

"Huo Qubing can't beat Wei Tuo?" Naha's knowledge greatly increased after she had just read through "One Thousand and One Nights".

Monk Daozheng didn't know how to answer Naha's question. He also wanted to know whether Huo Qubing could defeat Wei Tuo. Monk Daozheng, who was full of knowledge, actually knew very well that if Wei Tuo fought with Huo Qubing, he would probably not be able to defeat him.

.

The question is not whether Huo Qubing can defeat Wei Tuo, but whether it is necessary for Buddhism to admit pure Han people into Buddhism.

The eighteen Wu Luohan from the Shaolin Temple looked at Naha with admiration. They felt that Naha was right. Master Xuanzang must become a Buddha, so it was natural to invite a victorious general like Huo Qubing to protect the Dharma.

Just when the Shaolin Temple monks were excited, Naha pointed at the Shaolin Temple monks and said to Monk Daozheng: "When they pass away, we will make statues in their likeness and send them to serve Master Xuanzang.

That monk, come over and record their appearance for me. After returning to Chang'an, he will report it to Master Xuanzang and do this."

Hearing what Naha said, even the highly practiced Master Mingyuan clasped his hands and bowed at Naha's feet. The other monks also paid homage and wished they could pass away now and become clay sculptures in the temple...

Yunchu was dumbfounded by Naha's operation, almost insane when looking at Wen Wen, and even Zhong Kui, who had always been calm, was drooling after hearing it.

Wen Wen pulled Yun Chu back to the tent with his armor trembling, his face turned blue and white, and he forgot about the cold. He gritted his teeth and said to Yun Chu: "If your sister's coquettish operation is successful, everyone will

The history of Tang Buddhism will be divided into two volumes from this moment on.

The first volume is called - Ancient Buddhism, and the second volume is called - New Buddhism."

Having said this, he looked at the dull Zhong Kui tenderly and said: "Your Taoism is in danger, and your theory of the eighteen levels of hell may be swallowed up by Naha.

Let me tell you, if anyone calls Naha stupid again in the future, you can hold back a mouthful of thick phlegm and spit it in his face."

Yun Chu felt that Wen Wen was right. Many Han people had become Buddhas and saints, and they had more or less affected the lives of the Tang people. These people had long been inseparable from the lives of the Tang people.

Once these people are accepted into the palace of Buddhism by Nahana, there is no doubt that the great prosperity of Buddhism is just around the corner.

Don't think that the old monks in Buddhism only know how to chant sutras and recite Buddha's name, hoping to become a Buddha soon. They have long been an indispensable part of the lives of the Tang Dynasty people. Those eminent monks and great virtues are not pedantic people. In some aspects, they are even better than the world.

Mortals among them are more enlightened.

Most of the Buddha statues before the Tang Dynasty had beautiful features and beautiful eyes, but most of the Buddha statues in the Tang Dynasty had fat heads and big ears. They all kept pace with the times. In this respect, Buddhism was never behind.

After Wu Mei's appearance turned into that of Buddha in Longmen, some Buddhists were willing to invite more Han people into Buddhist halls and accept the worship of the world.

There is no doubt that Tao is a great monk and a great virtue, and there is no doubt that he is a monk who is very capable of doing things.

Now, after Naha's nonsense was truly and seriously thought about by him, he felt that Naha had opened a door to Buddhism in the Horseshoe Temple. Although he didn't know what was behind the door, the door was the door.

It’s just left for people to leave...

Therefore, when Naha re-entered her camel house, ate dates, and continued on her way back to Chang'an, Master Daozheng bowed to her and bowed.

A heavy box fell in front of Master Daozheng. After opening it, it was filled with a box of gold sand.

So Master Daozheng sat cross-legged on the snowy Gobi Desert, chanting sutras to see Naha off.

Walking all the way from Ganzhou to Guzang and entering the boundary of Liangzhou, until Yunchu led the caravan to Huizhou, Yuanzhou, Jingzhou and entered Xiaoguandao, no sign of Xu Jingye was seen.

In other words, Xu Jingye gave up his determination to pursue Yunchu for revenge. Although this was expected, in the end, Xu Jingye still behaved like a coward, which still disappointed Yunchu.

Such a person cannot be entrusted with important matters, and Yinggong and his group still treat him as a treasure. They don't know whether Yinggong is blind or has no other choice.

"The Romance of the Sui and Tang Dynasties" was Yun Chu's favorite storytelling before his first year. There are many names in it that Yun Chu is now familiar with. These people are no longer characters in the storytelling, but real people with flesh and blood.

Now, the curtain has finally fallen on the heroes. In a few years, even the people of the Tang Dynasty will slowly forget them.

It's a pity.

However, history is like this. After the big waves wash away the sand, only the fishermen and woodcutters are left talking about the past.

The Xiaoguan Road goes along the Qingshui River Valley. Although the weather is not yet warm, the ice on the Qingshui River has begun to thaw. Although there are still some thin ice remaining on both sides, it is estimated that it will not last for a few days.

After all, spring has arrived.

Spring came earlier in Chang'an City than in Longshan, and it just rained lightly in the early morning.

Yun Jin recited with tears in her eyes: "The light rain on the sky street is as moist as crisp, the color of grass looks far away but there is no grass up close. The best thing about spring is that it is better than the smoke and willows all over the emperor's capital."

Yu Xiurong put away the ruler in his hand and said angrily: "You can't even recite your grandfather's poems. What's the use of a rebellious guy like you?"

Yun Jin proudly handed the copy of "Weicheng Song" to her mother, and then said to Yun Jin: "My brother is just a fool."

Yun Jin wiped away her tears and roared: "I'm the elder brother!"

Yun Jin said: "Whoever is smart is the best."

Yun Jin looked at her mother cringingly, and then she didn't know what she was thinking of, so she said to Yun Jin: "When grandpa comes back, you will know who is older and who is younger."

It's snowing heavily in Baiyin City today, and the white snow is fluttering outside the window. I take the opportunity to have a deep sleep without anyone disturbing me. When I wake up, I feel refreshed and have another chapter.
