Chapter 484 Outsmart

Talos held a sword in one hand, but when passing by a certain warrior, he conveniently took a power ax from the opponent's waist.

With sword in one hand and ax in the other, Talos' posture surprised his duelists.

"It seems you plan to do this."

Nodding, Ulminsk also drew the second sword.

This is how the duel began.

Adhering to the concept of always taking a preemptive strike, Ulminsk launched the fastest and fiercest assault at the beginning, causing Talos to retreat continuously for a while.

Boom——!

Ten seconds later, Talos crossed his two weapons to block the opponent's chop for the third time.

After that, he used his ax to block the opponent's left-hand sword aside, and then used his own sword to deliver another futile blow against Ulminsk's thick armor.

But the opponent was very flexible, and with a twist he removed the force of the sword, allowing the blade to slide away from the ceramic steel layer, leaving nothing but a scratch.

Talos cursed, and just as he was about to pursue him, the opponent's sword had already shot out from the side.

He could only retreat, but Ulminsk suddenly kicked out, causing a crack in his chest and almost causing him to fall down as if struck by lightning.

Before he could take a breath, the power armor flashing with deadly lightning had already struck, crackling as the energy was released into the air.

Talos wielded both weapons and slammed the opponent's sword, lowering it.

The colliding energy positions roared with sparks of anger. When Ulminsk raised his left sword high and prepared to penetrate Talos' helmet, the battle ax suddenly swung upwards and jammed the opponent's sword hilt.

Talos's intentions were finally realized.

The Night Lord pulled the ax backwards and snatched the sword away from the grasp of the swordsman of the Third Legion.

The two backed away again.

Talos still wielded the two weapons, stepping on the sword that fell on the ground with one foot, while Ulminsk held the sword with both hands.

"You did a great job, think tank, but that's where it ends."

"I think I'm going to win."

The prophet smiled behind his visor.

"What do you think?"

The two warriors began to circle around each other, both looking for an opportunity in their opponent, a weakness that could be exploited.

Suddenly, Ulminsk swung his sword, drew an arc, and attacked downwards.

Talos deflected the sword and immediately launched a counterattack.

Through the instantaneous alternation of attack and defense, both sides of the battle are testing their opponents' physical strength.

This time, Talos rushed over and swung his ax at Ulminsk's base, trying to catch him off guard.

The swordsman easily blocked the blow, then switched from defense to offense and slashed towards Talos' abdomen.

The prophet reluctantly took the move, but at the same time his body lost balance.

Ulminsk quickly caught on to this mistake and punched Talos' helmet with the metal gauntlet, knocking him to the ground.

But the swordsman did not pursue the victory. He stopped the attack and allowed Talos to stand up again.

Blood dripped from Talos's nose and slipped out of the grille.

"That's all, swordsman."

The two collided again, their weapons clashing with each other, and their sword handles and ax handles locked together.

Ulminsk pressed his body forward and spoke to Talos with his face in his face.

"What you just said is as stupid as you are."

The voice of the swordsman of the Third Legion was full of anger.

"You are so pathetic."

Talos pushed Ulminsk away and swung his battle ax forward, but his opponent easily deflected the attack.

After that, Ulminsk launched a counterattack at a dizzying speed. Each attack was faster and more powerful than the last, and Talos was not allowed to slow down for a moment.

The prophet began to retreat step by step. He was unable to parry the attack of the swordsmen of the third legion like a violent storm.

"By the way, Faith Freddy and his detective team, how did you catch them?"

Just as the two warriors were fighting to the death, Huron suddenly spoke to Soshyan across the duel, in a very relaxed tone, as if he already knew the outcome.

"The maliciousness of your move is really unique."

Knowing what "that move" the other party was referring to, Soshyan showed a mocking smile.

"Remember, they are but the lightest of the methods I use against traitors like you, Huron."

This time, the Black Heart King no longer sounded happy.

"Yeah?"

"Yeah, you'll see that later."

On the field, Talos finally couldn't hold on anymore. He lost his balance and fell to the ground on one knee. He could only barely resist another blow that came towards him.

But his half-parrying stance only partially resisted the attack. When the swordsman's sharp blade hit his forearm, the prophet roared in pain, and the stench from the burned flesh immediately penetrated the nostrils of the surrounding warriors.

Although his arm was saved, Talos' power ax fell off

The last blow, also the most violent blow, hit Talos and fell to the ground.

The swordsman then kicked the "think tank director" to the ground with a humiliating kick.

Talos almost dropped his sword, and when he stood up, he managed to strike back with an impromptu blow, but the swordsman easily blocked it.

Talos then stepped back, some distance away from his opponent.

"Can you be more cowardly and weak, a lackey of the false emperor?"

Ulminsk has already begun to mentally plan how to torture his opponents in order to lower the morale of the Astral Knights.

He felt victory, just like countless times in the past, but this time the opponent seemed a bit weak, not even worthy of taking the opponent's head as a trophy.

"No matter how coward I am, at least I will not sell my asshole to a tyrant. Everyone knows that Huron is a damn ****! He only likes little boys and sissies!"

Talos' words really angered Ulminsk this time.

He rushed towards Talos with a fatal charge, and the sword in his hand drew an arc that could not be caught by the naked eye.

"You bastard!"

But he didn't notice the cunning light in Talos's eyes.

The prophet had predicted his actions and knew that the swordsman would reveal a small flaw in his rage.

He used cowardly actions to cover up his next tactics. The moment the opponent rushed towards him, he found the gap in his preview, bypassed the swordsman's angry blow, and pierced his unprotected flank.

.

"you----"

Ulminsk did not expect this at all, and this sword made him completely lose his balance.

Talos launched a second thrust, spinning his sword into the abdomen of the fallen Third Legion soldier, silently enjoying the shock of the other warriors.

They no longer expected their brother's victory, but watched him vomit his own blood all over the deck.

Ulminsk twitched and blood spurted out of his mouth. He used his last strength to turn around and looked at Talos with arrogant but desperate eyes.

"Why....."

As he spoke, the swordsman knelt down on the ground and then threw himself forward.

Talos bent down and stared into his opponent's eyes, imitating his opponent's final attack, a mockery that caused the Red Pirates to let out a low roar.

Huron's sharp claws clenched together even more tightly.

"You are too stupid and stupid, but I am very merciful, traitor...repent your sins and curse that tyrant, and you will be saved. Maybe I will not kill you."

"I... don't regret anything!"

The swordsman coughed up blood and said.

Talos grinned, lowered his sword, and harvested the head.

Warm cheers suddenly erupted from the team of Astral Knights, and Huron's face turned livid.
