Chapter 949 The Power of Gray

"careful!"

Just as Bahram rescued Sabrin, the opponent suddenly warned him loudly, but before he could react, a powerful impact hit the back of Bahram's helmet and smashed him to the ground.

Then something pounced on him, and Bahram instinctively tried to push away the other party, but the creature suddenly grabbed his helmet tightly, even stronger than him.

When the bullet tried to smash its head, a sharp thing was correspondingly stabbed like a dagger on the back of the Bahram helmet, trying to pierce the pottery steel again and again.

A warning icon flashed before his eyes, prompting his armor to be damaged.

Bahram placed his elbows and knees on the solid ground, bent his muscle building and managed to twist his body to the right.

After a free arm was released, Bahram fired three shots before blowing the thing up, and chitin fragments and a smell of stinky fish came to his nose.

In the flash of his pistol's muzzle, Bahram could see three other monsters climbing up from the wall like snakes, their jaws colliding as they were preparing to attack, and their scales were emitting supernatural light.

"Is this the devil?"

The next moment, Bahram evoked all his willpower without hesitation, trying to fight against the power that invaded his consciousness.

But he did not expect that he also released another force hidden in his body.

The grey rut roared through his body like a torrent, and a cold wind surrounded him - Bahram felt every blood vessel in his body turn into ice, and even the cold air he exhaled was cold.

Bahram didn't know what was going on, he even thought it was the power of the demon and he was going to die.

But an astonishing scene happened.

The three demons suddenly screamed and rolled up and tried to stay away from Bahram, but were soon engulfed by the raging fire condensed from the air.

But their combustion did not have any temperature, but instead caused a cold wind, and then the inside of the demon's body exploded.

"This is--"

Bahram stood up, cold force raging on his limbs.

In that dizzying moment, his consciousness reached a supernatural level, reaching a height that ordinary people cannot understand.

The permanents and metals in the corridor gradually disappeared into almost invisible places, while the fresh substance was clearly etched out, and he could see the roots and vines covering the walls and ceilings, as well as the thousands of insects living among them. He could also see more than twenty monsters of insect form surrounding his ranks, surrounding the warriors, and biting their armor.

To make matters worse, he saw the terrible, unnatural stain that permeated all this, which polluted every creature in the surrounding corridors, corroding them like cancer.

It is a terrible cancer that initially looks like a vortex, but then becomes an evil, jelly-like creature, then a big mouth or a giant eye, born entirely from twisted and deformed madness.

Fear and disgust threatened Bahram, and the scene before him made him scream in anger-

"Evil thing! Get out of here!"

Then his senses changed again,

Pale light bathes the corridors, and the Astat brothers and the monsters they fight are twisted.

In the blink of an eye, Bahram's world almost came to a standstill, turning the battle in the dark into a cruel freeze-framed image.

For some reason, Bahram could even see through the bodies of his brothers and enemies. He saw his heart beating, his blood flowing slowly in his blood vessels, and the terrible insects were covered with black liquid and the corruption spreading on them.

One of the monsters grabbed the Astart brothers, wrapped around his torso, bit the steel-wrapped head with his jaw, and in its mouth was a bone wrapped in a spike of powerful muscles. With the blessing of power, the bone needle pointed at the back of the warrior's head like a bullet.

A hollow channel in the bone needle is secreting highly toxic.

Bahram's surprise turned into pure anger, and he rushed over, the sword in his hand formed a large arc, throwing the cold wind that wrapped around him towards every creature he could see.

With him as the center, a soul storm broke out within twenty meters. The biting cold wind penetrated into the monster's flesh, rigidifying the liquid inside, including the one entangled with the warrior.

"Um--"

It was also at the same time that Bahram felt his blood vessels freeze, his heart insisted on beating in pain, and the world resumed movement again.

After staggering forward two steps, he could no longer control himself and vomited a mouthful of blood in his helmet.

But strangely, the blood had no smell, but when it left his lips, it turned into cold blood beads.

More than a dozen monsters exploded, sprinkling the shattered chitin and smelly liquid onto the entire team.

Bahram staggered back. Although his vision was blurred and his consciousness was dazed, he was still stunned by the strong scene.

The passage fell into darkness again, with only the muzzle flashing with fire. The team gathered together to destroy the remaining enemies, but everyone looked in the direction of Bahram from time to time.

Talos still stood, aiming his pistol to shoot and blow the two monsters into pieces, and split the other in half with his sword.

Sabrin jumped up, shook the bug he had killed, and split the other bug wrapped around the back of another warrior.

Then, the latest plasma pistol fired, and every insect that hit was burned to ashes by a ball of blue flame, and their broken shells were thrown into the air.

Then, like the battle suddenly began, the battle ended.

The Astats stood in a rough circle, faced with darkness, armor was scarred and smoked at the muzzle, and the air around them was filled with blue smoke from explosive bombs and sprayed medicine, and more than twenty monsters were smashed by their feet.

Almost no Astart was injured, so everyone's eyes unconsciously looked at Bahram who had fallen on the ground.

"it's over--"

Bahram murmured, then fell back heavily, but before he even touched the ground, he was caught by a big hand.

"Everyone, keep alert, Sabrin, please help me bring him to the wall."

"yes."

At the greeting of Talos, Sabrin walked over and raised the unconscious Bahram with the other party, and then walked towards the wall.

During this process, he could hear the quiet discussions between the teams.

"I suddenly felt very cold just now. Is it because of the demon? That's the demon?"

"But why do the demons still have corpses when they die? I remember-"

"Hey, did you see it, just now."

"See it, the demon died with a wave of his hand."

"You said, Bahram is not a think tank, right?"

"I can't say it... I heard that there seems to be only one think tank in the battle group, but no one has seen him."

"There must be nothing good if you have anything to do with the sub-space."

"Quiet."

As soon as Talos spoke, all the sounds disappeared.

Then they put Bahram down and let the other sit against the wall.

Talos then took off Bahram's helmet.

The moment the helmet was removed, Sabrin's pupils shrank and he cried:

"Company Commander, he—"

"Keep confidential, no one is allowed to tell."
