As far as the OEM model is concerned, Shenchuan has R&D capabilities and design capabilities, but is too lazy to produce, so it leaves production to a third party.

ODM is similar to the Xiaomi industry in the future.

Xiaomi has channels and ideas, but it has no R&D capabilities or production capabilities.

So I gave this idea or creativity to a third-party company, and let the third-party company design and produce it according to my creativity.

After the production is completed, I will test the products produced by the third-party company. If I feel that the products meet my requirements, then it is OK.

If the product does not meet the requirements, it will be sent back and redone.

If there are after-sales problems after the product is sold, consumers will find Xiaomi, and Xiaomi will directly mail the product to the ODM company, and let the ODM company take responsibility.

This is called ODM.

Under this model, intellectual property technology is owned or shared in the factory.

We have our own supply chain, our own R&D, our own quality control, and our own factory.
