0401 Chapter 7 - Wisdom of Mortals (Section 107)

"[World Fragment]... is actually here?!" Zhen Cheng murmured.

"Are you talking about me? My sister was also deceived by this illusion, right?" Ai Luogensi said with a smile.

Zhen Cheng was stunned for a moment, suddenly realizing it, but then he frowned. Although everything he saw before his eyes was an illusion, the familiar feeling that [World Fragments] gave people seemed to have substance.

Although she has never felt the shadows lurking around her like she did several times before, after many contacts and her own sublimation and advancement, the aura revealed by [World Fragments] itself can be captured and felt by Zhen Cheng. This point is focused on.

Sister A is slower in resonating between the spirit and the demon body.

If in front of her was a fake whose shape and texture were perfect to prevent [World Fragments], Zhen Cheng would be able to tell the authenticity at a glance. But a mere illusion could fascinate her, and there was definitely something weird in it.

The answer to the question... seems to lie in three images.

"Even though the [World Fragments] are not here now, it seems that this space shuttle brought the ruins here," Sister A also expressed the same point of view:

"By the way, this section of the road we walked looks like a natural cave. Is this really a ruin? Does the so-called ruins refer to this spaceship?"

"Gaisha's intelligence shows that the exploration team sent by Logist failed to leave here alive. If there is nothing else deeper, we should at least see fresh corpses." Zhen Cheng said, stopping his gaze on

On the horizontal and vertical stereotyped murals.

It is said that they are stereotyped murals, not only because the styles are similar, but these things seem to be carved horizontally and vertically on the metal plate of the inner warehouse wall with something hard and sharp like a carving knife:

On the screen facing the left side of the hatch, a shuttle in perfect condition like this space capsule is docked in the asteroid belt.

Two astronauts wearing spacesuits similar to those in Zhen Cheng's hometown are collecting an invisible sphere that looks like a black hole, highlighted by the stars in the sky.

The stereotypical horizontal and vertical lines outline a spatial perspective that clearly exceeds three dimensions, surrounding the invisible sphere.

This is obviously not a miniature black hole, otherwise there would not be a scene where the astronauts directly went out of the cabin to capture it with a robotic arm. But the surrounding perspective structure made Zhen Cheng feel that it was more complicated than the domed Blood Palace on the top of Mount Vanbaea.

The latter is built on the basis of the sixth dimension of the unified universe, and the existence of this thing itself... must be higher than the sixth dimension.

"I think this thing may be the original form of [World Fragments]? Was it collected from space? Then it turned into the familiar octahedron shape?" Sister A said, pointing to the lower right corner of the screen, where

It is a large spaceship that is exploding and falling.

Among the three astronauts who went out to collect unknown objects, except for two who were operating the robotic arms, the third one was holding his helmet with both hands and staring at the exploding mothership:

"This shuttle is probably a deep space operation vehicle that also functions as an escape capsule. The three of them successfully captured the [World Fragment], but an accident occurred on their own mothership, which prevented them from returning. They ended up drifting here.

Can survive."

Zhen Cheng shook his head and focused his attention on the second picture: "I always feel that things are not as simple as they seem. In addition to having similar allegorical characteristics like the few we have seen before, these murals always look like

What deeper secrets are hidden?

For example, although there are no familiar constellations in the starry sky depicted in the first picture, this kind of scenery can only be from the underlying universe, right?

Valley/span Under the eternal dusk and clouds of Fanbaea, we have never seen the sky of the unified universe with our own eyes; but the lecture made it very clear that high above our heads are the layers of the underlying universe, the heavens and the realms.

Remember the starry sky sister in Blood Candle Castle who is symmetrically divided into countless equilateral triangles, right?

So how did a civilization that uses this kind of ancient spaceship and also needs to use manually operated robotic arms for scientific research and collection master the technology to break through the barriers of the universe?

An escape capsule that can fly to the end of the universe, break through the natural boundaries, and land safely in the unified universe, really has no ability to return to its home planet?

As the top Thirteen Divine Kingdoms in the unified universe, a shuttle from another world carrying a series of treasures such as [World Fragments] descended from the sky in their own capital. Those pure-blooded princes, divine ancestors, and holy emperors were blind and did not see it?

Even if they all happened to go out to fight at that time, what about the astronauts themselves in the shuttle?

This is not a lonely deep space in the universe. Open the hatch and climb out of the hole. Outside are tens of millions of unarmed mortals with almost zero combat power.

Even if the space shuttle is at the end of its rope, if you use the energy to carve these three exquisite works of art and the energy to make three coffins to try to find a way out, you can still survive even if you sell yourself into slavery, right?

Besides, after seeing them so many times, don’t you think these murals are abnormal in themselves?

From painted compositions that approximate the ancient Egyptian style to street graffiti, and now the medieval print style. And every time I see it, there are obvious differences from the similar artistic features on my home planet. Even the pictures under the Scarry Castle are different.

it's the same.

This is obviously the civilization of different worlds expressing the prophecies revealed by certain external forces in their own way of understanding, rather than the depiction of the paradox, [World Fragment] itself or some other power that emits a fable.

So the question is, why do they do this? Why do these people from different civilizational backgrounds have to draw what they see on the wall?

The first time I saw it underground in Scarry Castle, I didn't doubt anything. Because the ruins were originally the place where Scarry's ancestors spent a long time and deliberately buried and passed on family secrets.

But then, in a world that was completely eroded and exterminated by the paradox [perverse color blindness], why did humans who were already forced into desperation spend time in the shelter to describe what we and Senior Sister Pixiu will experience in the future? This is not and

Does their impending disaster have nothing to do with it?

Finally, in the secret room behind the ceiling of the experimental hall, among all the survivors who had turned into paint sculptures, why did they protect the girl with spray paint in her hand, who might have painted the mural of the Three Prophecies, in the center?

Finally, in the space capsule in front of us, if there were no accidents, all three astronauts should have died here, right?

There is nothing more important or anything they want to do before they die? For example, to depict the images of their family members and lovers, or to portray the gods they believe in in the world?

Why do they have to follow the same method as other worlds that they should never have seen, and depict the prophetic paintings related to us?"
