Chapter 496: Give them the price

Along the national highway, over the mountains...

Ye Mo saw Lin Rong's compost pile hanging outside a valley and turned his car inside.

It is a dirt road, but the road is well maintained and has a layer of coal residue.

The car rolled over the road, making a squeaking sound.

More than a kilometer into the valley, Ye Mo saw a tin house with a weighbridge next to it. Wang Rong was standing next to the weighbridge.

Ye Mo drove the car over: "Boss Wang, long time no see."

Wang Rong rolled her eyes at Ye Mo and said, "Come over quickly and take a look at the fertilizer I piled there. It's almost too late to pile up."

"Let's go."

Wang Hao gave up the passenger seat to Wang Rong and waited for Wang Rong to get in the car. Ye Mo started the car and said, "How much fertilizer is there?"

"I have recorded more than 9,800 tons. But now, there should not be that much." Wang Rong said: "Those are pig manure, cow manure, and chicken manure... After they have been piled for a long time, they will

Less."

"Based on the original quotation, we also added a line of organic matter content. The higher the organic matter content, the higher the price." Ye Mo said.

"What algorithm?" Wang Rong's eyes lit up.

"We'll talk about it in detail in the past..."

For organic fertilizers, the most important thing is to look at the organic matter content.

When we came to the composting site, we saw three large colored steel tile sheds with cement walls around them, which were full of piles.

When they got out of the car, Ye Mo and the others smelled a bad smell.

It's summer, so I won't say much about the smell of unprocessed manure.

Wang Hao and the others got out of the car, took some samples, and then returned to the colored steel house in the middle of the valley.

Wang Hao and his assistant began to test the organic matter content of semi-cooked fertilizer. This batch of organic fertilizer has been accumulated for a long time...

Some organic fertilizers have an organic matter content of up to 30%.

Ye Mo took out a list and explained to Wang Rong: "The contract we signed before, within one year... Within 1,000 tons, the price per ton is 170 yuan. From 1,000 to 3,000 tons, the price per ton is 200 yuan.

If it exceeds 3,000-5,000 tons, the price is 220 yuan per ton. If it exceeds 5,000-80,000 tons, the price is 240 yuan per ton. If it exceeds 8,000-10,000 tons, the price is 270 yuan per ton. If it exceeds 10,000-13,000 tons

, 300 yuan per ton. After 13,000 tons, it will be 330 yuan per ton.”

Wang Rong nodded.

Ye Mo and the others want half-cooked fertilizer.

Ye Mo continued: "The longer the pig manure accumulates, the weight will decrease through fermentation and these microbial reactions..."

This involves the principle of decomposition of organic fertilizers.

During the decomposition process of organic fertilizers, under the action of microorganisms, organic matter degrades, while generating heat and releasing carbon dioxide to form humus.

Heat and carbon dioxide are not generated out of thin air, and a large amount of organic matter is consumed. Therefore, this process is also a process of reducing the weight of organic fertilizer and organic matter. It must reach a certain standard before it can be called semi-cooked fertilizer.

The initial c/n (carbon/nitrogen) of organic materials is generally around 30, and after decomposition is completed, it is generally controlled at around 18. During the decomposition process, there is only a trace loss of nitrogen, so if the c/n decreases, it must be due to the carbon content during the decomposition process.

Material losses are greater.

About 3 tons of pig manure with a water content of 50%, after fermentation into organic fertilizer, weighs about 1 ton. The organic matter content of the organic fertilizer at this time is about 45%.

The organic matter content of commercial bio-organic fertilizers should be greater than 40%.

Why 40%? Not 60%, 80%?

Scientific research shows that after general organic raw materials are decomposed, the organic matter content should be between 35% and 45%. If it is too small, it means that the purity of the raw materials is not enough, and it is mixed with too many impurities such as sand and clay. If it is too large, it means that the decomposition is not complete.

.

It is quite complicated to fully understand the concept of organic matter.

If the organic matter content of completely decomposed pig manure is 45%, then the organic matter content of raw pig manure is 15%...

After all, it takes about 3 tons to produce 1 ton of organic fertilizer.

Moreover, this is still a primary product. To become a higher-level commercial organic fertilizer, it needs to be dried... A certain amount of water will be lost during the drying process. However, I will not mention these.

The effective organic matter content of 1 ton of raw manure is about 15%. Generally speaking, it is less than 15%...

During the accumulation process, pig manure will be graded by microorganisms and generate heat... thus losing some of its own weight.

The effective organic matter content of semi-cooked organic fertilizer is about 25%.

On this basis, for every percentage point increase in organic matter content, the price will increase by 10 yuan.

Ye Mo also explained for a long time and spread the knowledge of organic fertilizer to Wang Rong.

There are effective organic matter and ineffective organic matter...

Invalid organic matter is what will be further fermented away. If it is not applied to the field, it will eventually be decomposed into carbon dioxide in the soil.

In fact, even if it is completely decomposed organic fertilizer, a large part of it will be decomposed into carbon dioxide after entering the soil.

The organic fertilizers produced by Ye Mo and his company strictly follow the standards. A general organic fertilizer with an organic matter content of about 40% is enough. The production cost of such organic fertilizer is relatively low...

Different organic fertilizers have different standards.

According to ordinary standards, Wang Hao and the others calculated the organic fertilizer at Wang Rong's No. 1 compost site and found that, on average, the organic matter content was 27%.

In other words, you can add 20 yuan per ton of organic fertilizer.

Hearing this result, Wang Rong smiled and nodded: "If this is the case, it doesn't matter if the composting time is longer."

"The scale here is still a bit small. If you want to make a lot of money, you have to expand the scale." Ye Mo said with a smile.

"We will expand the scale after returning some capital," Wang Rong said.

Li Xuebin took them to more than a dozen farms before, and those were all farms of a certain scale. But they didn't have enough funds, so they only negotiated some farms that didn't have the ability to handle sewage...

"We can arrange for the raw materials to enter the factory in the afternoon. There is a scale at the factory. The organic fertilizer delivered today can be settled tomorrow," Ye Mo said.

"The organic matter content must be checked in every vehicle?" Wang Rong asked.

"One inspection per vehicle." Ye Mo said.

"So troublesome?"

"The detection of organic matter content is very simple. It takes less than a minute with instruments." Wang Hao said: "This also involves process issues."

What they produce is commercial organic fertilizer, and the organic matter content must be guaranteed. Another thing is that it doesn’t take much time to test the organic matter content.

"Then we will send the raw materials over in the afternoon." Wang Rong said.

"Okay." Ye Mo nodded: "The organic matter content of semi-cooked fertilizer must reach about 25%. The composting time is short. If this value is not reached, money will be deducted..."

"Know."

These issues were included in the contracts signed before.

The main reason why we came up with another organic matter content this time was to give them a price.

If Ye Mo and his company can receive agricultural subsidies, it depends on whether they have enough raw materials.
