370 Sister Zhou gives pork

Aunt Guo secretly breathed a sigh of relief. She thought Li Manjun was going to fire her now that Nian Nian had gone to kindergarten.

Now that I hear that this is not the case, I feel much relieved.

It is certainly a good choice to earn more wages, and working in this family is more respected, unlike the rich family she went to before, where people were obviously judged by their nostrils, which seemed to be discreet and suppressed.

Aunt Guo nodded to Li Manjun, "Okay."

He turned around to get the baking sheet and silently listened to what Li Manjun said.

"Aunt Guo," Li Manjun tried, "I'll give you an extra 120 yuan a month. Originally we were 200 yuan a month for food and housing, but now it's been increased to 400 yuan, including shopping for food, cooking and housework.

And taking care of Nian Nian, what do you think?"

This is equivalent to basically putting all of Liu Juying's original money on her, but the actual housework she has to do is not much more than before.

Since Nian Nian is rarely at home during the day, she can go out to buy groceries in the morning and come back to do some housework. Just making breakfast and dinner in one day is not much work.

Aunt Guo did not hesitate and happily agreed.

Li Manjun also breathed a sigh of relief, and the two of them looked at each other and smiled. Aunt Guo looked at the horrible mess in Li Manjun's hand and gently drove her out of the kitchen.

Li Manjun was so happy and relaxed that he didn't want to do any harm to others.

But as for Liu Juying, she also wanted to talk to her carefully. Li Manjun prepared a gift and a small red envelope so that both parties could get together and part ways.

Liu Juying knew it would come to an end. After all, she was a part-time worker. She could work at Li Manjun's house for three years. This was already a long period of cooperation.

During this period, the two parties cooperated happily and did not blush. When we left, everyone was a little sad and reluctant to leave.

"When I have time in the future, we will come to our house as guests. We will be like friends, eating, drinking, and chatting about our parents." Li Manjun warmly invited her.

Liu Juying nodded, thanked Li Manjun for the gift and red envelope, put down the vegetables she bought today, said something to Aunt Guo, and turned to leave.

During National Day, an unexpected guest came to my house.

Nian Nian curiously followed Aunt Guo to open the door for the person who knocked on the door. As soon as the door opened, she turned around in surprise and shouted: "Mom!"

She recognized the person carrying large and small bags outside the door, but she didn't dare to confirm, so she shouted to her mother to come and take a look.

"Come, come, who is it?" Li Manjun walked out while wrapping her freshly washed hair.

Aunt Guo said in surprise, "It's Sister Zhou."

Li Manjun raised his eyes and saw the woman at the door, wearing a navy blue polyester long trousers, her hair neatly tied back, and a bright smile, even the wrinkles at the corners of her eyes showed a sense of joy.

"Sister Zhou!" Li Manjun took two quick steps to greet her, "Come in quickly, why are you here? Call in advance so that I can pick you up."

"Hi, I was just passing by to see you. I didn't come here on a special trip, so I didn't call."

That's a polite thing to say. Why do you need to bring so many things when you're just dropping by?

The large and small bags in front of Sister Zhou are all fresh fruits and vegetables brought from home, as well as a leg of pork freshly slaughtered this morning.

Neither Li Manjun nor Aunt Guo could finish it, so they hurriedly called Zhao Yong, who was playing on the computer in the study, to come out and help.

Zhao Yong was also very surprised when he saw Sister Zhou. He easily lifted a big pig leg and put it into the kitchen. When he turned around, he saw his daughter following him, staring at Sister Zhou, looking curious and shy.

"Nian Nian, don't you remember Aunt Zhou?" Zhao Yong reminded.

The young man nodded lightly and remembered, but it felt a bit strange. He took his father's hand and asked his father to take him there.

The father and daughter came to the living room. Zhao Yong handed his daughter to Li Manjun and said funnyly: "She's still shy."

Every year, she hid in her mother's arms and looked at Sister Zhou with wide eyes. Sister Zhou smiled at her, and she laughed too, but Li Manjun taught her to call people, but she refused to shout, and she didn't know if she was embarrassed.

After waiting for a while, Aunt Guo washed the grapes brought by Sister Zhou and brought them up. She ate something sweet.

He stopped talking and then took the initiative to call someone.

"I haven't seen her in a year. She has grown a lot taller every year. Look at her big watery eyes, she looks exactly like her mother." Sister Zhou praised her.

Every year, I grabbed a grape and handed it to Sister Zhou. Sister Zhou reached out to pick it up and then avoided it, wanting to feed it to Sister Zhou with her own hands.

Such a lovely look made Sister Zhou's heart melt and her eyes turned red. She really missed this little girl.

He touched her little head and said, "Nian Nian is so good. Listen to your parents. Next time, auntie will bring you some delicious food to see you, okay?"

Nian Nian nodded, took the initiative to come to Sister Zhou, nestled in her arms, fed her a grape, and smiled sweetly, "Grapes are delicious."

"Hmm, it's very sweet and delicious." Mother Zhou lovingly hugged the little ball in her arms, stood up, and returned her to Li Manjun.

"Those pig legs are cooked pigs I raised at home. They didn't feed any feed, so they don't look very fat, but they taste much better than those sold in the city market. They were just killed this morning. You can cook them and eat them fresh tonight.

It tastes the best.”

She's getting ready to leave.

Li Manjun still wanted to keep her for dinner, but Sister Zhou was afraid of disturbing them and refused to do so. Li Manjun didn't even pull her back. They dragged her all the way to the elevator. As soon as the elevator door opened on the first floor, Sister Zhou shook Li Manjun's hand away.

He seemed to be running away.

"I'll drive you off!" Li Manjun took two steps forward to catch up. Sister Zhou looked back and was so frightened that she sped up.

Niannian and his father walked out of the elevator, watching their mother and Aunt Zhou running after each other. She raised her head and asked her father curiously:

"What game are mom and Aunt Zhou playing?"

Zhao Yong couldn't help but laugh out loud. He rubbed the top of his daughter's hair, mashing the short hair that was prone to frizz into a bird's nest, and replied seriously: "This is called a favor game."

Looking up, Li Manjun stood with her arms akimbo by the flower bed in the community, panting, calling her with a smile: "Come back, let's buy some things next time. I'll have someone send it to Sister Zhou's house. I can't take it for nothing."

Lots of stuff."

Every year, I take my father's hand off my head and pull and smooth my hair by myself. I hate it when my father does this!

In the evening, Aunt Guo cooked the vegetables and meat brought by Sister Zhou. The stewed pig's feet soup was sweet and delicious, and she added a handful of green vegetables grown on the farm. It didn't need any ingredients at all, and it was so delicious.

Zhao Yong and his daughter held their rice bowls and inhaled wildly. They ate more than half of a large pot of pig's trotters.

Li Manjun and Aunt Guo were more restrained, but they couldn't help but drink two more bowls of sweet and delicious pig's trotter soup.

After eating and drinking enough, I lay on the sofa with my father every year, rubbing my bulging belly, and asked my mother expectantly: "Mom, when are we going to Aunt Zhou's house to see the piglets?"

Aunt Zhou said that she specially left a little piglet for Nian Nian. It has a curly tail and a black spot on its body. It eats a lot.

Li Manjun thought for a while and said, "Let's celebrate the New Year. This year we will go to Aunt Zhou's house to pay New Year greetings."

Nian Nian immediately rushed over to talk to her mother, "Don't lie to the child!"
