Chapter Thirty-Seven The Orc Movement

Early the next morning, Renault led all the members of the Knights to cross the Swift River in batches. With the help of Radi, they built an outpost that was not very beautiful but was absolutely solid.

I built it directly using earth magic. The outside is a square stone wall with a total length of 100 meters, a thickness of 3 meters and a height of 6 meters. Inside the wall, they built a wooden shed to serve as a horse pen. In the middle is a 10-meter long and wide high-rise building.

The 15-meter sentry tower was used for warning and residence, and a beacon tower was built on the top to warn the Rapid City on the other side of the river. The price for successfully keeping this sentry here was that Mr. Radil drank all his own.

After restoring the inventory of magic potions, I still fell into a weak state due to excessive consumption of magic power.

"Kaslo, you stay here, I will lead people to investigate along the river bank." Renault waved to Kaslo.

"Well, if there is a situation, don't confront us head-on. In the worst case, we will retreat to Rapid City and defend the city." Kaslo warned. He was afraid that Roland would be careless and be lured into the enemy by the orcs. After all, the knights who have exhausted their fighting spirit are not as good as

Infantry is useful.

"Secure the city..." The corner of Renault's mouth twitched. When he thought about the pitiful walls of Rapid City... he felt even more unreliable.

"Go early and come back early!" Kaslo slapped the horse's buttocks, and immediately the fine Charles war horse rushed out like an arrow from the string.

"Boom~" Amidst the sound of galloping horse hooves, the Knights of Holy Glory led by Renault gradually moved away.

"I hope everything is safe." Kaslo sighed, and then stepped onto the dragon saddle. The four-legged flying dragon flapped its wings and soared into the sky, flying towards the depths of the dark forest.

"Hmm~ How's your investigation going?" Azog stared at the orc in front of him and said fiercely.

"Master...Master, we haven't discovered anything yet...that army seems to have come out of thin air." The orc leader stuttered in explanation.

"Roar!" Azog roared, and the iron claw inlaid on his left arm directly inserted into the neck of the orc in front of him. Then with a strong movement, the orc was lifted high by him, and then he threw it in casually.

When the wolf pack was caught, dozens of wolves jumped up and cut it into pieces in the air.

"Trash, not worthy of living!" Azog said ferociously, and countless orcs below him lowered their heads in fear.

"Find them! I want to know where they come from!" Angry roars echoed in the abandoned castle.

"Sir, we have arrived at the old forest road!" A knight said to Renault who stopped. Returning here again, Renault sighed for a long time. The majestic rushing infantry followed the king north to participate in the Battle of Gushan.

Now... I and others are back, but what they have is left behind in Gushan.

"A team of 10 people, spread out for investigation!" Renault looked around and said casually.

"Human knight..." The half-orcs with sensitive hearing discovered each other earlier than the knights of the Holy Glory Knights. They were quietly ambush in the shadow of the woods, ready to jump down at any time...

"Why does it feel so eerie?" A knight raised his lance warily and looked around.

"Be careful!"

"I feel like here...ah!" A knight screamed, and a half-orc descended from the sky and successfully pierced the knight's body with the dagger in his hand. Due to the angle, the dagger pierced the plate armor.

Then it was nailed to the knight's shoulder.

"Roar!" The angry knights swung their swords and slashed with all their strength.

"Orcs!" The scream spread far away.

"Catch them! Let's go quickly!" A small orc leader waved to the surrounding orcs.

"Glory, mercy...humility!" The knights superimposed various states for themselves except sacrifice.

"For the glory of Raglan! Charge!" The ten surrounded knights quickly broke through the weak siege of the orcs with thunderous gestures and galloped on horseback.

"Lek! Hold on! Don't sleep!" The running knights surrounded the injured knight, and the group quickly broke out of the forest. The knights who were traveling with them kept using their voices to stimulate the injured knight to keep him from falling asleep.

"Lord Renault! Orcs!" After seeing Renault and his group by the river from a distance, the knights quickly brought their teammates to join them.

"Alert!" Renault immediately turned his attention to the injured knight.

"Holy Encouragement! Holy Healing!" The soft golden light fell on the knight. When he woke up, he gritted his teeth and pulled out the dagger embedded in his flesh.

"Hmm~" The pain made his face look ferocious, and he desperately clenched his weapon to relieve his pain.

"Okay, young man! You are very brave." As he passed by Renault, the knight suddenly heard the words passed to his ears. The excessive blood loss made him drowsy, and his wounds were healed by the divine skill.

Rapid growth and healing of scabs…

"Qiang!" Renault casually hung the lance beside the saddle and pulled out his favorite knight's sword with his backhand. Compared with the bulky lance, the 1.5-meter-long knight's sword was extremely flexible.

"Kill!" Renault shouted softly, and all the fighting energy in his body surged towards the knight's sword. The sacred fighting energy with peaceful attributes formed a sword light about 3 meters long outside the long sword.

As the word "Zhan" fell, the golden sword light quickly passed over the surging orcs and finally dissipated behind them.

The upper body of the orc that was swept by the sword was still sprinting forward hard, but the lower body had been cut in two and left in place. Their limbs were separated and they lay on the ground wailing uncontrollably. Renault looked at them indifferently as they were in his own internal organs.

And rolling in blood and wailing, he carefully looked at their totems and found that these orcs came from the same place as the first batch of orcs at the foot of the Lonely Mountain - Dol Guldo!

"Trouble! Orcs are already under your nose..." Renault's eyes were full of anxiety. If Legolas hadn't brought about the changes in the orcs in the north, which made Roland think of the orc army in the south, he would have had to wait.

When the orcs arrived at their door, they could never find them.

"We can't fight on two fronts..." A knight muttered while looking at everything in front of him.

"But we probably have to fight on two fronts again!" Renault sighed softly and looked into the distance.

"So... Azog in the south can't stand it anymore?" Roland looked at Renault in surprise in the warm tent as he reported.

"We are in big trouble..." Mr. Radil, who was in a state of weakness, said while playing with the griffon eggs he brought.

"Well, this trouble is not as big as usual. Once they attack, we will bear the brunt. Riverdale City and Erub can give us very little help. They also need to guard against the orcs from the north crossing the Lonely Mountain to attack them. The only one who can intervene is

The elves in this matter...forget it, what can you expect the elves to do?" Roland analyzed it.

"Good guy! All these allies are useless!" Kaslo rolled his eyes.

"Instead of expecting Thranduil's reinforcements, it is better to consider the army of Dane Ironfoot." Radil raised his eyebrows.

"Your Highness! There is a situation on the other side of the river!" A Battanian shooter suddenly broke in.
